Subway in Caerphilly

Just had 2 foot longs delivered with hardly any filling in them. Whoever made the rolls swear they are paying out of their own pocket. Pathetic service.

Food order wrong and didn't receive half the food. Tried ringing no answer

Worse run food place in the valleys. Terrible food and non-existent customer service. Boxes of “food” are almost empty, and never cooked correctly.

Staff are more concerned with socialising with their cronies rather than customer service

Ordered a footlong...they forgot to deliver the footlong. Ring 25 times , no answer, had to request refund on just eat when I wanted the food!!!

Ordered from Blackwood and Subway is delicious. This time, the store was too far, so I had to order from here. Bread was soggy, food was cold, hardly any sauce so I couldn't taste it, crinkle cut potatoes were freezing, soggy and I'm not sure they were entirely cooked. I only ordered three items, but they missed the drink out, and I can already see a lot of reviews mentioning these exact issues, so I guess there a real problem with this store. I'd rather collect from Blackwood from now on. Do not order from this store. Cold food, missing items, etc. seem to be a thing here.

Missing food in our order and lady told us it was coming and when we rang to ask where it was, man arguing back to us saying it definitely came here when it didn’t. Terrible.

I don't know what sort of muppets they employ here, but I've ordered several times over the last few weeks (thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt) and its been late and wrong every single time. As of right now food was supposed to be delivered 3 hours ago, have called the store twice during that time and both times was told its on its way, still waiting. Now phone is going straight to answerphone. The place is a complete joke.

Popped in at 11.15 this morning the lady who served me was really lovely and helpful and my food was lovely 😊

What an absolute joke of a subway. Twice we have tried to order from here now, please just don't bother! Food arrived an hour and half after ordering, it was soggy, cold, and also incorrect with sides missing. We tried to call the store so many times and no one bothers to answer. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money!!

I have orders a good 20 ish times and every single time it is either missing an item (like a drink a cookie crisps etc.) the sandwiches are always soggy, I like to order because I love a good sandwich but there standards are getting lower and lower every time I order

I posted previously about this place with its terrible ordering and resource usage. By having a lot of my prior meals be significantly reduced in portion. However today at 11:20am I met a server who was so enthusiastic about his job and work. He was informative, polite and even allowed me to test taste one of the sauces upon querying it. In all my time coming to this store I have never met a person so endearing and polite. I'm sorry I couldn't catch your name, but you deserve the best in life

Awful. Has to be the worst Subway I've ever eaten. First time ordering using just eat from Bargoed. First sub was the nacho chicken with lettuce, cucumber, American cheese and crispy onions. No crispy onions and no American cheese and sub was soggy. Second sub was chicken and bacon again cold, dry chicken, soggy bread. Just don't bother ordering from here.

Busy store because of the online delivery options. Not the cleanest subway as there is food strewn about. Very stingy on salad and you have to constantly ask for more. I know they probably save loads of money buy not putting enough on but it's annoying to have to ask for more. Subway is getting very expensive but it still tastes great.

Over 45 min to deliver a sub and there's about 3 slithers of lettuce all for the bargain price of £6.69

My partner bought myself and my son a meatball marinara meal 12in and 6in today with no meatballs not impressed with this. What idiot would think we only wanted the sauce

Customer service appalling the young girl serving this afternoon argued that we didn't order what we asked for after us double checking our order before leaving. When I told her about her customer service she told me to leave her store will not be going back again

visited the bargoed branch today 30/10/19 around 6:15pm and would just like to say the girl who served me sorry didn’t get her name but she had fair hair with glasses, she was the most friendly and helpful person i had ever had service from in a fast food restaurant! she’s fab, knew her stuff was fast and clean. top marks !!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Nice subs but when I got my subway yesterday. A very rude, woman served us. I could understand that she was stressed but it’s no need to take it out the customers!
