Y Bodunig in Denbighshire

This great pub was located just around the corner from the holiday cottage we were renting. The dog friendly stickers drew us in and the pub is really dog friendly. The landlord Pete is very friendly and welcoming as were the locals. A great choice of lager and ales and the Sharps cider was good too. A proper pub!

Although I'm no longer from the area, I visited the pub with friends now that I've heard it's under new management. The place has been renovated really well and is now a nice place for a few drinks. The owners Pete and Nerys do a great job of making sure everyone feels welcome and a steady stream of drink is always at hand! The place is also dog friendly with a much expanded beer garden now also outside.

First time I've been in although I've driven past a few times and I was glad I went in. Prices are good and the staff and locals are very friendly. Its a good old fashion pub.

This is the place to go while in Dyserth. Great staff, pricing, environment, and culture. The locals are friend and definitely make you feel comfortable and at home.

Friendly relaxed pub with a wonderful landlord and friendly staff. will always give up his seat if no room in the bar. Service with a smile.

Great bar great fun and very welcoming will be going back again because I feel I've made some friends and Trebor's lottery seems fun

New to Y Bodunig, bar meals served from 6-9 pm on Fridays & Saturday's. Also Sunday dinners served from 12 midday-6pm. Kitchen under new chef; all good is homemade

they have started doing Sunday lunch, thought we'd try it as we are local, it was absolutely fabulous, the deserts were amazing too, you can even order as a takeaway, we would recommend

New restaurant, opened. Head chef Alicia Dorgan is 17 years old, in her second year in Llandrillo College studying Hospitality & Catering. Her food in Y Bodunig is all home cooked and she already has people talking about the great food she is serving. I have dinned there, the food is excellent, her prices are excellent and would highly recommend anybody to pop in between 12 - 6 on a Sunday afternoon to try this beautiful three course lunch cooked by a very talented and committed young lady. Well Done Alicia for all your hard work and commitment to making the Y Bodunig a great place to enjoy for families and anybody else to eat a great Sunday dinner!
