Went to castle court for a Chinese and when me and my aunt got two half and half’s they had a problem when we never had a problem before and for one of the half and Half’s I got chips and chicken balls and they only gave me two chicken ball and bearly any curry don’t come here

Delivery wasn’t sealed and items missing. Ticked off from restaurant but missing from delivery driver. Won’t trust a just eat driver again. Several times this has happened and yet it’s impossible to contact them in regards to this.

Chicken curry (which came in a curry sauce carton) with fried rice was£ 8.50 will nearer buy again daylight robbery wasn't even enjoyable it was worse chicken curry we've ever had!!!..

Food was fine. Not bad but not great either. Our main issue was the delivery, while the driver arrived exactly on time he was gabbing the bag at the side causing the chicken curry to be tipped on its side and leaking. He was on the phone whilst handing me the food. I’m not sure if he even spoke to me and gave me the dirtiest look as he handed the food over, had a look on his face of pure disgust it was the rudest delivery I’ve ever had.

Missing half my order, and curry chip consists of chips and the tiniest tub of curry sauce, my chicken chowmein came as a tube of noodles & nothing more missing the entire ingredients. I’ve had from here in castle court & it’s been nice but I’ll never order again. Not even a contact number so I’m stuck with no food very disappointed.

Nearly 3 hours for delivery then driver couldn’t find location leaving me to pick my food up from a near location

I've been there several times every year and the food was ok. This year I've been there 5 times. The last 3 food was colder (it was always warm, now they serve it much colder and less tasty). Last time there were also many things missing from the trays, even though there were still 2 hours until closing time. Only 5 things left to choose from? and one sauce... , Prices have gone up and there are fewer things in boxes. I understand the savings, but prices are higher too,so it makes sense for the food to be warm at least

Your actually having a laugh first time ordering from here i order the dining solo deal i ordered the Carmel chicken as my main to be handed just rice an noodles. No number nothing to contact absolutely fuming

When im in castle court i call into yangtze and i get the 3 piece box of carmel chicken.so i thought i would order it tonight with just eat.i was so disappointed it was nothing like carmel chicken it was more like crispy chicken which was full of fatty bits it was disgusting.plus for the price its disgraceful it cost over £24.u get either rice or noodles with it.there was very little chicken it was mostley rice and noodles.it is deffinatley not worth the price.

I love the carmel chicken but For the price i think there should have been more chicken and less noodles.

Their customers service leaves a lot to be desired ask for a refund was refuse because they don't do gravy was told just curry or eat it dry well I can tell I will never b bk to this place wouldn't take my dog to eat in it keep in mind I did not leave the nor did I have the food in my hands when I realised there was no gravy just curry I ask for refund and was refused not very nicely would go as far to say ignorant

Ordered at 15.30 for delivery at 17.00 good didn't arrive till 18.17. not impressed food was still warm but not hot. No phone number to contact restaurant to cancel order.

While everything tasted okay, mixing everything together is not a good way of serving it. Need some sort compartmentam container. Also, none of the meat dishes had any vegetables in them. A bit disappointed. Also the toilet is out of order.

Didn’t arrive! Driver was at the other side of Belfast when I checked then it lost signal.

Awful customer service, this takeaway charged my son to his card and then said it didn’t go through. He had to pay in cash. Then he got a notification to say it did go through on his card. They refused to refund him said there was no way they could? Asked him to leave his name and number which he did for a manager to call. Left him with no money on his card or cash for transport home from city centre. A week and a half later still no contact made after they charged him twice and no active phone line to contact them! Absolute joke.

I should have read the reviews before ordering,,we could not eat what was delivered,,the curry was brown water,,the chips were freezing, the chicken balls were rock hard and freezing,,,everything was disgusting

Ordered the 30 pounds deal, listed as 4x mains 2x chow mein and 3x sides. The "mains" came in a small oval plastic tray that barely fits a starter. 1 of these half filled a standard bowl. The chow mein were "mains" size but the rest weren't even close. Its like a taster course. Hugely underwhelmed and not remotely value for money. Feeling very ripped off

Dirty lil rats, my brother and their bubble friend ordered from there, they never got it, they said it was delivered but clearly not, they tried to ring them countless times with no response for hours, so yangtze got away with their money.

Appalling service here tonight. What they served my daughter was a disgrace. The gravy was black and looked like tar. When I complained I was told it was too late I picked it. We will not be back. Staff are so rude and have zero customer service skills.

Staff impolite, unhelpful, robotic. I asked for small box. No noodles or rice but x 3 portions of chicken. Only x 2 portions suited my needs so I asked for addition of another portion of the same to make up the 3 items. I was refused and expected to pay x 2 items for full price. Just ridiculous. I refused and left.

Staff are so rude. Food was disgusting. No basic customer services. My 6 year old wanted to use the toilet but no toilet roll. So informed a staff member she did not bother. Staff were so arrogant.

Awful. I asked for chicken balls and I got salted chilli chicken, when I corrected him instead of giving me a new one, he picked out the chicken and only some chilli and gave it to me. I am not pleased with this as I myself had to pick it out and it has made my food have the chilli flavour.

Waited ages on my food and it was woeful to say the least. I'm usually excited to try new places but I will not be coming back.

Food was disgusting, absolutely tasteless and a waste of £5.80 for a box meal! Will not be back.

The food was, in my opinion, inedible. I had the battered chicken with noodles. I can’t say the noodles were bad, but only because they had no flavour at all. The chicken was wrapped in some strange batter and deep fried but honestly it was disgusting. I peeled all of the batter away and the remaining chicken (less than 50% of the size with batter) was bland and dry. I ended up paying £7 for a meal I left almost untouched.

The staff here are so rude. Extremely confrontational. One man supposedly the manager called james, yelled at me in front of my children and a large queue of people because I asked a question about the curry sauce. Unbelievable. When I asked for a manager, he said he was the manager, marched to the till refunded my money by throwing it over the floor. All of his colleagues stood in a group laughing. Absolutely horrified by the way I have been treated.
