We had a starter platter and different mixed grills with rice and chips amongst our table, everything tasted like it had been cooked fresh and all food seasoned deliciously! Highly recommend, very children friendly and the server even treated my little two to a complimentary lolly pop which went down well!

I always visit this restaurant when I travel via hemel The food is delicious and the staff working there are so friendly and kind ! The atmosphere inside is great. It’s the only halal restaurant in Hemel that I know every time I travel through Hatfield to hemel just to eat in. I always have quality food for my lunch or dinner. The portions were amazing and it’s always so tasty (the meat and the salad)! Thank you so much and keep up with the amazing food you’re providing in the area! Highly recommend do visit this restaurant.

My favourite restaurant in Hemel Hempstead. Me and my partner visit it regularly and we love the food and the place. Everything is always fresh and super tasty, we are their customers for long time now and tried almost everything from the menu and everything is delicious, never had a fail. Alto the staff is super friendly, they always make us feel welcome and provide great service, lovely people work there. I strongly recommend to everyone, you definitely must visit this place. I recently dined at YALLA YALLA and had an incredible experience! The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal with friends or family. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which was a huge plus. As for the food—absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was packed with authentic flavors, and the presentation was beautiful. The falafel was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the hummus was some of the best I’ve ever had. Don’t miss out on their mix grill; it was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. If you're looking for authentic Lebanese food with top-notch service, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Great food and attentive service here at Yalla Yalla. The atmosphere is light and busy. The frequent comings and goings of the takeaway couriers through the middle of the small restaurant is a bit of a drawback for me. It's a good indicator of how nice the food is though!

Absolutely delicious food, authentic and atmospheric. I come for lunch here every day, and it's one of the best moments of my day. I recommend the classic shwarma halloumi wrap with chips!

YALLA YALLA is amazing lovely staff very friendly also soo kind and generous. Food is delicious strongly recommend good flavour and seasoning portion is always filling and presented well done. I come my self with friends from work twice a month during our lunch break and always everything is on point and we get treated in the end with a lovely dessert on the house. Makes you feel at home.

So yummy! This was our first Lebanese food experience but certainly not our last! We live in California USA so our next experience will be compared to the high standard of Yalla Yalla…good luck living up to that! Thank you Yalla Yalla for showing us something new and educating us on your gourmet traditions. Thanks, too, to the women seated nearby who so generously told us about the food and supported and encouraged our culinary adventure. Everyone incredibly warm, patient, and kind.

What a great place! 10/10. Recently have found that food everywhere is just okay and that customer service is just not there. Not this place, people could learn a lot from Mohammed and his team, the service and care was out of this world, the food was so tasty too. Will definitely be back.

I recently visited this Lebanese restaurant and had a great experience. The food was delicious and authentic. Mohammed, who served us, was very welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. At the end of the meal, we were offered complimentary baklava and tea, which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely experience!

Fresh food, tasty and authentic. Friendly staff and the mint tea is to die for. I usually get the lamb chops for dinner, but today I had the equally excellent Lamb Shish Wrap with chips.

The food is just amazing and the people working there are so friendly! It’s the only restaurant in Hemel that I know I will always have quality food for my lunch or dinner. The portions are big and it’s always so tasty (the meat and the salad)! Only one thing I would suggest, to be able to order the sauces separately as well (I don’t want to ask you for extra sauces every time without paying for them :))) ). We have been to Yala Yala regularly for over a year now, and have found the food and service to be exemplary every time. The restaurant is always clean and customers are made to feel welcome with nothing to be of too much trouble.

Really good food ... one of the best Kibbeh we've had in the UK. We also had the Mixed Grill, Arayes, Hummous and Chicken Shwarmas ... Arayes were beautifully crisp, although very slightly burnt ... its difficult to get these perfect, but it was a fantastic attempt either way. The Kebabs on the mixed grill were succulent (*Chef's kiss*) and the Chips were is excellent portions. Their table sauces were brilliant too. Really good staff (no over bearing) and tastful interiors made our evening. HIGHLY Recommended

HALAL and really great tasting food friendly people the food is delicious. Will recommend for everyone in the area to eat here. The aroma of food is so good as you walk in. Not much seating maybe about 25 I think. Parking was ok off street disabled parking nearby just opposite.

I came to this restaurant with my husband and two children. The service was excellent upon arrival up until leaving. We loved the food it was delicious , we ordered the hummus, haloumi cheese and special mix grill it was plenty to share between a family of 4. My daughter had hurt her finger Mohammed was very attentive and had put a plaster on her. There’s a car park a minute away overall very happy and looking forward to returning.

I took my lady here because we wanted to try Lebanese food for the first time. It is a small restaurant, and the decor and atmosphere was very nice. The food was really good, tasty and flavoursome. Archie served us very well, and I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. My lady and I had a good time, love Lebanese food, and will come here again.

Great place to eat in the Old Town of Hemel Hempstead. We are locals and eat here regularly. It's always very good and we really like the sea bass and salad meal. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended that you try it

We had an incredible meal at Yallayalla in Old Town, Hemel Hempstead. The rustic vibe of the restaurant made us feel instantly at home, and the sunshine pouring in added to the cozy atmosphere. We ordered the Special Mixed Grill for two, and it was fantastic! The chicken and lamb were all perfectly grilled—moist, tender, and full of flavour. The portions were massive, and the rice complemented the meat beautifully. What really made our experience special was the combination of delicious food, generous portions, and the warm, friendly service. We left feeling completely satisfied and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend if you love good food in a relaxed setting with a very good price tag.

Came across this little restaurant when visiting Hemel Hampstead. Tucked away in old town. Lovely ambiance. Good service and delicious fresh food. The food was amazing, the plates were warm and the interior in the restaurant is very cosy. The staff here are very patient and are very kind. You get a good buck for your money here as the portion size are great and you can tell the food was cooked with love. Will come back here 100 percent.

This hidden jem is located in Hemel- Hempstead. I visited there for the second time with a friend who hosted me. The vibe doesn't look good from the outside, but once you get inside, you have a great experience. From food to hospitality level, it's at the top level... the guy "Mohammed" is an exceptional amazing guy who will take care of you & your meals & no matter where you come from they'll make sure you have a great time, laugh, food and the dessert too which will make you feel like home....!! He made sure I served in the bestest way.... I'm also sure he will be the industry leader in the future !! Cheers for Yalla Yalla & Mohammed + his crew !!

Unfortunately, after receiving a good review from family, I was excited to try Yalla Yalla. Ordered two wraps and some potatoes. I left a note saying was intolerant of tomatoes and explained which dish was mine. However the food arrived with tomatoes in my wrap which meant I couldn’t eat it. The potatoes were greasy, like warm and soggy! None of the food was anything to write home about. Luckily Just Eat are looking into my issue with the tomatoes and have offered a refund.

We requested no red cabbage and this was ignored, and we weren’t given any of the dipping sauces that we usually get ☹️
