This is our go to Chinese take away. There are others, but this is the one we like. I'm not sure why, it just is. Try it, if you don't like it try another one, I'll still be going here.

I give this one star as i can’t seem to give zero stars . ordered a takeaway and what arrived was a bit fat greasy mess of gloop absolutely disgusting. i phoned and the girl who answered told me there’s no sense in complaining as the owners are chinese???? anyway the bin was full of cheap chinese NEVER AGAIN.. 🤮

The meals aren't fresh, the chips are dry and stale, and they never have any of the squid dishes in. Eat somewhere that actually serves what's on their menu.

My husband and I chose sweet and sour chicken with rice this week as a carry out meal. The chicken balls were dripping in fat, and despite it being double brown bagged, were still really oily. The sauce was some sort of savoury sauce, but it was neither sweet nor sour. We were so disappointed as we'd really looked forward to our treat, as we don't often get a carry out meal. We will not be going back to this place.

I ordered off the online menu, when the delivery driver arrived the meal instead of being £8.20 & delivery it was £20.50 by the time the poor delivery driver argued with them that the price was wrong. He was willing to not charge me delivery. It wasn’t his fault, I said no it’s ok I wouldn’t feel right. Well, my beef satay was as tough as old boots, chips freezing & the rest so ended up in bin!! In this day & age when people are choosing to not bother with take away food. So sorry China Garden you have lost a customer. Think I’ll stick too the Big Ying!

Came across this Chinese takeaway by chance and decided to try their munch box. Really impressed - good portion size for 4 people and everything really tasty and fresh. Will definitely return and would 100% recommend!

Worst Chinese I have ever had. Special fried rice no prawns. Special chow mein with gravy no prawns and so dry. So disappointed after reading reviews will definitely not be using this Chinese again

We ordered a large meal tonight to celebrate my grandas 70th Birthday who we hadn’t seen since before lockdown and we mentioned that to a member of staff who was very generous and helpful with getting the cost down for the family dinner. Excellent service all round and an excellent meal. Thank you to the staff and we will be back 😊

Great take away at a reasonable price. The portions are big.

All the chefs must have had the week off to celebrate their New Year and let some novice do the cooking this week. All the Chinese dishes we had were terrible, overcooked, poor meat, cheap vegetables and the only thing they did half right were the chips. We will never go back to this place.

Ggot orders wrong multiple times

Used to be more meat in meals :( but still very gud tasty food.

If I hadn't waited over an hour for delivery on a Tuesday night, this would have been 5 stars. Ordered a malaysian curry, also known as a "milky" curry. The sauce is a bit on the thin side but it is absolutely delicious and full of flavour! Will definitely order again!

I have had many carry out meals from here all have been good and great value for money a great menue to suit all tastes would highly recommend this to everyone

While stopping in Antrim going back home late and hungry we seen the China Garden was open and stopped for food. The chap that served us was really pleasant and made us feel like valved customers. The food wait was also short and you recive plenty. Its a really good Chinese restaurant so well worth the stop.

Great food defiantly not dodgy chicken

waited over a hour frozen meat and so greasy waste off money went all in the bin save your money eat give your food somewhere else !!

Wenn man denn weiß, was man will und der englischen Sprache zu 100 % mächtig ist, sollte es in diesem Take Away Restaurant keine Probleme geben. Ich spreche fließend Englisch und hatte leichte Probleme ;-) Wenn aber eine persönliche Lieblingsänderung nötig ist wird es schwierig. Mit Händen und Füssen aber möglich. Das Essen ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Die Auswahl ist auch groß, jedoch manchmal recht schlecht zu verstehen.

I had heard that China Garden was not good but decided to give it a go. Ordered:- BBQ Ribs (Was told I could have the sauce separate for an extra 50p WHAT? 50p for a polystyrene pot?) The ribs were good though! Sweet & sour Chicken balls, substituted the sweet & sour for curry sauce which came separately with no charge ???? Extra Extra Hot Beef Curry & Egg fried rice. Curry was mild and beef tasted a bit old and the rice was stodgy but edible! Prawn Crackers came free of charge! While I was waiting I saw they did Box Specials and for and extra £1.80 I could have got loads of starters with my curry, when I asked could I get one, I was told it was too late, I don't know why as bit to an existing order! So customer service not very important here! I will try China Garden again in a month or two and review them again, I hoe they improve and their box offers are really good value (If I got to try one!) All in all for this visit average food!

Fabulous Steak Kebab and chips with house sauce....that house sauce is amazing! If you like spice it is amazing!
