I really enjoy the food here, but the portions have shrunk and the cost has gone through the roof. £63 for lunch, for two people. I won’t be in a hurry to go back.

Beautiful location with the characteristic roll on top of which you can choose the food you want. Exquisite food too. But brace yourself cause you’re gonna get an expensive bill for really little food. The nigiri is not the classic rice ball with fish inside but just a little bit of rice with fish on top of it and if you order the noodles, do not go for the regular portion cause you’ll be served a very little bowl with barely any thing in it. We had to go for a second dinner elsewhere cause we were still so hungry after we left. Oh, almost forgot: the bathrooms were absolutely filthy with s**t on top of the toilette seats. Only consolation, the gyoza were fantastic.

We went Saturday- we have never been before, asked the waitress for some help, wasn’t interested at all - just told to choose from the conveyer belt, not offered and child alternatives even though I took two little girls, ended up spending £70 between 1 adult and 2 10 year olds, we were all absolutely starving- wasn’t given a menu - it was all just really poor- the sushi was ok but didn’t know where where different options available as we were not given a menu or advice considering we did say we had not been before - for the whole time we where there there was no contact with a waitress, they were more concerned with piling more and more people in there - we will not be returning..

Food was good. No cue to get seated on a Saturday afternoon, which was good. Normal great Yo tastes. Only down side, we were using a 1/3rd discount code, so wanted to have one bill at the end to pay. So asked the staff for table service, as opposed to ordering off the app. This kind of felt like an alien concept. Had to go and ask multiple time for service and where certain orders where. Think the staff at Yo don't really do any waitering any more. they just deliver food ordered off the app. They were all nice when got there attention, however its not really what Yo service was pre COVID changing to ordering on an app.

Today I visited liverpool Yo Sushi, all was good until it came to paying. We asked for the bill, the employee came over and we requested to use our student discount - in which she sighed and told us she put it on (she didn’t). After attaching the ‘discount’ we asked to pay separately in which she huffed and puffed, slumping into her hand leaning in the table whilst rolling her eyes. This is highly unprofessional and rude. To top it all off, we were charged incorrectly on our cards. I won’t be returning to Yo Sushi as I’m disgusted with how I’ve been treated.

Like many people we visited having previously done so when it was Yo sushi. Took my wife after giving her the choice of where to go to eat. The ‘order at the table’ on your phone is fine until theres an issue and no one is around to help you! The food we had was nice but Id now consider this place way too expensive for what you get -£8 for two small pieces of beef as an example. One of our dishes didnt arrive, the ones that did seemed to take ages. When we finally got to pay the bill the server said “shall i take it off the bill then?”- Id prefer not to pay for food we havent had? I tried to suggest she remove the drinks we had -just a beer n coke- as some for of apology but it fell on deaf ears- really poor and sadly we wont be back again.

Let’s face it, Yo Sushi is not cheap. It’s literally the Halfords of Japanese scran, you pay for the convenience. During the aftermath of covid, Yo had you ordering & paying via a QR code at your table with minimal human interaction. You could input discount codes and choose how much service tip to give without someone breathing down your neck which ultimately made for a peaceful dinner if you just want to eat some good food and not be pestered. Then they went and changed it. You still order completely via QR code BUT you can’t do any of the paying thing without a server coming over to you, which causes an issue when they are short staffed and the server is doing the job of 3…….which seems to be a common thing since covid and I thought the QR order & pay system worked great with………silly move Yo! My last visit will likely be just that as it took just as long to get the servers attention & pay than it did to sit down, order, wait & eat my dishes……..tail wagging the dog comes to mind here. Not a fault of the staff, more a problem caused by upper management.

La comida suele ser buena, pero desde el último cambio de menú creo que ha disminuido el tamaño de la porción de la mano para todo, desde rollos para katsu. Un poco decepcionante, ya firme favorito. También dejaron de hacerlo en la olla poco de sobras y ahora cobran 3 veces más por una cafetera.

No había estado en años Sushi en un tiempo y es aún mejor! La comida es excelente y me encanta la manera de elegir platos de novedad la correa, agrega a la experiencia en general. Recomiendo el Katsu curry.. precioso! Cargas para veganos no todos los platos de pescado crudo. Algunos nuevo personal muy amable y educado que te hace sentir bienvenido. Realmente merece una visita. Disculpas si mi comentario es que se ha perdido la conexión y duplicado no puedo decir si fui por primera revisión.

The niguiris, makis and california rolls were very good, the gyozas too much fried and yokisoba with vegetales better might be named yokisoba without vegetables because only had three pieces of grated carrot. Waiters and waitresses very helpful and warm welcome. All was very good except yokisoba and gyozas

El mejor sitio de sushi que he ido. Si nunca has estado, entonces sin duda porque es genial! Puede ser caro si pides un montón porque se agrega pero vale la pena porque es delicioso! Me terminan yendo cada mes porque es muy agradable. Si te gusta el sushi, entonces le encantará este lugar.

My first ever visit to a Sushi restaurant and I was not disappointed. The eaiter was friendly and took the time to explain to us how it all worked. The selection was huge and everything we tried was really tasty. The price was very reasonable too.Ig you haven't tried sushi give it a go, we did and were really glad we did.Definitely somewhere to return.

Based in the Liverpool L1 shopping complex facing the cinema it is well located for a quick lunch after shopping. I was seated with my friends on the bar surrounding the cooks. The dishes pass in front of you on a conveyor belt and you pick up the dish of your choice. The dishes are set in different colours to highlight the standardised prices. Good idea and the fish is fresh. Service is pretty much impersonal and quite functional but that the whole concept of this food chain. It is also quite expensive when the plates stack up!

Delicious Tonkotsu Ramen, black garlic oil and Mirin Beef Rib. I’ve not had a beef tonkotsu before so this was a nice Dish to try out. The garlic oil gave a deep flavour to the soup. The beef was tender and combined well with all the various ingredients in the bowl. I found the servers to be welcoming and smiley.
