Arrived cold took hours and items missing now compensation offerd avoid this place

Food was cooked fresh and absolutely delicious but was missing the 4 wings from the platter!

Delivery was several hours late at around 11pm (ordered just after 8:30pm), after enquiring where our order was, we were given a new estimated delivery time for 10:20pm- our order arrived 45mins later than this. Tried to call and phone lines busy, no communication from restaurant. Had to order food from somewhere else as it was getting late and no sign of our order, so we asked for a refund which was refused.

Order from here all the time, but this one was definitely not a good experience. Ordered 4 pizzas of 2 different sizes, for a group of kids and adults. The two smaller pizzas were just copies of the large ones, which meant we didn’t get the right food to feed everyone. Spoke to the restaurant straight away and they said that I can have them sent out again but it would be awhile (took an hour and a bit for the first order to arrive), so I agreed. That was 5.45, it’s now 9.12 and still nothing.

I always order from these guys. 5/5 they can never go wrong! Top quality food and great guys too.

We had to wait for 30 mins extra and there was no option for spice level so it was too spicy

order never arrived. tried calling but the line was always busy, no communication or updates from their side regarding my order. waited nearly 2 hours now and still nothing. I've raised my concern with kusteat and expect a full refund

We waited nearly two and a half hours for delivery. The food was cold when delivered. Wouldn’t order again as it happens every time. Food is nice but you always have to heat it up when you finally get it - no point getting a delivery really

Pizza was cold and the portion size and temperature of the doner kebabs were cold. Lamb chops are perfect

It was meant to arrive at latest 6.30 and it came much later than that

Wasn’t sure if I wanted to order from a place that had 3.4 stars but honestly the food was amazing for the price. Extremely pleased and will order again.

Absolutely appalling kebab was actually nasty I had both chicken and lamb donner DO NOT ORDER as well as the food not being nice I order both large and there was nothing large about it. I also order a quarter pounder that wasn’t to bad but the kebabs were shocking

How the food took two hours to arrive and continued to say being delivered, when calling it kept giving a busy tone. Going via just eat the location was turned off when being delivered and I asked for money back and they refused and said they’d added something free from the menu.. not only was nothing added the salad was missing and it looked like someone had eaten half the kofta from the platters. Disappointed is an understatement!

Food was basically 2 hours late and the food was cold when it arrived. The lamb chops weren’t cooked probably and didn’t taste good. Some parts of the rice were hard which makes me think this is yesterday’s rice. I asked for some money back because of how late they were and they said no because they gave me free item… which was a 7up -_- what a joke. I won’t be ordering from here again.

ordered at 6:40 food finally turned up at 8:40 barely warm and looking awful .would not recommend.awful customer service asked for an update 20 mins after it had been"delivered"...asked for a refund but got denied it as they said they had added a free item to my order which I never received.

The food was very spicy, they should mention that on the menu, the platter was supposed to come with salad, however, we never got any salad. I ordered regular coke, received Diet Coke.

I ordered a large Lamb donner and a Large Chicken Donner .. The Lamb donner was very small quantity of meat not even a Small just loads of salad and sauce. Very unhappy 😒

i ordered food at 7:52pm delivery time was 8:45-9:05pm food did not come till around 9:20 from the time i ordered the food it took 1hour & 30 minutes to arrive. it said at 8:20 it was being delivered. it arrived 1 hour later & i live 10 minutes away

Food was cold, dough tasted stale, ingredients did not seem fresh at all, on top of that the order was delivered late. Won’t order from here again.

I had to select 1 stars but really it was No stars! Delivery was over 1.5 hours late way too late to eat and was of course cold. I requested a part refund so will wait to see.

I have been ordering from xpress grill for 4 years and have always loved their lamb chops but unfortunately this time I was so unsatisfied. The meat was burnt, dry and chewy. And usually they are marinated covered in peri sauce which there seemed to be none of this time? Not sure if owners have changed or what.. really unsatisfied such a shame

The distance between Xpress Grill Streatham and Xpress Grill Norbury is much farther than the distance between the two towns. I think XG Streatham is actually Grill Icons but whatever the case, the Streatham place is so much worse than the Norbury that they are shaming the name of the restaurant by producing this very inferior product. Please XG Norbury, give your Streatham 'colleagues' the help they so desperately need to raise their sucky game

Delivery took a little longer than expected but food was delicious so worth the wait!

My food took 2 hours to come and when it came the food wasn’t even hot. The quarter chicken was bland and the grilled chicken in the burger was very hard and overcooked.

Unfortunately, didn’t receive the humous but the food was delicious. Kebab was juicy and the ultimate plater was seasoned beautifully.

Smothered doner kebab in chilli sauce even though requested burger sauce, same with halloumi wrap covered in chilli sauce so for someone that can’t eat chilli made it inedible so was thrown in the bin. One out of the three meals was ok and apparently that was very nice so a shame the others were ruined with chilli sauce

Can’t stop ordering this, it’s too good but please change the description of the platter. You always send 2 wings and not 3 when it says 3. Also, sent 1 salad instead of 2 but food was worth it. So yummy.

I must confess I did not think it was possible to mess up grilled meat. I got a couple of their “ultimate platters”. The chicken wings were good, nice char and good flavor. But the lamb chops were dry. “Kofte” is nonsense. It’s just a seekh kebab and was dry. The rice was also terrible. I think it was overcooked dry at the same time which I did not think was possible. 😂 Also had some weird tomato sauce that was at the same time tasteless and way too spicy. I appreciate they have not been to culinary school - but please go to Brigadiers - try the lamb chops. Buy meat thermometer. Use the absorption method for cooking rice. Ie 1:1 ratio of water to rice for 6 minutes in an instant pot pressure cooker, or leave it 20 minutes from boiling after switching off fire. Search Google for method and techniques on perfectly cooking stuff. Sorry I would’ve loved to rate this better, but I cannot.

Tambe was polite and delivered with care. Food quality is consistently top. Waiting times might be long. Victim of their own success! Would highly recommend.

I was sceptical about ordering because the reviews are quite bad but I’m so glad I did! The mix grill single is amazing value for money, fresh, hot, and so tasty!!!! The peri sauce has a unique taste that is so flavourful and it leaks onto the chips, giving them a beautiful taste but without making them soggy. However, I got 2 wings instead of 3… Nevertheless, portion is still huge and great taste. Defo recommend 🙌🏽

Do not listen to the bad reviews. The food I ordered WAS BANGING AND STEAMING HOT. The grilled chicken burger is 10/10. Must try !!

Gave wrong pizza refused to bring right one ! Ask kebab to be plain had ketchup all over it again refused to send new one said ask just eat for a refund wait for their response ... do not go there
