Yaya's - German Donor • Peri Peri Chicken in East Renfrewshire

Iv been working through the menu ,rice bowls are my favourite ,all heat levels are good but I think mild tastes the best (amazing)chicken fillets and the sauce they come in🤤 and the fries are hot, great work guys , love it

Food ordered at 7:30 with estimates to be delivered 8-8:20. ordered appeared with the status delivered 8:30 even though I never got it. tried to call them and could not get through. So I’ve sent a message and got a response saying they are busy and n w time 8:55. same thing happened again, order didn’t arrived but was marked as if it did and no response from the place. I have received it at 9:30!! when I requested a refund I was told no refund will be given as they are busy!! bad customer service

Food not delivered still waiting saying its left and hasn't then calling and driver has left... the called 30 mins after drivers left and to be told he will be 10 mins absolute joke ! Order was made at 7:27 its now 9:26 still no food

Foods great staff are polite and helpful, chicken rice bowls in all levels of heat are good, I love spicy food and it’s unusual for me to order mild but my favourite rice bowl is mild. Flavours amazing. Good work guys thanks

So good only tried this place a couple of weeks ago, rice bowls are amazing and the place is consistently good iv ordered same thing 4 times , 4 times it’s been perfect.the food including the fries were all hot on arrival, I’m in Barrhead there in Giffnock, well done👏👏, can’t get hot fries from McDonalds half a mile away😂

Just off of two hours for delivery with no compensation or discount. Big disappointment from a favourite takeaway. They won't be getting return custom.

Delivery took two hours to arrive, received a notification to say food was on its way, called the restaurant half an hour later who said it was still there. Waited a further 50 minutes after my delivery slot time. Then the food turns up cold as it had obviously been sitting for over an hour. Shocking, shouldn’t take on more orders than you can cope with.

Latest part of estimated time chips where like cardboard and cold cheese dipper 4 for almost £5 cold and kebab had hardly any meat in it rest filled with chips worst takeout I have had in a very long time I don’t recommend this place at all

Hands down the best restaurant in town. Only place me and my mates go. The people are great the food is great and they never skimp over anything. Chicken kebab is loaded with chicken, salad and sauce. The chips on the side alone are worthy of a meal. Highly recommend yayas Giffnock to everyone.

You swapped out the sausages for a reduced pack and charged me the full price.

My go to place whenever I want food to hit the spot - they never let me down!! The kebabs are a genuine 10 out of 10, everything from the portion size to the flavor but a new favorite of mine of late is their chicken rice box hot (yes I asked for cheese on top too 🤣) - it’s da biz!!! Big shout out to the staff at the front too for always looking after me! 🙌🏽

Good, but the onion rings were overcooked.

It's alright but the family platter gets extremely boring to eat - just 1 peri peri chicken and 2 sides for £20. The portions on the sides are too small- you get like 1 mozzarella per person if it's a family of 4. Only thing I liked were the donner kebabs- good portion and absolutely delicious.

The driver was very nice and polite.

Terrible service at the giffnock store. Their delivery driver hit into the back of our car and drove off. Called the store to ask who it was and get some more info and they palmed us off.

this is beyond a joke now i have not been responded to and i have now been blocked from the website which lets me see how my refund request is, my order was completely ruined as i have already explained in my previous email. i would atleast like a response to see if this money grabbing company will atleast return my £14.20 out of the millions and millions they have i have had to come on the app and resubmit this request as my emails will not be answered.
