I am a man of particular tastes. I am not discouraged be the food I’m eating, Chinese, Irish, Indian or even …. human. However I was satisfied by the food at this establishment, the meat was chewy and textile but the rice was rather undercooked and flimsy. However, I have had more detestable cuisine in my time, when I was a hunter south of the border I lived solely off uncooked pinto beans, as I don’t sleep and only dance I need my energy. This food had helped me dance night and day.

Another delicious meal from Yo's House, great portion sizes 2 mains 2 sides are plenty for 3 people. Would diffently recommend.

Never again usually very nice ordered honey chilli chicken and honey chilli beef both very vinegary and had to go straight in the bin also the garlic chips where terrible soggy tasteless

Basic Chinese takeaway with a small foyer and a high counter. Friendly lady within Food is reasonably priced, tasty and unlike its local peers has not given me any digestive issues. Regular customer

We have found that the quality going down hill over the past couple of years and in June after our holiday we fancied a Chinese but the prices are silly now and the freebies are way to high considering a few years ago you would get prawn crackers if you spent a tenner, that isn’t a big deal but the deal breaker was the rude service as it wasn’t the normal lady and also the bad food :/ we haven’t gone back and we have been going there for years! Very disappointed, I think they will lose more business going forwards if they continue down the path of upping prices and bringing the quality down

The food is disgusting go anywhere else. Piles of poor quality ingredients. Also they don't take cash so not paying their taxes

First time trying this place and it will be the last. Tasteless, everything chopped so big I couldn’t hardly chew it. Vegetables not even cooked. Chicken was big square Chunks. The dish just looked as if it was quickly thrown together. Was wondering how it was made so fast. Just unacceptable for what your paying.

Have been getting food here for a few years now and have never got a bad meal, best beef curry in carrick. Delivery can be a bit slow at times but worth the wait.

Food and service well below average. Xmas tree was still on display when I visited in February... maybe it's a permanent feature or maybe they are plain lazy.

Honey chilli chicken..all batter no chicken!! Tastes like vinager Noodles came without beansprouts (this was asked) Gravy chips..tasteless stuck together like they had been lying! Special omelette..3 bits of chicken 2 prawns..thin egg!! never ever again!!!!! I think this was left overall from the weekend. I had 1 bite out of each and went into the bin!! Worst Chinese in Carrick!!

Beautiful food, fast delivery, friendly staff

Phoned order through for delivery & girl on the other end was so pleasant. Ordered chicken chow mein, chips and satay sauce with a half portion of onion rings that I asked to be well done. Delivery was very prompt and I have to say the food was spotless, warm and tasted delicious. Only thing that I would have maybe liked would have been wee bit of veg in chow mein but this would not put me off ordering again. I definitely will be!

Great food diabolical delivery service Over a period of 3 weeks/orders. I live behind where this takeaway so you would think it wouldn’t take long plus it’s a small order for one. 1. Over 60 mins. Had to call 2. Over 60 mins. Had to call 3. Over 90 mins. Had to call and cancel It’s on its way, sorry we are really busy, it’ll not be long now are the usual excuses.

Always have good food from here. Its popular so gets busy at the weekends

Tried here for the fist time in ages just got s special fried rice and gravy and I have to say it's one of the nicest ones I've had from any Chinese places in Carrick

By far the nicest chiniese in Carrick but portions are only half compared to the rest and prices for 2 meals are 20 quid. I'll be ordering else where from now on because I can't afford 40 quid for 2 full portions, shame because the foods great.

Horrendous, only ate half and felt physically sick, never again! Never being sapped in by leaflets again!

Used to be good. The last time I ordered it wasn't great but decided to give it another go as friends and I were having a takeaway. Mine tasted on the burnt side. On of my friends ordered special fried rice and was told that they had to have sauce with it. They didn't want sauce so it ruined the meal for them. Why should sauce be obligatory?!!! My other friend had a prawn dish and had an iffy tummy for days.

This place has never failed to deliver on quality and speedy service...... tried it once and now it's the only place I'll eat take out from..... the food is delicious!!!!!

Waited almost 2 .5 hours for a delivery. When trying to contact them regarding the order the phone was engaged (or off ). If there are problems with fulfilling orders they should contact you as they do ask for a contact number.
