I got food poisoning here! On an overnight trip to Cambridge, I got the lunch menu and it turn out that the Kimchi was potentially mouldy. I did not eat anything else after this meal, and immediately felt pains in my stomach after one hour in the restaurant. The food handling by the staff was below average and could definitely cause cross contamination. Also, the bathroom is filthy and it looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months.

Very fun experience, good food. We really liked the garlic mayo chicken. We were missing more sauces for the pork belly but overall a great experience. Some of the items were not available sadly.

Family friendly, food are delicious but advanced booking for dinner is a must 😂

Everything you could want when you're craving korean bbq. You scan the tables qr code and everything gets brought to you. You can cook your food right in front of you to your liking. The food, sides and drinks are amazing. I wish I would of known of this place sooner. 10/10 recommend.

Disappointing food and service. Food came to us cold and we had to ask for it to be heated up. Our rice started going cold because even reheating food took longer than it should. Personally don't like the toilets being so close and directly opposite the kitchen.

We had dinner at Yori with my family. Overall, it was an ok experience. We ordered the beef selection for bbq. The meat was tender and the quality was decent. Couple downsides to the place is its quite small and the air ventilation isn’t enough. The tables are also quite small as we struggled to fit everything we ordered. Lastly, we were told that we had to leave after 1:30 hrs. I understand that there aren’t enough tables but after dropping almost £50 per person, I would like to sit and relax a bit more and not be rushed :)

Had a wonderful lunch here. It was our first time eating at this style of restaurant, but our server Avish have some great recommendations. Would highly recommend the beef.

Overall it was a very nice meal. We ordered a Korean bbq set to go along with 2 smaller dishes and it was really tasty and was more than sufficient for 2 people. The only reason I have given them 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because the staff kept asking ourselves and others to keep the bbq hot plate temperature to low when I wanted it to be between medium and high. It just felt wrong to cook expensive cuts of meat at a low temperature where all the juices just leaked out and boiled the meat instead of have a nice colour and sear.

Very cute place. Enjoyed the food. The only thing service as its very popular nowadays the don’t give you physical menus you have to scan a bar code and order through your phone. I just don’t like this system. Also very difficult to understand some of the waiters (very thick indian accent) I myself am a foreigner with an accent. Had to ask my friends if they got what was said. Also requested a bill but been told to just relax and take our time. So we just waited for quite a while. Food was very nice and tasted fresh.

We used to come to Yori quite often when it was opened and this time I was looking forward to visit. Sadly, it was quite disappointing. The prices went up quite a lot whilst simple side dishes, usual for Korean restaurants in Korea fully disappeared. It was absolutely quiet in the restaurant and Indian music was playing at the back. Though Bibimbap I ordered was cooked up to standards, but the real Korean atmosphere I used to love was not there, sadly. I hope next time when I come it will be same Yori I used to come to some time ago.

Ok food largely made off-site and reconstituted in kitchen. Steamed rice is terrible, clumpy tasteless and inedible. Very overpriced especially drinks which probably explains why it was less than half full on a Friday night.

Unpleasant experience, too hot inside, no ac. Food is overheated and bland. Soup dish was too hot to eat, took 20 mins to cool down enough to taste, by that time I was covered in sweat in the small somewhat dingy and cramped restaurant.

Everything super good! Great staff, Abswanth took wary good care of us and we went there with a challenging newborn. They were great, and the food… oh my god! 🤤🤤

Saisvi served us today and it was a really great experience! My partner doesn't really like koream food, yet he enjoyed it. The quality of the food exceeded the price and is very filling - great portion size! I couldn't finish it all but every bite was delicious

Great food... fresh, very tasty, fair few options to choose and the Korean bbq was fun. Udon, bulgogi, fried chicken. Tried the mixed meat platters to bbq. Only gripe was small place and despite spending a lot (about 300 between 4 people) felt a little rushed out especially given we were cooking it ourselves. But definitely go back and try some none bbq dishes.

The food at this Korean restaurant was absolutely amazing, but unfortunately, the cleanliness standards need serious improvement. The toilets were very dirty, and the tables and floors were sticky, which really detracted from the overall experience. This is a significant issue that could hurt their business, as several of our friends, who used to eat here regularly, are now considering changing restaurants because of it. They definitely need to address this if they want to keep their loyal customers.

The food was outstanding—each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The bibimbap and kimchi were particular standouts. A special mention goes to Ashwant, whose service made our experience even more enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about our dining experience. His recommendations were spot-on, and his warm demeanor made us feel truly valued.

A good Korean experience option, with the gas grill right in front of you, a good mixed BBQ platter which was enough for four people. I would recommend it if you want an introduction to Korean BBQ.

Do you guys want customers or not? I called 6pm to book for 6:40pm ( i know its late but still) the guy on the phone said tables are full atm then I asked what about in an hr time he said no there wont be any available and that they close early as its a Sunday. 7:15pm we walked passed the place and see they were almost empty so my partner went and asked if we could get a table and they said they were all fully booked - they also turned away 4 other groups. Think they were just making all excuses not to have any customers in.

This is the second time I’ve been here. First time was such a different experience. To be fair, there were five of us, we hadn’t booked a table so felt lucky that we could get a table. Service was awful, we had to wait a while for the gluten free menu because it’s not listed on the hard copy menu or the app, staff had to literally print out a gluten free menu for my friend which was an excel spreadsheet and made little sense. The only thing she could eat in the end was rice, kimchi and tofu. Another friend requested hot or chilli sauce but they didn’t have any, but the waiter did accommodate by providing fresh chillies and chilli flakes for our table. Two of my friends orders were mixed up and they were served different dishes, one friend’s dish was replaced but my other friend didn’t bother saying anything in the end because the food took so long to arrive. For starters I ordered the Haemool Pajeon Traditional Korean pancake with strips of spring onion and mixed seafood, this was good and very filling and for my main I had Pork belly fried udon which was more sweet than spicy, just right for me. Overall, service was disappointing and if I had a gluten allergy wouldn’t recommend this place as there’s not much available. I liked the food I ordered.

The food was great, the place is great. Avish, our server, was amazing! Among the best places in Cambridge.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday. We had a reservation but it was rather quiet. We got seated right next to the other people there - the tables were so close to each other that we could almost touch elbows with the couple next to us. I'm not sure why we needed to be so close as the place was half empty. The food arrived quickly but was of an average quality. I found it too greasy for my liking. One thing that shocked me most is the hygiene levels or the lack of such. As we were about to leave I observed a waiter loudly blow his nose in a piece of tissue right in the dining area. He disposed of the said tissue in one of the open bins that were also located in the main dining area and then immediately proceeded to grab the food from the kitchen and serve it to the table. Absolutely disgusting and for that reason I'll never return to this place.

Yori BBQ is a must visit. It is a great experience and the food is excellent. Cannot fault the staff, they really go above and beyond.
