Domino's Pizza in Caerphilly

Just had an order delivered. Pizza and chicken strippers were only just luke warm and they delivered bbq sauce instead of the garlic and herb I'd ordered, and I hate bbq sauce! I've just tried to ring them five times and each time, they've put the phone down on me! I regularly order from here and in fairness, it's usually good but quite the opposite this evening. I understand they may be busy but to cut someone off five times is not acceptable and there's no other way to contact them.

Genuinely gives me and my friends food poisoning EVERY TIME. Never had an issue with domino’s from any other store but something must be going wrong behind the scenes here. Avoid avoid avoid. Food hygiene rating is poor anyway, just don’t risk it 👎

Ordered pizza tonight and after spending 20 mins in quality quick it arrived cold. I absolutely hate cold pizza especially for dominoes expensive prices. Was ment to be a treat and left unhappy

Pizza had no crunch and was soggy - really disappointing as it is not cheap. Tried to complain on the app but couldn’t so felt I should post on here.

Waaaaay undercooked every time, have to put them in the oven for 20mins when they arrive

Absolutely pathetic liars. Ordered cookies for the kids. Was sent garlic bread instead. Called up, said they would sent the cookies out. Never did. Called up again and they said they had just refunded the cookies despite me not asking for that. They HADN'T EVEN DONE THAT!!!

Was good. now there stingy with the toppings and the drivers can't find a house that orders every week must be new staff because they been good till now but I'm going back to papa johns

Been ordering from this store for nearly 2 years, never had an issue with drivers not being able to find the house… today I ordered and realised I had 2 missed calls from a landline number in ‘south shields’ and 1 missed call from Nelson Dominos. I had a voiceI called the South Shields number back and it couldn’t connect the call (driver disguising their number) which is fine these things happen people get lost ect. What I’m absolutely mortified by is the conversation I had with a women in the store… 1. I called back within 4 minutes of missing her call (I was changing the babies nappy) 2. She instantly started saying ‘The drivers been knocking your door and you’ve not answered!’ So the food is on its way back to the store… 3. I was trying to explain no one had knocked my door as my front door is next to my living room… so they clearly have the wrong house 4. She then continued to blame me for this issue because I didn’t answer my phone. 5. I spent £50 on this order, I was blamed for the driver going to the wrong house and then I had to ask them to send the order back out. Most likely won’t order from there again because I won’t be spoken to like a child because the driver knocked the wrong address… I’d rather order from a different store and collect it myself. There’s absolutely NO NEED to speak to customers with that kind of attitude.

Had my Cheeseburger pizza today It had 15 pieces of what meant to be meatballs And rest is just poor See pizza on your leaflet just do it the right way Shame on you

A bit expensive for a basic pizza and a handful of wedges but as a treat it's ok.

A late delivery but they were low on drivers, the pizza was amazing definitely the best one I’ve had from there in a while! Hopefully it’s a turning point!

We use Dominos, Nelson quite often and had no issues . I oredered two Pizzas today, with a side of wedges, and a side of chicken kickers. The wedged were thrown in with the chicken, and a meagre portion to boot , the pizza toppings were scraped on, tasteless and soggy. At just shy of £30, this will be the last time I order from this place.

Not happy first experience ov domino's waiting nearly 2 hours rang up 11.30pm still waiting for food got kids to be told under staffed nelson one won't be having an order of me ever again.

Terrible attitude from someone named Lee or Leigh over the phone when I called to say they had forgotten to deliver a pack of cookies to us. He called us liars and refused to send out the cookies and didn't give our money back either. We had cookies missing from our order more than once and we have since decided never to order from them again because of the way we were spoken to. I'd avoid this branch if I were you.

You can't beat a Domino's! Especially on 2 for 1 on Tuesday's! Never got our order wrong and fast delivery. Would recommend

Staff are not very friendly poor service and bad attitude, delivery took 2 hours and food was cold.

I ordered food at 7:15pm I rung up an hour later to be told they’re busy which I understood. Another hour goes by, at this point it’s 9:15pm to be told that my food is not coming and that I would have to wait another hour for a fresh order to be made. Not only did I have work the next day but the food was for 3 of us. Was not happy at all but the person who I spoke to on the phone was helpful and offered me a refund

We've ordered from here a few times and the service is very quick and efficient. Delivery staff are always friendly and food arrives super fast and always tastes awesome! The reason for the low rating however is that we ordered from here yesterday and today I'm pretty sure I have mild food poisoning. I've not been sick (yet) but I've come quite close. I'm light headed, sweaty and have atrocious stomach cramps 🤢 nothing too severe but I definitely don't feel great. My 8 month old has also had a bad tummy. Thankfully she only had a few bites of my pizza but her nappies certainly haven't been to friendly today 😬 My husband said his pizza was undercooked, although he's fine but I had chicken so I'm not sure if maybe the meat wasn't reheated properly. Bit reluctant to order from here again. Hopefully it's just a dodgy day.

Great service. I accidentally ordered a pizza without cheese (don't ask!) and they sent a replacement free of charge 👍🏻

Always had a good experience in home delivery from here Popped into the take away itself this week to grab a quick pizza. Met by friendly staff and quick to produce my order. The only let down is price. I know it's expensive and they always have offers, but as we know the real RRP is the offer price. Great range of pizzas and even though I have had better they are still nice.

I will never order pizza from this store again I’ve been put off dominos altogether when the pizza turned up it wasn’t even cut or the right pizza called the store and they agreed to send another one out and it looked like it had been chucked on the m4 and hit by every single bit of traffic absolute disaster!

After visiting the store to collect 30 pizzas for a party we realised we'd forgotten to bring any cash with us. However the dominos stuff were patient and advised us to pay though our phones which we could. After that was successful a bunch of employees offered to help take the pizzas to the car. And the pizza was perfect for all the guests at the party. So that's why I'm giving this store 5 stars. Great service and even better tasting pizza! 🍕

Rude trainee manager Lea. Rude, horrendous attitude and very unhelpful. Shouldn't be in the position she's in. All other staff friendly and helpful!

Had a large order, they sent one pizza out made wrong and when I rang to say their answer was there's nothing I can do, will be the last time I ever order from them again, customer services was shocking and the managers attitude was appalling

Just orderd from here.. asked for half and half pizza.. half peperoni and half american hot.. only for the perperoni to have jalpenos all MELTED under the cheese which im alergic too!! 😡Wont be using this dominos ever again!! What a waste of money!

Normal domino's. Pizza is ok but expensive and they burn everything else! If you like charcoal cookies then this is the place to go!!!

Rubbish will be contacting head office about this domino's. 2nd time ordering here 1st time was over 3 hours and today over hour, phoned them and get told driver tryed knocking and ring us what a load of rubbish. Will not being using this domino's again

AVOID!!!! Ordered online at 6pm for delivery at 8:30pm. When food come there was food missing, so phoned and was told they'd deliver missing items, which they did within 20mins but it was the wrong items, so had to phone again. This is the conversation Doniones - yeah.....ooooo ummmmmmmm I mean dominoes nelson' Me - can I speak to the manager please Dominoes - yeah, get him now Dominoes manager - what's the matter Me - my order was delivered at 8:30, it was wrong, missing items delivered at 9:00 but was still wrong Dominoes manager - so what was wrong Me - explained what was wrong Dominoes manager- awww never mind, I'll add it to the next time you order Me - I won't be ordering again after this palaver Dominoes manager - so shall we forget about it or do you still want what you ordered? Me - I've paid for it, I want it Dominoes manager- ok (hung up) The correct missing items arrived at 9:40, 1 hour and 10mins after a whole lot of attitude and the first order. One positive the delivery driver was very friendly, polite and sympathetic.
