Was sick as dog and partner was food was not cooked properly it was disgusting how they got four stars I'll never no

The chowmein was different to what we are used to in the midlabds but food was very nice

Everything that we ordered tasted the same, no flavour, very salty, weird jellyfied sauce, congealed rice. It is cheap, but it looks like it and tastes too. Very disappointed!

Disgusting food. Chips didn't even taste like chips - full of grease and I think they were yesterdays warmed up. Avoid this place.

Realy gone downhill, used to be best in Prestatyn. Now, they have no pride in what they serve. Chips always never cooked, food has gone bland. I binned my last takeaway from there it was that bad. Only a one star food hygiene rating also 🤑🤑

Used to be amazing. But really gone down hill recently. The food is still edible and some things are enjoyable but the main meals are just bland and really really lacking in any sort of taste . The beef fried rice and salt and pepper chips are delicious, the soups are delicious as at most if the starters, the chow mein are different to any sort of chow mein I've had before. Lots of veg, not mixed in a some what bland too.

Really enjoyed the food .... word of warning, for your own personal safety don't ask for your meal half fried rice half chips, ignore at your peril 🤣

This is the worst Chinese take away I have ever encountered. Chips were hard as though they had been warmed up from last night. Pies and puddings were heated in the microwave too long so pie crust was like a brick and so was the bottom of the pudding. Everything was tasteless, wish I didn’t have to give it 1 star it should be none.

Do not go here !!!!!!! we were travelling thro last night and or salt n pepper chips were cold under cook n bits , salt n pepper chicken strips looked anemic n again cold, n god knows wat was on the salt n pepper ribs they were covered in a batter n it was just bone n batter absolutely awful , Avoid ,Avoid ,Avoid

I've not been to Yeung Sing for a while, tonight I ordered chicken curry with rice it was really tasty with proper chicken pieces, chicken cashews with rice which was also really tasty with proper chicken pieces, fish chips and large sausage, the fish was big and meaty. These 3 meals fed 5 people who were all full and enjoyed it. Excellent value for money.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !! Absolutely disgusting, I've never known Chow Mein to have tons of broccoli, mini corns and raw carrots in !! The chips were like slop, and none of the food had any flavor what so ever, all went in the bin !! 🤮

Very very rude phone manner didn't end up ordering because of how rude the lady spoke to me, should've known better after reading several reviews saying the same, thought ide give them the benefit of doubt, my mistake, why would I even bother continuing to order after that attitude, how not to run a business, I want to be treated like a customer not a hindrance

Food wasn’t great last time I ordered here but was the only place open at the time so had to deal with it. Tried to order again this evening but never even got to eat this time as the woman on the phone was so rude I hung up! Avoid like the plague, better off going to the local shop and making your own!

Asked to wait 20 mins for my food, 50 mins later I'm still waiting with no explanation.

There is no sign on the door giving instructions . Asking us to stay outside.i dont appreciate being barked at to get out. How are they to know i am here to collect my order.l if I wasnt even alloowed in to say my name.

Really disappointed the food was Luke warm at best, not much taste and the prawn crackers were soft they went straight in the bin ! Won’t be returning

Absolutely Disgusting We recently had a takeaway from this place whilst staying in the area and it has to be said it is the worst we have ever had, spare ribs floating in yellow grease and more of that than source, the main course was no better as all you could taste was grease, totally vile and all ended up in the bin, girl behind the counter very rude and no concept of customer service, I bet if environmental health paid them a visit they would have a field day in that kitchen, awful experience and never again, do not eat anything from here, steer clear as all these bad reviews cant be wrong and trust me they are not, also wonder why that have removed the food hygiene rating certificate, begs the question !!

Have been using this take away for 6 years Went tonight and was barked at by the young girl behind this counter saying only 2 people allowed in at any one time, I apologised and went back outside. I looked all around for any signage saying this but there wasn't any.. After a customer left I went back inside to be again spoken to like a piece of dirt by this 16/17 yr old behind the counter asking if I had ordered my food over the phone which I hadn't because I hadn't been in for such a long time due to lockdown. Due to the nature of this young girls customer service I said to the owner/cook they should sort there staffs customer service skills and wouldn't be spending my money in there and walked out

Girl on front desk was very rude and miserable and they don't have a food hygiene certificate on display which I believe is against the law so I wonder what they are hiding? The food was average.

Such a shame to get home and find the order is wrong....after asking for crispy shredded beef we end up with chicken, asked for large chips we got a small, disappointing! However it was tasty but just not what we'd ordered🙄

Used to go here all the time until the drop in rating. Thought I'd give it another chance. Wish I hadn't. Chicken and mushroom was bland to say the least, the boiled rice was clumpy and the prawn crackers were soft. Pudding and pie in Rhuddlan next time.....

Best Chinese food had in along time. Defiantly the best in Prestatyn . we live in chester and come to caravan down the road and eaten hear twice this week it’s that good. Amazing chicken curry and duck and pineapple highly recommended

The best salt and pepper chicken wings you will find in the Prestatyn/ Rhyl area. They always have friendly staff and often add some pwran crackers in the bag free of charge, that always keeps me happy.

Miserable woman on the counter asking why I wanted food so late at 10 15 pm only went there coz nowhere else open and food was burnt, don't bother!!!!!!

Couldn't give minus 1 star. Been coming here nearly every weekend for about 10 years. But never again. Just been in and ordered ribs wings and Cantonese beef. Got home and they gave us beef tomato. When I rang to complain as we can't eat food with that much tomato as we have an allergy. We were told if we bring it back now they will replace. When I said I can't as we are home 20 minutes away they said nothing they can do. Not good customer service as they agreed they had written wrong number down for the meal. Will start going to the tale away in the high street instead

Came down from. Sheffield for a week to presthaven sands and thought we would try a Chinese this is the best Chinese. service and staff was excellent and polite food was amazing will visit again soon

Avoid avoid gave chance even after 0 rating and got a better rating. Two consecutive orders wrong. Second order told on phone I could have then told at shop I couldn't so waited for plum sauce and duck as told the char sui is HEATED without sauce, plum sauce only comes with duck. I agreed to duck in plum sauce. Opened container literally a tin of pineapple chunks in thickened sweet pineapple sauce. I called and was told plum sauce under the pineapple, we put the vegetable in (meaning the pineapple as no other ingredient)to fill it with something. I've had duck in plum and this was definitely not it. Staff very rude and no customer experience had some nice food up until a few weeks back. NOT GOING back. Cash only too! So don't go empty handed if you do. They also have no clue as to what allergens are in their food. I would like to give no stars but won't let post.

I called an order through and found the service great, food quality really good and one of the best chow mains I’ve had. Duck amazing and good size portions. I would recommend fully and keep going back. My husband can be really fussy but loved everything.

Very nice duck in black bean sauce, huge amount of chips in a single portion. Doesn't accept Scottish money though.

After receiving 0 hygiene rating from the council won't be returning shame because food was nice. But what lurks behind the kitchen door eh.

When i bought English chicken and chips there wern't very good but the Chinese is great!

Paid my money and waited, lots of pre-booked orders came and went. After 20 minute wait I said where's my order - they had "lost it" and they said I'd have to wait another 20 minutes. Got my money back and left, utterly useless staff in my opinion.

I have just been on the phone to them as they gave me wrong meal not very helpful nothing they could do the chips also where not cooked fully very pale and full of black eyes not impressed at all ......

The quality of the food here varies tremendously from day to day . If it is a good day then the food is ok but if you're unlucky and the food can be very poor to mediocre . They need to make their food consistently much better

Had a meal from there last night and it was disgusting. The chips wer ok but the chicken in black Bean sauce was just bland. Had no taste to it. The young girl serving behind the counter was very friendly tho. I won't be eating there again
