Update ordered today very disappointing outcome tbh and will not be gaslight into thinking it's my fault thanks 🙂 Ordered through Deliveroo and I can honestly say the pasta, chicken milanese and even the chips were lovely. I want yo focus on the Pasta Pomedoro ( tomato pasta, can't remember its exact name) but it was delicious. Really fresh flavour without being too much. I'm sure any negative reviews have felt justified to those writing them and in my experience I have NOTHING NEGATIVE to say. I can only think at times they have been unexpectedly busy or have had cases of human error which does happen. They will learn from these errors as a growing local business. I have no complaints.

Ordered from 800 Degrees the other night. I have never tried an Italian pizza before, I usually just go simple cheese and tomato, so I got the standard with the buffalo mozzarella. It was nice, but It was abit too tomatoey and could have done with more cheese but I know that's not how the Italian pizzas roll! Chicken strips, were juicy and cooked to perfection and went well with the curly fries 😋 The delivery guy showed up 30 mins early! Fast considering I am in East Kilbride and 800 Degrees is in Giffnock. Would definitely try again with something else!

It was cold. Which meant that the cheese had solidified and the pizza base was soggy. The chips were hard, cold and flavourless. I suspect it could have been good if hot but just had to review what I got.

Got some delicious pizza's from 800 degrees tonight for family event. The shop is under new management and what a friendly bunch they were. I went in for 3 pizzas for my nephew's birthday and the staff were absolutely lovely and even through in some free chips and mozzarella sticks when I told them it was my nephews 16th. Lovely staff and some of the freshest tasting pizza's I have ever had and also the home made mozzerra stick ARE A MUST TRY!!

Guys , I love your pizza but lord sort out your delivery . Waited over 2 hours on a Tuesday night and had to call and cancel as I was off to my night shift. Second time the order has taken more than 90 min. Sad but going to have to find another favourite

I am extremely disappointed that the 800 degrees website allowed me to place and order, select a collection time and pay for the order - only then to receive a message that they were closed and I would receive my refund within 3-5 working days! £45 out of my account for 3-5 days which is totally unacceptable. Tried ringing - line constantly busy. No email address to register a complaint. Why on earth would the website allow orders etc if the shop is indeed closed! This needs addressed immediately. Refunds should be immediate also. I have been a customer on several occasions but this has left me feeling I will not be giving them my custom again. Very poor 800 Degrees very poor indeed!

First time trying here, since a few friends highly recommended. They certainly were not wrong. The food was fantastic and the staff very friendly. Though i moved away from Giffnock almost 20yrs ago, this place makes me want to move back.

I use to love 800degrees but last couple of times the have dropped either the wrong pizza or taken over 2 hours to deliver. Called twice tonight about a delivery - 45 minutes later the driver was still lost and couldn’t find the address which is easily found in a sat nav / maps. The pizza arrived cold and chips had gone hard. Won’t be ordering again.

First Visit, NOT IMPRESSED! Chicken strips, £4.50 you get 4 pieces of chicken! Macaroni Cheese, microwaved slop! Took one mouthful and shut the lid! It’s disgusting! Kids like the pizza but I won’t be giving them my money again! Forks in a dish at front of counter for everyone to touch? no napkins in the bag so had to go back in for a third time! Just put napkins and cutlery in the bag rather than have everyone touching stuff! absolutely rubbish service and rubbish food!

Got 4 different pizzas and everyone loved them. The dough dosent make you feel bloated and they were so tasty, will be back soon.👍

Just pathetic… ordered food for collection online , given time 8.05pm.. as delivery would have been over 1 hour…arrived 8pm … fast opened at 8.10…after waiting and waiting , finally got food at 8.25pm. Fast had opened earlier , family waiting ate other food.The food itself was ok, sweet potato fries were burnt , calzone burnt , mozzerala sticks , dry and no sauce …. Poor service , average food.

Ordered a takeaway which was delivered quickly, food arrived hot and was delicious. The pizzas are superb with amazing quality toppings. Pasta dishes are also delicious as well as the fries. Was too hungry to take a picture but this last crust is all that's left and I'm about to scran that.

My favorite pizza place in Glasgow!

Have ordered from here on a number of occasions and the food has always been delicious. Particular favourites are the pasta with chilli, cream and Italian sausage and the roasted vegetable pizza. We had people over tonight and ordered a delivery. Food was delivered promptly, sizzling hot and delicious as always. The complimentary slice of cheesecake was phenomenal - will definitely need to add that to the order next time. I’m afraid we don’t have any photos to share as no-one in my home has time for that when there’s delicious food to be eaten.

Can't fault any of it, pizza was brilliant went into the shop ordered it and it was ready very quickly. Better than other pizza shops next to it and a lot better value

Some of the best pizzas in Glasgow. I would definitely recommend the Mortadella pizza and the Nduja pizza. Both very different but equally good.

Ordered from just eat. Order came in before predicted time. Food was expensive for the quality. I ordered penne arabiatta and it tasted very bland. I also ordered chicken strips which were quite nice and crunchy. They also have a complimentary desert which was cheesecake and although it was tasty, it wasn’t as thick or creamy as I would have liked.

Delicious pizza, high quality ingredients, delivered piping hot despite the distance. It satisfies an Italian like me, used to high standards for pizzas. Highly recommended. It wasn't the first time we ordered from them and it definitely will not be the last.

Absolutely appalling!! Waited 2 hours on a Monday night for pizzas and sides. Pizza orders were wrong - random pizza delivered, not what we ordered. Sides were very bland. All our food was cold and we had to heat it up. Poor delivery guy was aware of this and asked us to feed it back. This is the first time we have ordered from here - definitely the last. What a waste of money.

We ordered a pizza at 7pm, it’s now 10 past 9. No word from restaurant so we phoned to chase it up and we were told they couldn’t remember who they gave out order too, they think it’s at a wrong address but they are willing to re make it and send it to us. No word for refund or sorry for messing us around. Absolute joke they think it’s ok to mess it up, not apologise, say they’re willing to send another order like they are helping us. It’ll be here for 10pm and we ordered at 7pm. Disgraceful.

Been to 800 degrees a few times and everytime they’ve got my order wrong (not sure how as I order online or via app, so it’s not that it’s miscommunicated via call). The first occasions I thought okay it’s edible, despite it being wrong. The last time was completely inedible. Phoned explaining was the wrong pizza and it was both a complete shambles and extremely frustrating call. Aside from the fact it was inedible and the wrong pizza, the pizza was extremely late meaning I couldn’t even get a new pizza. I asked for a refund ... didn’t happen. Thankfully Uber eats refunding.

Very late; quite good pizza. Had wanted to try this place for a while but had been put off by all the negative reviews regarding late deliveries. Decided to order on a Tuesday night, reasoning that they might be less busy and more speedy. Still took 2 hours, and I live about 1 mile away. The pizza that arrived was quite good, and still hot. However, by that point it was very late at night. I probably would have enjoyed it if it had arrived within a reasonable time. Moral of the story: trust the reviews. Would not recommend.

Nice pizza but won't be ordering again. Last two times I've ordered the food has been very late, over 2 hours each time. If the business has limited capacity to fulfil orders, just be honest about it. Until that's resolved, I can't reccomend to anyone.

Got an uber eats delivery from here. Was due between 21:30 and 21:50. I had called and it was "already on its way". Came at 22:30 and the food was cold. Kind of seems that the delivery had maybe been left and forgotten about until I called then they put it out. The food would have probably been decent if it wasn't stone cold. Pizza was half decent, even if it was cold the ciabatta sandwiches were alright but nothing to write home about. Peri peri fries were stone cold as were the chicken bites that were so dry. Both the fries and chicken bites were awful and went in the bin. Would give this place a swerve in the future.

What's the point in being represented on Foodhub as well as having your own personalised restaurant app if you have a SERIOUSLY limited delivery radius in the first place...? Nonsensical.

Ordered from here at 18:00 Saturday night. My initial delivery time was pushed back 45 minutes to 19:30 which was fine. I phoned at 20:00 to say my pizza had not yet arrived. They told me it would be with me shortly and my pizza was just coming out the oven. 21:00 still no pizza. I'm told it's just gone out for delivery and should be with me in seconds. At quarter to 10 I was told my pizza is exactly 3 minutes away. By quarter past ten I had to phone and cancel my order. Spent my Saturday evening chasing a takeaway that never arrived. Over 4 hours from the point where I ordered to get a pizza that takes minutes to cook in a wood fired oven. What's going on there?

One of the best pizzas I have had in ages. They forgot our BBQ sauces for our potato wedges, but luckily we had a bottle of tomato sauce handy. Little bit of a warning - we ordered at 6:30pm and they never arrived until 8:30pm! However, It was worth the wait :)

Pizza is ok but nothing special. For me the pizza sauce is lacking in flavour and the pizza is a tad bland as a result.

I really like their pizzas and have used them regularly, but they get the wrong toppings too often. The final straw is when I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings. Delivery of pizza was 45 minutes late. Turned out to have no toppings. I then called to get them to deliver the correct pizza as I would be £5 out of pocket otherwise. They said they would send another in 10 minutes. Needles to say, nothing arrived. Shocking customer service. Seems like they only said that to get me off the phone. Still waiting on a refund. Never again.

Overall a really poor experience and I wouldn't order from them again. Delivery was over 1 hour late. Driver informed me that they didn't have the antipasti i'd ordered and thrust some loose change into my hand (in the middle of a pandemic!! So much for the doorstep delivery uber eats promises...). We then discovered they had also forgetton our curly fries, and that the doughballs and Nutella had came with no Nutella!!! Just plain, dry doughballs! Only thing that was right was the pizzas, which were mediocre. All in all a disaster delivery .

Second time ordering from here, both times were great. Food is clearly fresh, made to order and tasty. Pastas, pizzas, everything is restaurant quality. Also reasonably priced.

Excellent pizza, the dough used is cooked well, tasty and authentic. I've worked my way around a lot of city centre pizza places now and 800 degrees deserves a second and third visit.

Shocking sercive. 2 hours for a pizza! Delivery drivers attitude was disgraceful. Asked where my ice blast was and he straight away said " you didn't order one....what do you want me to do....I'll go check the order but I know you didn't order it" To then COME OUT THE CAR WITH SAID ICE BLAST! Even when he handed it to me he said that I'm wrong and muttering things under his breath. Won't be ordering again.

Delivery took over 3 hours. Pizza turned up cold and soggy. Won't be using again.

Just ordered for the first time and wasn’t impressed. Chicken burger with shredded lettuce, no tomato or mayo as advertised and lettuce was brownish. Garlic bread was nice tho. Also Ordered meatballs and pasta but they were burnt on the bottom🙁

We ordered three pizza and two side for dinner. Waited for delivery 1 hour, then called the shop only to find they have not yet dispatched. Called again after 30 mins more , phone never picked up. Its embarrassing with hungery guests and kids. Ordered via Uber Eats, They have never delivered and no acvountability. Worst service amoung all local pizza shop.

My order got accepted, they even changed the delivery time to an hour and 20 mins later and then 40 minutes after it was accepted I checked on the progress of it and it had been cancelled as the pizza I had ordered was sold out! I don't understand why they accepted it and even changed the delivery time to then say it was sold out! I then tried to call them several times over a 30 minute period and I couldn't get through. I will not be ordering from them again!!

Terrible experience on 1st June 2020. Used the Just Eat home delivery service which advised a 1 hour 50 minute wait on a Monday evening! Still waiting at 21.20 over two hours. This is the worst takeaway service I have ever experienced even taking account of delays given the current circumstances. There is no point offering delivery if it does not work. I will be pursuing a full refund from the restaurant.

Disappointing experience, long wait, wrong order, but excellent when it finally arrived. Considering the premium price that we were paying for this restaurant, we had high hopes. Unfortunately things didn't start brilliantly. The delivery time said 50-60 minutes, however after 60 minutes we finally got the message that our pizzas were on the way. It took a further 40 minutes to arrive, by which time the pizzas were definitely looking a little less than fresh. Even worse, one of the pizzas was wrong and had anchovies on it, all we could do was try to phone for a replacement. After 10 minutes or so of trying on the phone, we finally got through, and the server didn't sound massively surprised or apologetic, and seemed confused when I was trying to explain which of their pizzas it should have been, as though unfamiliar with their own menu. Around 40 minutes later a replacement finally arrived, 2 and a half hours after the original order. Credit to them, the pizzas tasted really good, and the leftovers were even better the next morning, which made the service issues even more disappointing. The good taste has me considering giving them another chance, perhaps they were just having a bad night. Minus the service issues, or if you're in a position to go in for a takeaway rather than delivery, this place is worth trying for the delicious pizza.

Really disappointed tonight, have used 800 many times before and been delighted with their pizzas. However tonight unknowingly we went to get a pizza to find out they had a special offer on(buy 1 get 1 free) the base was exactly as always however the tomato base and cheese they use is totally different from every other day. This is very disappointing, if you want to run an offer the ingredients can’t change, don’t swap In cheap cheese and tomato sauce. You have lost a valued customer today and for what....

Amazing lunch deal 12:00-16:00 only £2 for a 7” (surprisingly filling) pizza with one topping. Rotating pizza oven is a sight to behold. Also do BOGOF on Mondays.
