The food supposed to be a beef but they cooked it with pork and the driver took the food back. Not good performance at all

I have previously left a great review on this takeaway, now Is different. Has it been taken over, food was terrible, chips was not cooked, beef mushroom was lumpy and gooey, curry and fried rice was awful... what's happened to this place. Not good

As always fantastic salt and pepper chips. Excellent egg fried rice and the portions of both are very generous.

Used to always order from here and the food has been great in the past but sadly won’t be ordering again. My food way too spicy to enjoy, portion sizes are decent but expensive but gone downhill I am afraid.

Food was tasteless. Did not enjoy. Sauce was very bitter and chicken was hard, mostly went in the bin.

The food was prepared quickly and was piping hot but the beef in black bean was so spicy I couldn't eat it, will still order again as it's always nice but if something is that hot it should say on the description really x

We ordered salt and pepper chicken and literally couldn’t eat it for how spicy it was! Eat 2 pieces and my lips, tongue and mouth were on fire!!! I like spice but that was on a different scale!

Food did not turn up to property spoken to xi Yang Yang one hour and a half for them to tell us driver could not find the property after we had called numerous times to tell them what number house it was!

states on here the sausage dinner only comes with chips, which is what we wanted, just sausage and chips, however when it arrived it came smoothered in peas and gravey which was not ordered. called the takeaway and the person I spoke to was extremely rude and said they would bring us another but we would have to pay. my child has now missed out on his food. absolutely fuming with the level of service and the attitude of the staff.

Food spilt everywhere as was delivered in polystyrene boxes. Awful quality, cold and tasted awful

Salt and pepper chicken and salt and pepper chips tasted like onion bhajis. It was just so off putting couldn’t even taste salt and pepper seasoning it was honestly the worst salt and pepper chicken and chips I’ve ever had. I don’t want to be mean and I have sympathy for the cooks they’re trying their best but it was so bad it all went in the bin, chicken was slightly pink also. I don’t like to leave reviews like this but you need to do better, maybe do some research on what correct seasonings to use for each dish

it arrived very quickly but was not a succulent Chinese meal! - (ribs and toast were dry - the chips like cardboard and the soup was bland salty and the wantons like hard leather) the only thing that was okay was the rolls

Best salt and pepper chicken pieces we’ve had, love the salt and pepper chips. The portions are generous and always comes piping hot. We just won’t go anywhere else now. Would definitely highly recommend.

Hi we got a salt n pepper box but it wasn’t salt n pepper at all it looked like an tasted like it had curry powder all ova it. It was 2 hot 2 eat so went in the bin..our beef peking with egg fried rice was freezin an beef was a bit tough 2 eat..soups were ok but overall disappointed..

I ordered a hot chilli noodle box that should have come with a range of meats and only came w battered chicke peices, also ordered a salt n pepper noodle box and got a salt n pepper box w no noodles... not sure if this is restaurantes fault/ just eat

awful. eat from here before and it was lovely. this occasion spring rolls freezing inside not cooked, noodle box, noodles not even cooked properly, no veg, little meat and very bland. no effort had gone into it at all. it's as if they was too busy on Saturday night and all quality went out the window. not impressed at all. was vile.

Best chippy around, we order our Friday chippy tea from here every week and have never been disappointed, super quick delivery and the food is amazing

Try to not leave negative reviews ever but the food we have just received was nothing short of vile not even been able to eat it everything had the most awful taste to it the chips where oven chips not even proper chippy chips if I wanted oven chips I would cook them at home the bbq sauce was dreadful horrible after taste and the salt an pepper chicken had no flavour just slight taste of cheap salt an pepper flavouring you can buy in the shops tasted like aniseed we've been here in the past and was never like that it has gone down drastically and will never use this chippy again it's awful

Food was lovely, salt and pepper chips are the one, and a lovely chicken curry and Foo Yung, delivered hot and fresh, and on time.

it was all burnt rock hard couldn't even chew the beef... the soup was lovely and the curry was nice. won't be ordering from her again

I rang the shop and asked for no vegetables and no onions in the chow main after I ordered it! It was one minute after I ordered it and they said it had already left the shop! There was no chance at all as I had just ordered them rang straight away! So I got vegetables and onions 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Soup was lovely, chicken fried rice was dry & chicken was just a handful placed on top didn’t have much flavour, crispy shredders chicken in Cantonese sauce was okish.. very chewy & sweet … deliver guy wasn’t very friendly he literally just dropped the bag in my hand mutterd here, an walked off with no eye contact.. think he was working under protest !! First time ordering from here and sorry but won’t be ordering again

Bit of an impatient service but in the end got the job done. Nice food, a range on what you ordered but absolutely massive portions - a shame for food to go to waste - even I a relatively hungry teenager had a lot left. You get what you pay for, some Food better than others, all really hot. ‘Duck spring rolls’ didn’t really have or taste of duck but the rest of the order was relatively normal.

Always order from here atleast once or twice a week. Had 1 issue were the food went to wrong address but this was resolved asap. Will continue to use this chippy as its our favourite by far

Gone down the pan. Been a loyal customer here for 7 years. Our food was 40 mins late and it was cold. Not only that when we called up to ask where it was so subjected to rude customer service and when we asked for an apology because the food was late they hung up. Food was preordered at 11am to arrive at 7.45. Arrived at 8.20pm. Spent £48 on our Christmas Eve takeaway and was treated like this. Disgusting behaviour. Ribs were fatty, beef was tough and the Char Sui tasted like sweaty feet. Used to be an excellent Chinese takeaway. No idea what's happened. I've requested a refund from Just Eat.

Food is decent. Usually delivers quite quick. Not consistent with the SP chips though. Edit: Had the SP Wings yesterday and they were so good! Customer service is beyond impressive. Definitely the best Chinese in the WD/NG/Crocky area.

Would give 0 stars if i could ! Just waited nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered. Everything was cold , rock solid and burnt! I called them up to change it as we wasnt happy atall and they said no because thats how they make there food and they have lots of other customers who like it that way. Disgusting food and even worse service ! Total waste of £40 worth of food and now i will have to reorder and wait from somewhere else. Shocking

Worset curry rice and chips iv ever had

Was recommended this place by a friend , one of the worst chippy s I've been to. Curry was disgusting well.if you could call it curry just a greasy substance in a pot. The chilli chicken strips were vile to hard. Wont be coming back

Gorgeous food we ordered through just eat and i clicked just fried rice to go.with one.of.the meals unfortunatly egg fried rice came we called an they apologised for it after we explaines ita an alergy to egg was why we chose eggless fried rice man on the phone was very apologetic and brought a new one within 10 minutes best chinese yet cant wait for next time

Ordered for the 1st time last night and OMG food was amazing . had a bit of a wait but they explained they were busy , and i understand why . Ordered fried rice just plain no egg due to allergies , fried rice arrived with the meal and contained egg , rang them they apologised and a new fried rice minus egg was at my home 10 minutes later with another apology . Highly recommended, i got beef mushroom fried rice , chips, prawn crackers and ribs all very well cooked and you could taste the flavours .Will definately order from here again and the cost was reasonable

This is one of the best Chinese takeaways in the area and we as a family have tried them all. We ordered special chow mein which was as good as any restaurant and I have been to many. The black l bean sauce was far superior to those in the vicinity. Singapore Vermicelli was lovely and service for collection through just eat was exactly on time every time. This is now our first choice .

I am disgusted with this chippy! My son has just rang to order himself food for his tea to be told he’s not allowed the manager had said. This is due to 3/4 weeks ago we ordered food to be delivered after ringing numerous times to see where it was 2 hours 45 mins later it arrived. Not the drivers fault told him I wanted to see how hot it was and it was cold so I told him to take it back not paying for cold food. I have just rang to ask them to explain they were really rude I asked why are we being punished for their wrong doing and the girl hung up on me. Customer service is really bad food not much better. I would not advise anyone to go here

Absolutely appalling service , I'm a regular customer and what I've experienced last night is absolutely shocking. Firstly my husband is allergic to prawns and i stated to them this several times. Received the soup prawn free but then the young chow fried rice contained them , unaware he had one in his mouth before his face started to swell !! Contacted the takeaway some woman rudely passed the phone to the man and then started shouting down the phone at me asking me what he wants me to do ?! Omg then he said I'm not allowed to order again after me asking for a refund. Shocking , luckily my husband's allergy is not as severe as some other people's. Just be aware of this takeaway if you have allergies as these idiots dont clearly understand .

Absolutely vile special chow mein was swimming in what looked like dirty dishwater never seen it come in a sauce in my life, pure slop and meats were vile.

A Chinese curry is something you would not expect a chippy to get wrong. Well, this was not the case here. The paper it was wrapped in had more taste.

Most ridiculous takeaway i have ever heard of, refused to take my order because delivery driver did not know where we lived as had not delivered before (5 mins away from the shop) pathetic.....

Our favourite Chinese take away. It's in a location where there are a number of Chinese takeaways and having tried them all this is our goto Friday night take out.

Food was terrible chicken was raw rice was greased chips were cold ribs had no taste £30 pound worth of food in the bin rang up and would only give us 15 back cause we threw half away we had to plate it and taste it before we new it was horrible terrible service no sorry please don't waste your money
