Terrible food, terrible service. AVOID. Went here for a supposedly quick lunch, and how wrong was i. Trying to pay was a hassle as it seemed that there was no staff and the staff that were there didn't seem interested at all.

Mi primera vez en yo! Sushi y no me decepcionó. Sushi es simplemente hermosa y fresca. No hay problemas de arroz sin cocer o servicio aquí. Tanto jengibre como desee. La comida es simplemente precioso. Sin embargo, no es el lugar más barato para comer. Me parece muy abundante, así que no sushi tienes que comer un montón = big bill. Si estás dispuesto a pagar el precio lo recomiendo en cualquier momento! Deliciosos!

I'm a massive yo fan but this was the worst experience I've had! 1st off my partner had a sumo Katsu I had to ask them where the sauce was? The waitress was kind enough to take it back to the kitchen but I could see by the "chefs" face that he was annoyed by a small request, the Katsu over all was boring and tasteless, then I ordered a spicy seafood udon soup which was the most disgusting thing I've ever had the "seafood" was over cooked and the broth was water, I ask them if I could have another one I waited 26 minutes and still nothing I asked for the bill and we left most disappointing yo experience! Stay away from this sad excuse for a sushi restaurant!!!

Non andate, risparmiate tutti quei soldi buttati per un pessimo sushi in un ambiente poco curato! Dico solo che ci ho cenato e la tipa addetta a rimuovere i piattini di sushi dal nastro(credo fossero quelli "fuori tempo") li ammucchiava in una ciotola di fronte a noi e ogni tanto ne mangiava uno!! La lavapiatti col cellulare che sparecchiava di fronte a noi e brontolava! Cibo pessimo e carissimo, il gambero in tempura dentro il maki sembrava chewing-gum! Salvo i ghioza alle verdure e forse i nighiri al salmone! 32 sterline per uscire affamati e insoddisfatti! Mai più mi vedranno!

I made an unplanned visit after work. The food was great and the service to match! Marchin the chef was excellent. Tucked away from he main drag of Oxford Circus, this restaurant was nice and quiet rather than being overfilled which was welcome!

Chiaramente non un sushi d'autore, ma è talmente frequentato da poter garantire dei piatti freschi, cosa rara per questo genere di ristoranti (il cibo è servito su 'tappeti' rotanti). Si paga in base al numero di piattini consumati, ogni postazioni dispone di acqua, soya, bacchette e condimenti vari.

We visit London a lot, mainly to go to the theatre and find great food! yo! Is one of them great places. We have been to a few and they are all good but this was our first visit to the Poland st yo and it was great! The staff were friendly and although a little sparse at times, quite attentive. The food is fantastic and fresh. A pleasure to visit!

We previously visited in July and had a terrible time, we had complained at the time and thought we would give them another go. Certainly this was a far more positive visited. There were staff available and happy to help. There was a good selection of plates on the belt and the food was certainly fresh. We also ordered a few specific dishes, these were promptly prepared and tasted fab. All in all a very good visit.

Op maandag hier gaan eten, wat Blue Monday blijkt te zijn, alle blauwe bordjes zijn dan 2,70 pond. Er zat lekkere sashimi, zeewiersalade en sushi bij. De bordjes komen langs je tafel over de lopende band, grappig om mee te maken. Je kon nog gerechtjes op bestelling laten maken. Lekkere witte wijn erbij. Leuke avond.

We generally like Yo! Sushi - it's a pretty good chain. We have been to this branch once before, it wasn't so great. Thought we'd give it another go .... meh ... a little better, but still not great. There are no call lights like other Yo!'s and getting the attention of the staff is not easy, they are friendly when called, but we had to physically go find them. Food is average. In general it's a below par Yo! Sushi.

I went to this branch on a Wednesday evening and ordered tofu katsu curry. Halfway through eating it I found a piece of raw SQUID in my dish. Having never eaten fish in my entire life, it made me feel physically sick and, as a strict vegan, extremely traumatised. Had I not realised and swallowed it I would most definitely have gotten food poisoning, since the squid was completely raw, having only been good for the time it takes to do tofu. Also, lucky for Yo! Sushi that I don't have a serious seafood allergy (not that I'd know if I did since I've never had it). When I called the waitress over she was very apologetic, and said the chef must have dropped the squid in the tofu frier when he made my friend's squid - which wasn't possible, because my meal arrived a good 15-20 minutes before his. The chef also came over to apologise, and they gave us the meal for free. But unfortunately it didn't make up for much, since I spent the rest of the evening extremely anxious, sick and upset. I've always loved Yo! Sushi, but can safely say I'll never be visiting the chain again.

On Thursday 29th Oct, a Thursday, it was empty. However, on arrival, nobody to greet me, nobody in sight, apart from lady cooking food who just shouted (in a polite way) that I could chose were to sit. So I did, even though I wasn't sure what she was saying, and sat down.A good five minutes before anyone noticed I was there. I was waiting for a friend, and she experienced the same welcome. Ignored.We had sushi from the belt, some California rolls fell apart and were not properly rolled. Still tasty though.We ordered a couple of dishes from menu which took forever to come and came at varying intervals after being delivered to wrong patrons first. It all felt a bit slack and annoying.On paying, we were kept waiting at the till for five minutes before we could get anyone's attention.Poor show

On a side street to Oxford Street we went for some sushi. Hot dishes are ordered with the waiter, and even if you wish for a specific kind of sushi. Everything else you take from the conveyor belt. Still and sprinkling water we poured from taps mounted on the table. Dishes are paid according to the colour of the bowl/plate, and the plates are counted to make your bill. The kids and even we where charmed by the ingenuity and mechanics. Sushi was average. Prices are high. But still, it's great fun - and healthy.

E' un ristorante giapponese con il kaiten, ovvero con i piattini che scorrono sul nastro. E' perfetto per un pasto veloce, la qualità è buona ma i prezzi non sono proprio bassissimi. Consiglio un passaggio il lunedì che la maggior parte dei piatti è in promozione e si risparmia un pò. Fa parte di una catena e ne ho visitati diversi di Yo Sushi, ma questo in poland street è uno dei miei preferiti.

Bad location next to parking garage. I got food poisoning from there as there are not so busy, don't go there in the evening !!,food siting on those belt all day. Anyway yo sushi is rubbish you have so many amazing sushi places in London , last place I will recommend and you think is cheap? every little plate 2.95 or 3.95 4.95 etc on the end you get a bill for £ 80 /90 for two .

Came into Yo for a quick lunch and shelter from the rain. I don expect much from any Japanese fast food restaurants in the UK as I've lived in Japan before. The food was the usual, although on this occasion some of the salmon sashimi was semi-frozen.The staff were also lacking. One member of staff took a dish of the belt as it had past its 'freshness' time and placed it on the counter next to me. When it came to the bull she tried to charge me for it!

Buy a gift voucher for two for £50 which included sushi and complimentary drinks (water and green tea). Had an excellent time with my best friend. We made so much sushi and were able to take it all home. Stayed afterwards for more drinks and had a thoroughly wonderful time. They did however run out of red wine but that didn't spoil our fun.

Felt so welcome in Yo Sushi in Poland street when I went with my mum and brother. Normally people pull a face when I explain that I am gluten intolerant but this waiter was more than happy to show me what I could choose and even brought me over a bottle of gluten free soy sauce .The watermelon juice is so so good and my sushi wrap I had was nice too . Will definitely be returning soon !!

We were in the area early one Friday evening and getting hungry. We had tried a few restaurants and we not willing to wait 60 or 90 minutes and eventually got some consensus to try here. I have never liked the chain, feeling that you can easily rack up a bill for £20 per head and still leave feeling hungry. However, this wasn't the case this time. We were seated immediately on some high chairs, which were not the most comfortable for us, as we had been walking all day and I would have preferred something with a back. We ordered some drinks, mainly the water from the taps, which was £1.20. We then tried to work out what we wanted and look out for it on the conveyor belt. We ordered a few things from one of the chefs and in general, these were the best dishes. I was surprised at how run down the kitchen looked. It looked like it needed a good scrub, which given you are forced to look at it, you would think they would go out of their way to clean it. Is this an old version, as the one in Bluewater looks spotless. It also found many of the dishes over salty. The service wasn't very attentive either, with just one person (a chef) paying attention. Oddly enough, the price was OK, but I guess the fact that it was so easy to get in, while everywhere else around was impossible, is a big sign.

Fui a este restaurante por causa do ambiente "engraçado" proporcionado pelos pratos que nos passam á frente num tapete rolante.....mas engraçado só mesmo isso. Em termos de higiene é melhor fechar os olhos.....em termos de simpatia apenas uma funcionária de origem asiática é que tem simpatia...o resto é para esquecer. Um dos funcionários que estava na sala a quem tinha pedido uma bebida teve o desplante de não atender o meu pedido como se sentar na sala a comer e brincar com o seu telemóvel (sem comentários)....De uma coisa tenho a certeza, nunca mais lhe ponho os pés quando regressar a Londres.

Over the years I have visited many Yo Sushi outlets. I admired the team that bought the Japanese conveyor belt format to the UK and in the early days felt there was a consistency, integrity and quality to the offering.I visited the Poland Street branch with my family and it was risible. The belt was poorly stocked with options. The plates on display looked mediocre and tasted worse. We ordered a range of additional plates: -- Plan noodles delivered with baked, carbonated grease from a wok that hadn't been cleaned properly- Prawn katsu - undercooked- Chicken katsu - overcooked- Salmon selection - poorly made, unappetising- Chicken gyoza - overcooked, poor qualityThe food was awful. This is not a cheap place to eat. The staff were vacuous and the waitress couldn't count the number of plates or operate the handheld device.Go to Itsu - don't waste your time or money here.

I thought I'd revisit to see if there was any improvement on the last occasion.Shockingly No. No one was aware I was in the restaurant for 10 mins. Orders arrived far far too late, not just for me but another customer on a separate table. Little on the food belt. Haphazard. Disorganised. Considering there were less than 10 customers with approximately 6-7 staff, it's a pretty poor show. This particular branch should close. It's dragging the others, unfairly, down. If you haven't tried Yo Sushi, please do. But avoid this one

Me and my boyfriend's mother just attended a 2 hour Sushi making class and it was absolutely fantastic.We brought it via buyagift.com and it included the lesson, a tea on arrival, a 'how to' guild, a rolling mat, a Bento lunch box and all the sushi we made, which was a lot!The instructor was great and a good time was had by all who attended.Having only ever had supermarket brought sushi before it was lovely to have some fresh and find out how it was made.

Ok so I used to be a naysayer wjth Sushi but a couple of extra tries and i'm no longer resistant to it. This was my 1st attempt at a proper dinner at a Yo and I was pleasantly surprised.The stuff whizzing past always threw me and once i realised that there was actual hot stuff you could order I was off like a pro :-) Restaurant was quiet but the staff were really friendly and efficient. It's not fine dining but that's not what I expected. It also wasn't McDonald's with raw fish. either.My chicken curry was delicious and the ability to dive in and get a few extra delicacies to add variety really made it a very nice meal.Will be more likely to go Yo again now

Went there last year as the service was good so thought i would go back this year. I love sushis and i really like the way the sushis are served in Yo ! Sushis but is was really disapointed.The service was very poor. The tables and bar weren't cleaned and the plates and glasses of previous clients where not cleared. We asked to have some drinks but the glasses where filthy.The sushis on the treadmill where always the same but we could of asked the waiteress to bring us some other plates but they never came to our table and they always at the other side of the restaurantI will never go back to this yo sushis in London.

We had a couple of hours here from 6.30pm.We got a comfy table at the back rather than stand up.The new J-Dog YOLO at £6 was nice.The dishes were all yum and the staff were great.We had watermelon juice.Only downside was the music was a bit too loud.

Service was not the best at this yo sushi restaurant. I ordered some food that failed to arrive and when I had to ask again I received no apologise. Unfortunately I was charged £1.20 for a tap water. Will choose a different YoSushi in London next time, since I do enjoy their food.

We've been to other Yo! Sushis previously and have always enjoyed our time there. However this particular restaurant is potentially one of the worst chain restaurants we've been to. The service is incredibly slow. Often orders were wrong, and we witnessed many people sending plates back. There is one waiter in particular whose attitude absolutely stinks. Further, the wine we ordered wasn't chilled so we 'had' to have the more expensive bottle. There was also no pumpkin for the pumpkin katsu.The manager seems to be trying, but is unable to keep afloat under pressure - but let's bear in mind that there was max 25 people here in a sizeable restaurant. We love Yo! Sushi so will return but we recommend that you not visit this store until they fix up their act...

Went this morning to do the sushi school with my girlfriend. Tenzin was our teacher and I have to say he was outstanding throughout. Learnt several techniques and he also explained the background to sushi and how the different types were originally developed.Amy is vegetarian and he provided alternatives for her when we used the fish. Left with a mountain of sushi, a bamboo rolling mat and a book with the techniques we were taught in. By the end I was comfortable making the basic sushi on my own and all tastes good.Only criticism I have is that we weren't offered drinks at any point and also weren't allowed to do the chopping. This is for health and safety reasons but I would have happily signed a disclaimer.Definitely worth a trip and something a little different.

We called in here for dinner before going out to the theatre and had a wonderful meal. The food was fresh and tasty.With it being my first experience of Sushi, I was quite apprehensive but the staff were very helpful and guided me through the menu choices well. I really enjoyed the food and although I did try a couple of things that I wasn't too keen on, this only added to the experience.I'll definitely be having Sushi again at Yo! Sushi.

Now we love Yo! and go all the time all over the country. It is reliable and we have never had a bad one.On one of our recent trips to the West End we decided to pop over to Market Place to our constant Yo! of choice only to discover it is now a burger bar So we were re-directed to Poland St. There was nothing on the belt whatsoever - see picture. The toilets were broken, no running water in the ladies nor gents and only the disabled toilet was working for all customers. After waiting 10 mins outside the disabled loo, out came a Yo! waitress who had clearly had a no2 and not washed her hands . Now staff should use their own toilets and wash their hands when serving food. Had she been our waitress I would have walked out immediately. Regarding the first 3 dishes ordered from the menu - 2 were wrong and one (crab tempora) had a hair deep fried into the batter. We have had this dish many many times before and not once have we seen a hair in the batter but our waiter insisted it was part of the dish!! We obviously refused to eat it. Most of the food was ok but we will never return to Poland St. We will now go to the Yo! in Selfriges.

Kids are massive fans of yo sushi so we came to London offered them anything there heart desired and they chose Yo Sushi for goodness sake Google took us to the closest one which was this it was really quiet which is spooky closest one to us is usually rammed staff were ok but the chef stood out for us he actually cooked our food fresh to order and came round and served us he was really awesome think he got sick of waiting for staff to come do anything so he did it himself he probably could if run the place single handed.

Most terrible place I've ever eaten in my whole life(and I've been around the world) the sushi on the belt was old, after two plates that had a really strange smell we noticed the staff, the friendly waitress smells it and say oops, sorry and take it away.. New plates didn't show up, after 30 min we gave up and left..

We visited on a Monday lunch. Tastes were only average, and while plate distribution was on a well laid-out system, the visual presentation was only average. Individual orders were either slow to arrive, or did not come at all! Perhaps an option for kids, but generally skippable. Staff seemed a bit disorganized.

My partner and I have visited Yo Sushi's across the country and found this one in Soho (great location) one of the best. Food is great as always, with many dishes prepared freshly infront of you .. with a smile!The only thing that let down this restaurant was the actual waiting staff, ordered drinks twice and they did not come. The waiting staff were all just stood in a corner having a catch with one another and because of layout of restaurant couldn't grab anyones attention to ask about drinks and order menu options.Apart from this we had a great meal and will most definitely return!TIP! As always the food does not disappoint in Yo Sushi, but the service was very slow and it wasn't even busy. A real shame because the staff cooking were great & delivered quickly, it was just the waiter.. He was on his own for the majority of the time we were there, definitely think that this chain have reduced their staff ratios. We have tried to get into the one on the South bank twice in the last month & they were not interested in our custom at all.

Greatted by the most friendly and warm manager I ever met. He made me and my family feel so at home we almost forgot we were in London. Martyn I think his name was greated us with a great genuine smile (not a foursed I have to be hear smile). He helped us get settled and talked us through how Yo Sushi work. The staff were happy to help and although rushed they were kind and helpful. My daughter loved the food and even my 8 month old son gave it a go. This was my first time to Yo Sushi and if they all have a great team like this one then they are all going to be great hits.

I went for a quick bite with friends, the manager said to call him when we needed him. we took our food outside. we had to go back inside to get anybodys attention, we waited 45 mins for our food, then not all our food arrived, then we waited another half hour for the food that hadnt arrived with the initial batch of food served to us. The waitresses feigned stupidity like its not their fault. the manager was acting like it was far too busy to help out and there were probably not even 10 people in the restaurant. the manager did not help and everytime we needed anything we had to go inside. we were running late so i went inside to use the ladies and ask for the bill, the bill came another 20 mins later even though my friend had asked another waitress when she went to the ladies as well. service was appalling. Put me off Yo Sushi for life. Extremely incompetent staff.

We popped in ahead of a trip to Lucky Voice with plenty of time to spare (or so we thought). We ordered a mixture of hot and cold food, and some big ramen bowls. The cold food freshly prepared came quickly, and it's fine to take cold stuff off the belt, but the service is really not very good. The female waitresses seem sweet, but massively ineffectual, walking off before we had finished ordering drinks, and not taking down orders correctly. They also had no idea where our orders were once asked, and we had to remind that what we had ordered. After 25 minutes of waiting for a chicken ramen and they told me it would be another 8 minutes, I told them not to bother as I had to leave, hungry. My friends had to gulp down their dinner, so we could get to our appointment.There are far too many choices in Soho to bother coming back to somewhere that doesn't seem to be that bothered about their customers getting fed!

I went here with my 10 year old son. The food was great but service was very slow. My son had finished 4 bowls before I got my hot food. The staff were nice though. It was clean and really comfortable.It was a really large Yo Susi. Would definitely eat here again.

Sushien var fin, men det er ikke en running sushi som man kender den, hvor man betaler et fast beløb for at spise løs - her betaler man pr tallerken og der er forskellige priser på tallerknerne. Derfor løber det hurtigt op og bliver dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten.

Nice smiley greeters. Nice booth for my wife and I. We are Yo! sushi regulars (in other locations), this one was just okay. The problem was that there was hardly anything on the conveyor belt, just the same few items going round and round. Of course you can order stuff from the serving staff, but that's not really the point. We pointed it out to our waitress, she said it was because the good stuff was being taken off the belt before it got to us. It just wasn't, the place wasn't that busy and maybe that was the problem. I popped my head into the Selfridges branch this afternoon and the belt was overflowing as was the restaurant.

The new waitresses are an incompetent nightmare! We came and ordered straight away and ware left unapproached for about 15 min and the staff was not even looking in our direction. Eventually, the chef saw that we were waiting and asked us what we want and called a waiter to take our order, again. We got SOME of the order, but apparently it's way to difficult of a job for them, because we waited another 20 min for the miso soup, something we order around 40 min earlier. Finally, my boyfriend went to the waiter and ordered his soup, AGAIN, for the third time now! No apologies or anything like that.We were approached once during the whole 'dining' experience (that was more like waiting experience) and when we were almost done and wanted to order one more dish and then get the bill, the waitress was figuring out the whole thing for ages. We waited another 15 minutes but our food never came, we even saw that the cooks were not getting any orders at that time, which means the waitress failed to get our order right, yet again. After that we didn't want to re-order, we just wanted to go away from there and at the till the waitress and the waiter were unable to comprehend that we didn't get the last dish so we won't pay for it. We didn't get any sort of apologies or discount for all of these misunderstanding and the stuff was acting as if it's not their fault. Not a way to treat a customer. We've had similar situations in yo sushi before when it was very busy, but the staff was always friendly and apologetic, not acting like complete doushebags. I get that mistakes happen and all that but this approach will get them nowhere.We truly love sushi and visited almost all yo sushi in London and this time was the worst. We're not coming to this place again.

Popped in for a quick lunch today and left feeling slightly sick and ripped off. I had a couple of rolls which were OK but the rice was overlooked. The chicken dish was so cold that the chicken was hard. The salmon sushi and sashimi was very nice but the salmon sashimi fell to bits when you picked it up which means it was not cut properly.All together, £24 with a beer. I told the waiter how disappointed I was and he said "thank you for the feedback". I could have gone to Itsu and had a pre-packed sushi set of far beet quality for half the price.

We went here on a weekend evening around half 8 and there was only a few other people there. The service was good and quick and we couldn't fault it. We did have to remind them about one thing we ordered as they forgot but other than that it was clean and a good meal

went with my daughter to learn to make sushi was a great evening, with 10 others learning had a great teacher - Martin who showed us how to make about 7 different types of sushi hands on right from the start - provided with all the equipment (rubber gloves, mat, nori, rice, veg and fish) ended up with masses of sushi to take home experience lasted nearly 3 hours and was very enjoyable as mentioned in previous comments, the toilets were dire, no paper, had to go and ask sushi making was great fun and highly recommended

This Yo! was filthy when we visited. The belt hadn't been cleaned for an age with old food stuck in the cracks and sauces smeared along it and various dishes were missing their lids. The ladies toilets were a disgrace, filthy and with toilet seats hanging off.The most alarming thing about our trip to this restaurant however was the food hygiene standards of the staff. I watched a cream cheese salmon roll being constructed, picked up and then carried round the kitchen while the 'chef' looked for something. On more than one occasion the chef touched other areas of the kitchen with the salmon and on more than one occasion she hadled the salmon after puting items in the bin. The salmon roll was then squashed against a cling film dispenser when the 'chef' picked it up to carry it back to her workspace. Just gross.

Dichiaro che non avevo mai mangiato sushi prima quindi non posso fare alcun paragone con altri ristoranti di sushi. Locale carino come il nastro su cui passano piatti di sushi da mangiare su piattini di colore differente in base al prezzo dello stesso. Servizio non molto disponibile nella spiegazione del funzionamento della consumazione. Ma niente di tragico, spesa nella normale anche per essere a Londra (15 sterilne) sushi tutto sommato buono...si può fare.

Visiting London with the family I had promised my son visit to a sushi bar and so we visited yo sushi, the staff where great and helped explain things allowing me to have a beer while our son enjoyed the sushi experience , he had a great time and we found the food to be great, however the variety was limited when we calked and it looked like you where just setting up for the day.Anyhow all good

Visited here for lunch, absolutely love Yo Sushi, and as always they have a great selection. However this one wasn't amazing. The food we ordered took a long time to come, and wasn't piping hot when it did. We visited at lunch and there wasn't much on the belt and the staff weren't working quickly to amend this. I always enjoy the food here, I just think that in other Yo Sushi's the staff seem to be working quickly to add things to the belt and this was just too laid back.

Nous avons testé ce bar à sushi avec mon copain et quelle erreur! Ce n'était pas frais, le service était minable (pas de bonjour, pas de proposition du menu ou de boisson) et les sushis, je crois que je n'en ai jamais mangé d'aussi horribles de toute ma vie. Des sushis au fromage chèvre, sérieusement? Avec une sauce barbecue? Vu les prix on s'attend à quelque chose de bon!Et le prix au final... 38 livres pour ça, c'est beaucoup trop cher. Surtout qu'il y a 7 livres qui sortent d'on ne sait où malheureusement on s'en est rendus compte trop tard.Passez votre chemin et préférez un Wasabi, nettement moins cher et nettement meilleur!

Tenía muchas ganas de visitar este sitio. La experiencia fue divertida pero sólo abrí boca porque lo precios son muy caros a comparación de otros sitios que venden sushi. La verdad No volvería. Los precios de los platos van por el color que tienen, el más barato el color verde y el más caro el amarillo (este en particular no venía en la lista de precio y muy confiada me cogí 2 guiándome x el tipo de sushi que era , al final resulto ser el más caro 6 libras ) en total 25 libras por una cerveza y 5 platitos , cada platito con 2 piezas a excepción del amarillo que eran 3 ( se me hizo caro comparando que después fui a Wasabi, que es una franquicia tipo take away de sushi y por una caja de sushi con 18 piezas eran 7 librar y estaban incluso mejor y quedas súper llena ! Conclusión: divertido pero caro

Eine Freundin empfahl mir dieses Restaurant. Der Service ist superschnell. Es handelt sich um einen Mix aus traditionellem Sushi-Förderband und à la carte Sushi. Die Auswahl ist riesig, von Vorspeisen über Hauptspeisen bis hin zu Desserts ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns mächtig den Bauch vollgeschlagen.Über den Preis waren wir dann sehr überrascht. Wir haben wirklich viel gegessen. In der Schweiz hätte man gut und gerne 100 Franken dafür liegen lassen. Hier kostete es nur 40 Pfund. Wir trauten unseren Augen kaum und haben natürlich grosszügig Trinkgeld da gelassen. Die Lage dieser Filiale ist zudem noch äusserst zentral.Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Hygiene: In gewissen Zeitintervallen leuchtete ein Lämpchen in der Küche (in die man übrigens hinein sehen kann, grosses Plus!), dann mussten alle Angestellten mit der Tätigkeit aufhören, die sie gerade vollführten, und sich gründlich die Hände waschen. Hut ab, tolles Konzept!

We went to two yo sushi this trip,..new Poland and the top of Harvey's...very very nice staff, fun atmosphere and warm sake....food is middle of road but the expectations were set long ago...still great to go and take advantage of blue Monday specials...yes there are other sushi places in london...loads to be exact..yo is still a place to eat, drink and have some fun for us.

This was our third choice of restaurant for the evening (the first restaurant - Nara, had closed down, the second restaurant - Arirang, were simply rude).The service was excellent, the staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good but we ended up having the same dish about three times as there wasn't much choice from the conveyor belt. The chicken yakisoba was a little too spicy for our liking.Unfortunately the restaurant did not have highchairs so we used our pocket highchair instead.

La razón principal para visitar es las vistas, se puede ver a Leicester Square y más allá, así que es muy bonito, especialmente por Navidad. Las bebidas, ambiente etc. como cabe esperar de la zona. Yo asistí a una fiesta de San Valentín, sin embargo, una vez aquí la noche que fue excepcional, nos sirvieron estaba vestida de hors d'oeuvre y delicioso champagne por un personal atento y toda la zona muy bien. Hay sitios mucho peores para visitar en las inmediaciones.

Estoy de acuerdo con el comentario anterior de que los estándares parecen haber disminuido. Es una pena ya que este solía ser decente. Mi experiencia personal es que el huevo scotch katsu ha reducido drásticamente en tamaño sin explicación. Excelente plato pero muy mala relación ahora. Un colega mencionó que había notablemente menos pollo con su sándwich katsu que antes. No preocupa en estas cadenas de la ciudad tratando de cambio cuando hay tantas opciones en otros lugares.

No escuchar al cliente, comida cara y del aumento de la competencia llevó a desventaja Bep Haus. Es un mercado difícil y éste tenía un gran producto hasta hace un año. Lamento verlo ir, pero hay muchos otros buenos vietnamita apareciendo - prueba Bahn Mi Bay en la calle cannon. Muy bueno.

Dropped by for a quick lunch with a friend wanting a hot option for lunch and being a huge fan of dim sum. Ordered the lunch time option of a basket of dim sum, crackers and sticky rice. It was ok and did the job of filling me up, but I was not particularly impressed given the overall blandness of the food and for the price paid, a smaller portion than I would expect. The dim sum also felt overcooked and lacked the springy firm quality to the dough. This was particularly surprising given how it's owned by Ping Pong, who I would expect to be a bit more exacting with standards. I would not be returning and would rather spend a bit more time and money in a proper dim sum restaurant.
