Costa Coffee in Denbighshire

dropped my car off for a service down the road so decided to walk to Costa for something to eat and a coffee, served quickly didn’t have to wait long food and drink was great no complaints, could be a bit cleaner around the tables and seating areas but not terrible, ample parking outside no complaints can recommend on my experience thank you.

Closes at 17:00 on Sunday. NOT 18:00. Therefore 1* all around.

I have used this place from the first day they opened and I use this place a lot for business meetings and to catch up with friends I liked this Costa as I’m disabled and the access is spot on. 90 minutes Parking is a joke considering it takes me 20 minutes to get my wheelchair out!!!! Went on the 20th of January for a business meeting the Que’s were massive and the wait for the accessible toilet was ridiculous just received a £100 parking fine absolutely disgusted!!. so wont be returning again absolute joke I spend a lot of money at this Costa I will not be spending another penny here and I’ll be urging everyone I know to avoid.

Staff frie.There are staff standing and talking behind counter when there are dirty tables need wiping. Not impressed

If going in, you know what prices are..stafff good and drinks are as stated

I use this place a lot for business meeting Went on the 1st December for a business meeting just received a £100 parking fine wow, so wont be returning again absolute joke especially when your spending money in the shop. Hope that £100 keeps you going as ive now moved all my meeting else where id eurge anyone to avoid this place, daylight robbery

Very nice food and drink, ideal for going to after the hospital, very helpful and friendly staff, the toilets are all clean, the only thing is the tables are very sticky Lots of parking available

Went today to grab some drinks as my sister who is in hospital really wanted one to be told at the door they now shut at 4.30 on a Sunday ( was 4.31 ) didn't tell us we could get a drive thru, even though i got out our car right nxt to the girl who told us, so was going to leave only that we saw another car go through that we figured it out! Never mind the service was rubbish the drinks were weak and disgusting aswel!

Just been in for the first time and the lady who served us couldn't have been nicer. Really friendly and customer focused. Well done to the lady in the witch's costume Saturday 29th Oct 2pm

Called in at 5.50pm they had locked the shop even though they are not meant to close until 6pm but said we could have a drive through!

Called in at 5.45 .... shop closed but it says its open till 7???? What's that about? Had a take out cos that's all that was on offer. No queue, but service very slow. Not the Costa standard we are used to!

This place definitely has the human touch . A lovely old man came into Costa while I was there and he didn't have enough for his purchase so a lady customer stepped in to pay but the batista behind the counter was going to buy it for him..lovely staff lovely place . Darren and nieve were the staff on duty. Deserve a bonus both of them.

Customer service not great. Very slow service and decided to close early due to staff shortage. No apologies, actually quite rude about it!

I went to costa today with my family and we got treated differently just because my family was wearing a scarf on their head the worked said there was a shortage in the shop I understand that but 5 people came after me and the got served which make no sense and I asked for the manger she just ignored me and walked off. I do not recommend this place for any women who’s wearing just a scarf stupid place to go to.
