Yummies Kebab & Pizza in Caerphilly

Customer service has gone down hill terrible! Foods almost always a mess or wrong foods given, cheap food for high prices, charges different prices to the prices on the ticket. Used to order a few times a week. Never again! £22 of food in the bin with these and a Chinese on the way instead. Maybe new owners as the last lot of owners were amazing and never let it get this bad!

Absolute shambles. Happy enough to provide the wrong order, and when I ask for a refund, I get attitude on the phone, and possibly the worst experience with a delivery driver I’ve ever had. Better off with Flamers, just down the road

Wouldn’t give it a 1 star but had to! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from all of them. The diver comes to my door and speak to a pregnant woman like dirt because we wasn’t happy with the food. A joke. The food we ordered didn’t arrive as we asked they messed the order up then didn’t like we complained. Don’t state you’ve got items in stock when you clearly haven’t.

I ordered from here and it came to £48:40 and I give her the money and she put £10 pound in her car or her pocket and made us pay another £10 pound so be careful bc she is robbing people so please be careful bc she robbed us I wouldn’t order there again

I ordered a value box online and wrote a specific instruction in the comments box. On delivery the specific instructions weren’t followed. I rang the shop and they stated that those details weren’t present on the order. However , there was no hesitation from them and a new order was provided. Highly recommend.

Ordered food at 10.40pm to be told it would be 15 minutes 1hour later no food and no answering the phone,,terrible service won't be ordering from here again,, HIGHLY AVOID

Food was terrible order was wrong chips were cold and hard

Had 2 meal deal chips were soggy for both meals and small kebab meat was greasy so we're the other 2 kebabs swe always have food from here but a let down tonight never had a bad food from them but tonight sorry to say it was not nice ...

The best kebab I've eaten in my life. Really tasty and highly recommended. I'm a regular customer now. Really fresh and made to high quality. I'm impressed & 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
