Food was really good and delivery was quick. we ordered 2 mixed kebabs but I'm pretty sure one of them only had beef donner and no chicken which was slightly disappointing. Overall top class though

The delivery was more than an hour longer than the stated timescale when ordering, I would like some compensation please.

The quality of the German Donner was excellent, totally delicious. Order arrived 30 minutes late so I was waiting an hour and a half, the chips were cold and they forgot the drink. So I wouldn't order a delivery again but I would collect.

Food said it arrived no one was there cancelled then food showed up

So annoyed and disappointment. Didn’t get red onion or garlic mayo on my chick n rice. Completely dry so couldn’t eat it, phoned to tell them. Said they would send it out in 45 minutes red onions and garlic mayo came. My chicken rice was frozen by then. Accused me off lying saying there chef said he put it on and then said will take an hour if I want another one. Just didn’t feel like very good service from staff. Disappointed

Ok time, dont get it Yayas often but so like there wings but the chips bit of a dissapointment, but always find that with orders chips always cold.

Order from both yaya’s stores and the food quality is always excellent. Very good portion sizes aswell and the staff are always very friendly in the shops.

I love this shop, the chicken Donner & chips, is the best in town, especially if with no sauce, it's worthy of a condemed man ..

it’s absolutely outrageous. everytime i order two or more meals, i also order several dips and i again i end up with 2 sauces. when a customer asks for 4 dips in total, they should receive 4 dips. 1 star!

I am very unhappy, I ordered yayas for me and my brother the other night, my order came 1 hour late and my food was freezing but also booth chicken boxes were missing which meant we only had our chips and I had to go out my way and spend more money to buy other food. I am not happy with this and I will be looking for at least a refund on the items I didn’t receive.

The only kebab I will eat ! The beef kebab is lovely, salad is fresh and the sauces are on point . I love that they do curly fries aswell . Shop is spotless and staff are very nice . I actually come from East Kilbride just for the kebab as it’s so hard to find a nice kebab that’s actually beef and not lamb

Food was cold and I mean COLD when delivered not to mention late not to mention the special needs delivery guy so didn’t have the heart to send it back an absolute disgrace

Waited 2 hours for my food. Ordered at 7.55, phoned at 8.55 and was told it will be 10-15 minutes driver has taken the food and they were really busy and apologetic. Phoned again at 21.28 to be told he will chase up driver. Phoned again at 21.44 to be told driver will be 5 minutes. I understand the storm but 2 hours is unacceptable. Especially at estimated delivery time was 15-30 minutes and you do use your own drivers so can adjust this, so customers can have an idea before ordering how long it will be. Such ashame, food is always lovely, but really disappointed with the service from staff not giving accurate updates.

tried many kebab shops in the local area, this is the best by far.

Driver was very suspicious and was trying to get off without giving me my change claiming he was just a driver and had no change? when i confronted him he then asked if i would be ok with someone in the shop to deal with my money tomorrow, i then asked him to take his food back and give me my money back which then he choose to eventually go to his car and get the change im entitled to!!!

The food quantity was very less and not enough and the salads were missing from the individual order. Not value for money

Food ordered at 7:30 with estimates to be delivered 8-8:20. ordered appeared with the status delivered 8:30 even though I never got it. tried to call them and could not get through. So I’ve sent a message and got a response saying they are busy and n w time 8:55. same thing happened again, order didn’t arrived but was marked as if it did and no response from the place. I have received it at 9:30!! when I requested a refund I was told no refund will be given as they are busy!! bad customer service

Food not delivered still waiting saying its left and hasn't then calling and driver has left... the called 30 mins after drivers left and to be told he will be 10 mins absolute joke ! Order was made at 7:27 its now 9:26 still no food

So good only tried this place a couple of weeks ago, rice bowls are amazing and the place is consistently good iv ordered same thing 4 times , 4 times it’s been perfect.the food including the fries were all hot on arrival, I’m in Barrhead there in Giffnock, well done👏👏, can’t get hot fries from McDonalds half a mile away😂
