Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and great prices! It doesn't take long for your food to be freshly made and ready for pickup. The atmosphere is very relaxed and my experiences with staff and other customers have all been positive. If you find yourself in the area, try Yong Da (my girlfriend and I love the English dinners)!

The best Chinese around, tried a number of others across the city centre and this is probably the best we’ve ever had (even out of Manchester). Really nice staff over the phone and the delivery driver is great. We order direct as prices are cheaper than on Just Eat and always get free prawn crackers and spring rolls :)

We ordered salt and pepper chips, salt and pepper fish, salt and pepper chicken wings, we brought a potion of chips and gravy and a cod fish that was under cooked. Very disappointed as we spent the best part of £30 for under cooked food with no favour to it.

My guys! Yong da Chinese is beautiful! Polite staff, always on time, even allow me to make order when I get home late! I would recommend contacting directly over just eat due to prices being higher online.

the food here is ok but the area is absolute terrible just got my salt and pepper chips and someone just ran into me and knocked my food out of my hand, i asked for a new one but they just said no.

The chicken wings tasted like raw wet dog and pigeon and the guy at the desk tried to deny it that’s the last time I will ever go there I can still taste the sweaty pigeon taste in my mouth the next day I would avoid this place and go to Jin du as they have fresh chicken always

Visiting relatives in the area and wanted a quick bite and they didn’t disappoint. Their food was fresh, delicious and hot custom made just how we wanted and great service from the guy at the front of house who listened to my order and had it cooked just right. He even threw in a fortune cookie. Thank you YongDa!

Never fails to please. Delivery the speediest and friendliest I have ever had. Food super hot, delicious and plentiful - how do they do it for the price? I am housebound and treat Yong Da as a lifesaver. I have tried many takeaways, but Yong Da is head and shoulders above the rest, always consistent and always a treat - thank you, Yong Da!

Disgusting..after reading reviews thought I'd try the salt and pepper ribs where hard and no meat the salt and pepper wings were crisped to death and the beef and mushrooms was so bland I had to add some sauce ..seriously stay away

Been a regular for years, they always know I love a good sweat with the spices. My personal favourites are the duck fried rice and also the black pepper beef.

We searched long and far for a good Chinese in Manchester Fallowfield area and my friends and i were so impressed. As massive chinese food fans, we were sooooo pleasantly surprised that we found a chinese in which we enjoyed all components very much. Food was amazing and quick delievery. Would highly recommend: Salt and Pepper Chicken and Salt and Pepper Chips 10/10. We will be returning for sure.

travelled to Manchester to bring kids to a concert. Googled chinese takeaways close by and Yang Do came up with great reviews. I can only say that taste buds must be non existent. Ordered ... dry ribs (they were battered????!!!!! mushroom omelette (it was scrambled egg with part cooked mushrooms) 4 spring rolls and a portion of chips. All of it was tasteless and all being thrown in the bin as I type this review. A complete waste of good money Now going to KFC

Good place, I am an international student from China, if u r looking for some Chinese food, that's definitely the place 4 u. Try the 22pounds meal deal 4 2, that's amazing. The owner of the shop is a really lovely family with 2 Children.

Been coming here for years, and it's always consistently good. Sweet and sour chicken balls are a particular highlight if you like a heavy crispy batter. I haven't tried the delivery, but they do do it.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I was met with the most amazing sticky beef. My friend Sam Taylor says 10/10. He also says mr da is one of the nicest men he has met. My friend Sam likes it a lot! Especially the cheapness and quality

This place is Yong Da, not gonna lie that’s proper funny itself. Food was even funnier, found fragments of a wig in my chow mein, very odd. Anyway I went back to try it again and had to wait almost 7 hours for my food to be delivered(10pm and delivered at 4:55am) which wasn’t a good start but the egg fried rice I ended up having for breakfast wasn’t too bad. If you don’t mind cold hairs in your food then Your Da’s is for you! Also note there is an especially angry dog that belongs to the owners and tries to bite you as they hand over the food, apart from the biting is quite friendly though!

I live 4 minutes walk to the restaurant but decided to pay for delivery because i had company ... and they took over two hours from when i ordered to finally deliver the food which was cold. Dissapointed

Have to say order from this chinese all the time and 95% of the time it's amazing, last night was definitely not. The chicken balls were over cooked so much so that the batter had come off and you could see the chicken which was dry, completely inedible. The chips tasted like they had been cooked a good few times and the ribs well let's just say i'm not sure what animal they come from. This will be the last time we use this chinese as seems to be getting worse and worse

Absolutely lovely food each and every time i’ve had it, and now had it a few times. food always tastes fresh and portions size are good. definitely would recommend yong da. five star service.

Really enjoyed the food. The only problem was the seaweed was not up to standard and was overpriced. Also the seaweed and prawn crackers were cold by the time they got to me. Will use again but I hope the cold situation will not happen again next time.

Ebeything was good and delivered on time with even a free bag of prawn crisps. I wish the salt and pepper pork ribs were a bit more peppery and more crunchy but I guess every restaurant has its own way to cook these. I wouldn't say it was bad, it was actually really good but not what I expected when I ordered. I recommend ordering from this restaurant, they are really good in timing and the food is good.

Disappointed with the food, the king prawns in the fried rice were obviously frozen and the curry sauce was just bland and like glue. The hot n sour soup was good. All a bit greasy really.

Fast delivery delivered within 20mins. but food quality and portion really need to improve. Ordered 1) Kung po prawn and whole box is full of veggies but only 5 prawns and I expected it was deep fried prawns. 2) Salty pepper squid is Extremely oily with just a few pieces squids and bunch of big pepper and onion slices. 3) Sweet and sour chicken is ok, just the vinegar taste is too strong. . Comparing with the other Chinese takeaways, I dont think I will ever order this restaurant again.

I’m a little bit concerned at how my food could be delivered within 20 minutes of ordering, it was almost like it was reheated in the microwave or pre-made. they are 2 miles away from my home,I ordered the food at 17:40 and it was delivered by 17:00, however the food was lovely and the service from the delivery guy was welcomed

Originally had it at 4 stars. Til I had the duck. Oh my god, it was so greasy and overdone. Barely half the meat was even edible, and that bit was dry as all heck and poorly seasoned.
