Lucian and Danit where excellent with use today. Top notch customer service. I had a second visit this week and Danit, Lucian and Alex are exceptional, there customer service skills are top notch. They are helpful polite and funny. It is a pleasure to eat there again and I will be recommending to others 5 STARS 🌟

Hiring couriers who don’t speak English well. I couldn’t find the address. Secondly, the delivery was cold, and there was no cutlery provided. Are we supposed to eat with our fingers?

Yangtze staff are lovely people, but the food it's getting worse and worse. I've ordered some dishes today and everything is so fat, you can taste the oil on everything.... is a shame, cuz Yangtze used to be my favourite place for Chinese food.

I ordered egg fried rice and they sent a totally different thing, not even rice.

Food was ok, normal to any Chinese but the lights hanging infront of the tills were full with dust and same with the sign above the menu board. Wouldn’t be surprised if the dust ends up in the food. Cleaning is needed

🤬😡😡 Yesterday in Derbion l had noodles, chips and sweet and sour chicken. O my goodness, I have never had food poisoning like that. I live alone so I have spent almost £50.00 on medication delivery. I can't even get out of bed because I'm dizzy and exhausted after a night without sleep. I feel like I will faint if I get up. I had to take a day off work I will never buy anything else here. Thank you

Stale food claiming to be out for only “10 minutes” rude when it came to asking if we could swap for another dish. Not coming back tbh to greasy for my liking also made me feel sick a few times don’t know why I kept coming back easy food but not decent food.

Great food! Would’ve liked a few more onion rings, but they were still fabulous! The staff member that served me crammed my tub full and it was excellent. Planned to share with family but my high cholesterol levels took over so I consumed it all. Great!

There have only been a few times in my life where I’ve thrown away a full meal, maybe only twice, but the food was so bad that I ate 4 small mouthfuls before chucking the entire lot in the bin. Caramel chicken was horrible and stoggy. The chips were so poor, which is quite something for chips. Black bean beef was fine but the rice I had it with so so bad I couldn’t continue. It tasted microwaved, like from an uncle Ben’s packet. It’s basic egg fried rice, and that’ll not even fresh? This was a microwave food, a piece of battered chicken that felt like it had been left out in the rain on plastic rice. The staff also seemed vacant, service was non-existent, I imagine they would pour feed into a cattle pen the same way. If you have self respect, eat elsewhere.

Delivery took twice as long as it should have given the distance. When the food arrived it was dry and lukewarm, most of it went in the bin.

Used to come here for years and the food had always been ok & there used to be so many options Went today ordered a big box ‘ medium box a small box waist of money The food was absolutely vile 🤢🤮 No flavour what so ever! The rice was that nasty it didn’t even taste like rice 🍚 The Noodles 🍜 was a even more disappointment Have about 7 options now and they give you the bare minimum ( today how ever I wish they had gave me even less ) Such a embarrassment All three boxes had a few bites and was chucked away And to try and be like it’s authentic Asian cooking lmao !! Wrong people with no knowledge about cooking Asian food And the price as well would rather of had a plain rice cake Disgraceful !! Kmt Had about four bites And decided just stop its too nasty 😷

Great taste and presentation, ok portion size for the price and really handy containers to take to work the next day. Will definitely be ordering again and again if the quality continues.

Hygiene is not the best, the light shades dangling just above the till are very dirty, very thick with dust, look they haven't been cleaned for atleast a couple of years, not good being so close to the food

Foods nice hence why on two separate occasions we have travelled from Nottingham to get food but on BOTH occasions they have closed before the time stated in Google. The time stated is 18:00, we arrived at 17:20 and the male staff member was chucking the food into the bin. We asked him what time they closed and that online it stated 18:00 and he was quite rude and dismissive. His response was “ if we are quite then we can close when we want” Still loads of food still in the trays and he was just chucking it into the bin whilst speaking to us. Didn’t really pay attention or seem to care. Isn’t the first time customer service has been poor. The manager or owner of the franchise is even worse.

Food was cold on arrival - when the delivery driver had 'arrived' he called me as requested but did not actually speak, I had to ask repeatedly 'are you calling because you are here with the food?' the driver would only say 'yes' when I asked where abouts he was. He arrived 10 mins later and the food was cold, no sauce provided for the chicken balls, no cutlery even though I had specifically asked for some - nothing to eat the food with now. overall disappointing experience and of what we could eat of the food, it tasted reheated and not fresh. overall really disappointing service, extremely regretful of spending over £30 on this order.

chicken curry was luke warm, noodles was cold, missing samosas but replaced with luke warm spring rolls. 1st time of ordering here, sorry won't be ordering again.

I normally don't do review, but that food was truly awful!! Dry noodles, hardly any filling in the spring rolls and the sweet and sour sauce was way too sweet!

Disappointing, I really liked this restaurant, but now they replaced the chicken fillet with a processed chicken meat, like nugget or steak, disappointing! I felt totally deceived, because the title doesn't say anything about it.

Wow absolutely delish. The beef rice was to die for the garlicky taste and the crunchiness of the vegetables combined with everything else. Beautiful

KFC is only next door, you should go there instead. We came last year, the food was amazing, great selection and food quality was good. THIS TIME we thought the food was shocking, and that is a fact. The chicken looked funny, clearly NOT COOKED as shown on the photo. They replaced the one piece of chicken for another piece, however there was no apology at all whatsoever. The noodles were bone dry and the chips were cardboard like. I would not come here again, this place has gone down hill massively. There was not a lot of choice for food, and it was EXPENSIVE for what you get. Portion sizes also have gone down, while prices went up.

I do wish the delivery drivers would read the delivery notes. After all, we take the time to fill all that sort of thing in. It did irritate me when I was made to feel as though I had said something wrong when I tried to tell the delivery driver not to go onto the next floor since it clearly states in my delivery notes that I am on the ground floor. If the driver struggles to read English, then that Needs to be addressed.

Such a waste of money. Beef and black bean sauce has no beef and full of veg to fill the dish. Noodles tastless and dry. Chewy chicken. Egg riced rice has never seen an egg!! So disappointing.

I really like Yangtze. I think it's the nicest food in the food court in terms of flavour. I think the atmosphere and queue can be a bit rushed but that's more to do with the tight space in the food court in my opinion. Solely on the food and experience I had in my visit, I can't fault my experience. Would recommend to anyone grabbing a cheeky Chinese lunch.

Amazing takeaway. Personal fave is slat and pepper chicken, beef curry, noodles, and vegetable rolls.

Don't bother. Fried items are squishy and all the sauces just taste like vinegar and nothing else!

I used to love this but it has changed. For a small portion, you have to choose two from station 1 (all carbs) and 1 from station 2 (meat). Not great cause even the egg fried rice has no visible eggs in it.

They used to be good in terms of price and quality. But tried them last week, the food was horrible. Chicken curry was full of onions, hardly found chicken pieces in our medium and large container. Also, they have changed the way you choose your items. From tray 1, the options are limited- chips, spring rolls and another item, didn’t like any of them. It should go back to the old way, otherwise won’t go back to them again.

Food was cold, and part of the order was missing. No phone number to sort this out so had to complain to Just eat. It's such a shame as the last time we ordered the food was great. Hopefully, this is a one off

Good business, cheap food but really ordinary taste. The sauce was so sour that even my friend from Thailand couldn't take it.

Ordered my food around 1pm, didn't arrive until 3:06pm, food was warm not hot, however was really nice food, enjoyed it. Ordered from here a few times and never had problems with delivery so I'm assuming it's just a 1 off

What happened to this place?? We used to love coming shopping and grab a lunch from here. Very, very disappointed today and last time we came too. I had 4 items and one was supposed to be beef in black bean sauce. I had one tiny piece of beef in my box. My husband had 4 items and chicken curry, again 1 only small peace of chicken to come with it and looootttss of onions to fill the box. I done think we will come again. Sorry but you gone down hill. For £7.25 each is not worth it at all !

Beef noodles came with 3 small pieces of beef for the whole meal, it was so small it was literally one side of container just vegetables and sauce in the rest with a load of noodles absolutely fuming, it was £.9.50 for half of that meal not happy

Rice was missing from the order

It’s an okay Chinese food outlet, something like the “mixed rice” or “mixed noodles” outlets you can find in South East Asia. Prices aren’t high but the presentation of the end result once your food is piled up in a plastic container is, well, unappetising. Tastes okay.

The service from the driver was poor. We are a hospital he said 'you are too hard to find' and yes had 2 missed calls but we are with patients,to rudly say at the door 'you should answer your phone' in front of NHS patients in not a nive tone has put us off using Just Eat in all fairness,shocking and rude. When he can come round as per instructions like all deliveries and ring the bell. Poor and embarassing

The food never turned up. The resteraunt and delivery driver ignored phone calls and now after 2 and a half hours it’s be marked as delivered? Don’t order from here. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Absolutely horrendous food that tastes to glutamate, and only glutamate, with exception to chicken on pepper sauce, which tastes like glutamate with pepper.

Chicken dishes I had (salt and pepper & caramel chicken) were okay, I usually preference to sweet and sour but gave the caramel a try. It's very sweet and gooey and probably best to get it when its fresh. It made my other food other than the salt and pepper chicken edible if I'm honest. The rice was very overcooked and gooey, the noodles the same, just disintegrated on my fork. Not much to the flavours other than soy sauce and they had a lot of huge vegetable chunks which I don't prefer. I'm sad non of these kind of places put msg in their food because for me that's what makes a true "Chinese" takeaway flavour. Not that bad but has potential to be way better.

This is the worst food I've ever tried, paid £16 for 2 meals only the can of pop was consumable, total rubbish and unexceptable.

Ordered 2 meals (baring in mind the sign says “medium/regular drinks) got hand 2 small drinks after the person said the machine wasn’t working so it would be bottles ( which I said was okay) one of the guys said “who said it was suppose to be medium” your sign is either wrong or it needs changing! I paid £18+ expecting medium drinks

Not the best at all I am afraid, not only were we rushed through the items on offer but not all items were available. This wasn't pointed out to us at the time of ordering, nor a price change to reflect this. I had to return to the kiosk as the forgot to complete my order even though it's a production line type of place. The food didn't really tast of anything but being hungry we ate it anyway, I even asked for chopsticks of which they didn't have, strange I thought as they try to be some sort of Chinese restaurant. I left there feeling a bit ripped off and won't be going back at all. Sad really as I have been before when they were at a different kiosk when the place was called Westfield and it was good then. Food never came!!! Ordered 2 hrs 20 minutes ago and just got a notification saying delivered but it hasn't. I'm hangry and i want my 28 quid back!!!!!!
