Ying Can Cook in Redcar and Cleveland

I have ordered from ying can cook many times now and the food is alway gorgeous but tonight I’m really disappointed with the way the service was. My noodles were missing from my order so I rang to let them know, the lady came on the phone and said she packed them with the fried rice I explained that they weren’t there she went off the phone and started speaking to someone else then said it again that she packed them as if I was lying I said it doesn’t matter I’m not going to lie over some noodles and she hung up on me. It’s a shame because the food is gorgeous but has put me off ordering from here again, not good customer service at all

Tasty Chinese takeaway, with quick service!

Food is very good and always served hot. They need to update menu prices on line to avoid confusion, they are very out of date. You need to add up to £2.00 for each item.

Food is amazing, never disappointed. Tiny little concern(not a complaint) it is cash only, even on home delivery.

Fast and efficient service. Lovely food and cooked really well. However, a slight improvement might be less noodles and a few more prawns in the Special Chow Mein...apart from that though I can't complain.

YING certainly can cook!. Just tried this Chinese tonight for the first time. Food was lovely I will be back. Wasn't over saturated with salt either which was a pleasant change. Very nice highly recommend. I collected but they do deliver to Dunsdale.

Just had our third take away from Ying Can Cook. Excellent service, excellent food and value for money. Best one in the area.

Best Chinese takeaway I’ve had around Teesside! The ribs are unreal and meaty, lovley service and quick delivery from when I ordered!

We were away on holiday, fancied a Chinese found this place on Google maps, doesn't look much from the outside but the food was spot on, you get a decent amount for your money, defo go back if ever in the area!

Very nice chicken curry, fried rice was tasty and not sticky. All in all I’m pretty happy.

Wow! We had sweet and sour and the quantity and quality was fantastic. Prices reasonable about £6 each. If you are anywhere near this place I would recommend you pay them a visit! Friendly staff and waiting time minimal. Cash only but you can get cash from the free machine in the Premier shop at the end of the Parade!

Great phoned order in collected straight in straight out no contact with any one good service great meal very reasonable price also.

Food is disgusting, tastes of old oil and unfresh ingredients. Also the owners are running a crèche with the amount of kids running in and out. Not great for hygiene, nor the local community who have to deal with the disruption and damage they cause to the plants etc and litter they leave around. VILE

Sick to death of the horrific mouldy smell of old oil polluting the residents drains. New owners don't give two hoots about letting their kids run riot along with their friends. Not a nice pleasant experience!

Just discovered this Chinese today as our usual Mindu (Saltburn) was closed for there New Year. Best Chinese we have ever tasted! You've gained 5 happy customers! 😁

Ordered 4 or 5 times since new owners took over. Rank, smells of old oil and the attitude sucks from the owners. Disgusting!
