Delicious coffee, just what is in order after a gym workout.

It's a good Coffee shop however not working friendly environment. Very loud music, people very loud and coffee machines very loud too.

Went in for couple of printing/copies absolute fast easy and very friendly service highly recommend 10/10 will always come back again

This is why you shouldn't go to Starbucks. The service here was super friendly and the coffee is great too.

The woman who served us was lovely but the latte was the worst I’ve ever had. Ordered a soy latte but the milk was burnt and had no foam at all. It was basically just a burnt, weak flat white. She was also touching raw bacon and then going back to making coffees afterwards.

Used them a couple of times for printing services , much better and faster than the libraries and almost at the same cost. big advantage - it is open until 8pm.

i come here everyday for lunch, the staff are always lovely, the food is great with a wide selection of bits and bobs… they have vegan and vegetarian options… much more affordable than starbucks or costa and it’s better! the vegan carrot cake is my favourite! they have toastie and panini meal deals too! 10/10 would recommend! <3

It's great to visit an independent coffee shop, and it's open on Sundays after the chain places close. The music is sometimes distracting and the opening hours inconsistent but the coffee is good and the service friendly.

Came in after a long shift for a drink and was welcomed by a lovely young lady (Emma I believe) such a warm friendly person and top tier service :)

Got lunch here, the menu is good and the service was great. Nice panini and good coffee.

Always ask for extra hot, always get extra cold. Nothing special about the coffee but cosy atmosphere.

As far as I'm concerned XpressoNet is just a lovely place. I've been going there since 2014 and I've never been desappointed. They have a marvelous service and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have good moments.

I really like this little cafe. Staff is friendly and helpful, they have some vegan options (or can make you a vegan toastie on the spot if needed) and the coffee is always good.

Nice place good coffee but not much for Gluten Free. Two family members ate and I had to get something somewhere else to eat which was a shame. But coffee was nice.

Was looking for a nice independent coffee shop to relax in.. whilst waiting in the queue, a young member of staff who was serving was approached by what appeared to be an elderly man, who proceded to verbally berate her in front of other staff and members of the public.. and using derogatory sexist terminology..when we asked the member of staff who he was and why he was speaking like that she commented it's the owner and he is always like that. We said how appauled we were and that we would not pay money to someone who treated his staff so badly. She apologised to us.. for his behaviour. Not a nice experience in an any way formus or the staff working there.

Visited last night for a drink and bite. Very kind young lady on her own, making many drinks all with a smile. Nothing but admiration for her, will be back soon. Thanks for your help Lia!!! :)

Nice hot chocolate and cup of tea.

Absolutely the worst customer service. We went in Monday and the two women working there were to busy chatting to even look at us or say hello. Then they stopped talking and instead of greeting customers they ignored us they weren’t doing anything either and the shop wasn’t busy. My mom wanted a cookie so we ended up standing there for a good few minutes before being greeted with ‘what do you want’ I try to support small businesses but at this point the worst customer service comes from these small businesses it’s almost like I am expected to be okay being treated like I’m trash can. I work in retail also and Me and my team always make sure to great everyone and if we are busy we always say ‘be right with you’

Regular customer here and recently had a minor issue/misunderstanding however the staff have since reached out to rectify things which is the sign of a great business. Best cafe in Milton Keynes.

Popped in after sledging & was very pleasantly suprised! The layout makes you feel really relaxed & the staff were ever so welcoming. The coffee was good & there was a great selection of snacks & paninis. Nice to see a family business in the centre & should be supported even more so because of that. Will return when in the area again.

Love this family run coffee shop, staff always friendly, coffee is smooth and perfectly crafted every time. Highly reccomend. Its become my daily grab and go

Nice place but you can't bring your own pc to have things printed..have to use thiers which always creates security problems etc

Handy Internet cafe with amazing coffee and pretty interiors

Waited for 5 minutes at the counter and the two people serving didn't once make eye contact or apologise for the wait, and just chatted to each other - the place wasn't even busy. I'll take my custom elsewhere.

My regular coffee place, love it, always a nice chilled spot for a drink, and the staff are always friendly.

Only went in because I needed to use the internet this morning to do some essential printing. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, great service & a lovely latte. Will definitely be going again! It made my morning!

lovely warm welcome and great service with a smile we love a costa but the gingerbread latte and hot chocolate are the best we have ever had by far and my little girl just loved the cup+saucer her hot chocolate was served in and the delicious smartie cookie 😊 we will definitely be returning soon xx

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service today. Stood at the counter waiting to be served. Waited 5 minutes. Cafe was not busy. Lady at photocopier machine printing or copying forever. Looked over but didn't acknowledge me. I went over to her to check she was the employee. Reply was ' I'm on my own ' and carried on photocopying. How rude. Previously have enjoyed a coffee or two here. A shame I am writing this but some customer service training please to this lady.

I enjoy visiting Xspresso Net Cafe where I can do my video editing for my Japanese only YouTube Channel, print out whatever I want to print, etc. Xspresso Net cafe deserves a 10 out of 10. Especially the 5 Star treatment.

Super fast free WiFi in the cafe area (~90 mbps download speed and ~50mbps upload). Delicious hot chocolate and panini, comfortable chairs and plenty of plugs. Thanks for the great service and fast free WiFi!

It’s difficult to find good coffee in MK but I had a delicious cup at this place perfectly prepared. I also had a yummy cookie dates and oats.The place has a cosy atmosphere and comfy sofas. Worthy o come back for the coffee only.

Have used this cafe for years always good quality food and service, however today a chicken and bacon panini using a baguette was very dry and not particularly tasty

Dead atmosphere, the staff were unhelpful and laughed when I asked for help printing my documents...I wouldn’t recommend no one to come here. If you need things printed off then I suggest goin to the library

Always good service. Comfortable chairs. Good coffee. I have used their Internet and other cybercafe services all at reasonable prices. For meXpressoNet wins out hands down over the other nearby Starbucks and the other coffee shops.

Very tasty espresso and a very chill ambient

I love this little café. They do a wonderful spiced Chai latté and the staff are all so friendly (I think I'm served by the owner himself almost every other time, and always with some small talk). I HIGHLY recommend the salted caramel rocky road brownie thing, it's obscenely good and I sometimes pop in just to nab one after the cinema to eat at home!

I have been a regular at Xpresso Net MK for many months now. The atmosphere is relaxed and social with friends meeting for a coffee, cake, and a gossip. The choice of food and drink is fantastic. Although I have to say the homemade paninis are a must.

Xpressonet is an ironically titled place, where they in fact only give you 10 minutes of free internet access with your coffee. If you've ever managed to drink a coffee that quickly you'll have done well!! We all know that anywhere you go for a drink or coffee typically gives you free Cloud access, no probs. Having been in here many times, I've finally had enough of it - the owner never smiles and, to myself, I feel he's like a gloomy dark cloud hanging over the place. You've only got to look at his snipping comments on these posts to see what an unpleasant chap he is. He'll be seeing no more of my hard-earned cash that's for sure. My advice is to avoid the very ironically names XpressoNet and, to use the owner's very words to his clearly unvalued customers 'go to Costa or Starbucks', or perhaps and even better Nero, I'd say - it's more homely and your/our custom will be welcomed.

It was my first time going to Xpresso net as my friends recommended me to come with them. Unfortunately it was the worst experience for me as a customer. The owner turned off the wifi while I was in his store waiting to buy something by the way the staff are lovely . I am never going there again. worst service I have ever experienced.

The owner of XpressoNet, in my view, has a deeply surly attitude and it makes the place feel unpleasant. The staff do not seem at all happy and there are no smiles. It feels, somehow, oppressed. Today, for example, my partner was served a large cappuccino which was at least 50% froth. No joke. We took it back and the owner, said 'cappuccino's are like that!' My partner drinks cappuccino several times a day and observed that he'd 'not had any like that.' With a grunt he said he'd make us a new one. That begrudged new cappuccino took ten minutes - literally, by which time our pleasant coffee shop experience had fully evaporated. We used to go in here regularly. Probably won't now.....

Good selection of drinks, free WiFi is good but is one of those ones that expires after five minutes and you have to log in again which is annoying. Toasties are nice though, had ham and cheese which was delicious

I have been using this Café regularly since August 2013 when I first came over to work in MK. The Coffee is good and the staff have been very courteous and helpful despite being very busy. The owner and staff put in a lot of work, and they have a good range of opening hours. Well done.

Xpresso Net used to be one of my favourite cafes to relax in. Today I walked in to order some coffee and the owner came up to me and started pointing his finger at me claiming that I supposedly wrote a bad review online. I was in complete shock because I had no idea what he was talking about. I had never written a review previously. I then asked "can I buy some coffee?". He said, and I quote; "I'm not going to serve you, get out and write another review if you like". His behaviour was absolutely disgraceful. No etiquette, pointing his finger at me visibly in-front of customers and criticising me for something I didn't do. He may have a café but he certainly lacks people skills. As a business owner myself, customer retention is crucial. If I receive a negative comment i would accept it no matter what it is. Feedback from customers is the most important tool there is for retailers to identify their weaknesses and meet customer demands better. Acting the way he did was poor and childish. He blamed me for something I didn't do and told me to get out. His staff are great people and maybe he could learn something from them on how to speak to people. It takes months to find a customer and SECONDS to lose one. Won't be coming back again.

It's an Indy Internet Coffee shop with a relaxed atmosphere considering the location. The food isn't plastic, the Coffee actually tastes like Coffee.

This is my favourite café in Milton Keynes. As I am from here, I have tried most of them, but this one stands out. Their variety of drinks, hot food and cookies are lovely, the music is relaxing and a lot of the time, enlightening, as they play lesser known artists' covers. Most of all though, I LOVE the vibe. With cushions, pictures and friendly staff, I come here to do my work, catch up on reading and get inspiration to write. As long as they'stick around, I'll be popping by.

The owner is very rude. I used to be a regular customer here and I always buy something when I enter the store. I realized that he kept turning off the WiFi on purpose when I went there to sit down for my short stays to finish off some work. No longer going here despite the great service from his staff members. The owner needs to take a look at himself in the mirror and change his poor character. Very disappointing as I used to be a regular customer. Second of all in regards to your reply I always bought something when I entered the store and I do understand that. You need to take a good look at yourself. Won't be coming to purchase anything from here again.

Great place to meet and have a coffee. Milkshakes and paninis were fantastic and didn't have to wait along at all. Service with a smile, fully recommend.

I recently discovered this internet cafe after years of living in Milton Keynes and what a gem!! It's in the Xscape building - right at the back for those of you who also didn't know. The service was really friendly and the espresso I had was first class. In fact it was John, the owner who served me! It's great to find a local independent cafe. I found out that some of the art on the walls was even painted by his sister. So coool! I saw lots of people using the computers, printers and photocopier - so next time I'm in need I'll know where to go. I definitely recommend this cafe and will be returning again soon.

Great little cafe with great coffee and the best spiced chai latte I know. Books and toys for kids too, better than the nearby 'chain' options and nicer seats!
