Food was cold and I mean COLD when delivered not to mention late not to mention the special needs delivery guy so didn’t have the heart to send it back an absolute disgrace

A ordered my food at quarter to 3 & just recievrd it but I understand because off weather but after waiting all that to me I only received a half portion of chips disappointed as I am gd customer

tried many kebab shops in the local area, this is the best by far.

Driver was very suspicious and was trying to get off without giving me my change claiming he was just a driver and had no change? when i confronted him he then asked if i would be ok with someone in the shop to deal with my money tomorrow, i then asked him to take his food back and give me my money back which then he choose to eventually go to his car and get the change im entitled to!!!

The food quantity was very less and not enough and the salads were missing from the individual order. Not value for money

Iv been working through the menu ,rice bowls are my favourite ,all heat levels are good but I think mild tastes the best (amazing)chicken fillets and the sauce they come in🤤 and the fries are hot, great work guys , love it

Food ordered at 7:30 with estimates to be delivered 8-8:20. ordered appeared with the status delivered 8:30 even though I never got it. tried to call them and could not get through. So I’ve sent a message and got a response saying they are busy and n w time 8:55. same thing happened again, order didn’t arrived but was marked as if it did and no response from the place. I have received it at 9:30!! when I requested a refund I was told no refund will be given as they are busy!! bad customer service

Food not delivered still waiting saying its left and hasn't then calling and driver has left... the called 30 mins after drivers left and to be told he will be 10 mins absolute joke ! Order was made at 7:27 its now 9:26 still no food

Foods great staff are polite and helpful, chicken rice bowls in all levels of heat are good, I love spicy food and it’s unusual for me to order mild but my favourite rice bowl is mild. Flavours amazing. Good work guys thanks

So good only tried this place a couple of weeks ago, rice bowls are amazing and the place is consistently good iv ordered same thing 4 times , 4 times it’s been perfect.the food including the fries were all hot on arrival, I’m in Barrhead there in Giffnock, well done👏👏, can’t get hot fries from McDonalds half a mile away😂

Consistently great food at Yayas giffnock can’t recommend enough. I get a peri burger and peri chips weekly and it never disappoints. A must have if you are in the area.

Just off of two hours for delivery with no compensation or discount. Big disappointment from a favourite takeaway. They won't be getting return custom.

Delivery took two hours to arrive, received a notification to say food was on its way, called the restaurant half an hour later who said it was still there. Waited a further 50 minutes after my delivery slot time. Then the food turns up cold as it had obviously been sitting for over an hour. Shocking, shouldn’t take on more orders than you can cope with.
