Food used to be ok pre Christmas to a point but they’ve changed menus now and the food was terrible when we went in January. I went regular as it was handy to go with Mother . At the prices they charge the quality of the food was very poor. I’m hoping they sort this out but we will be going elsewhere today.

I’m not giving the coffee shop a 1 star review, but the garden center itself. Went there a week ago to buy some plastic pots. Was told that the larger ones were finished. “Will arrive in a couple of days” Went back a week later, still no pots, in a garden center?!?! What kind of manager can’t even organize plastic garden pots?! There are literally thousands of plants, all in the pots the size I need. Unbelievable…

The restarant at the Wyevale garen centre in Syon park has a wide ranging menu. Service is quite efficient with lost of staff and a dedicated person taking food orders. There are quite a lot of tables both inside and outside. The food was reasonable quality and not too expensive - around £6 for a jacket potato or a sandwich. Service was quite quick. What lets this retaurant down is the dirty tables. There are not enought people clearing tables and when they do they don't clean them properly. There were also quite a lot of wasps around.

We stopped by for an early light lunch. It was nice to be able to sit outside although it’s not a great view and there are plastic plants decorating the screens - in a garden centre! The staff couldn’t have been less interested when we ordered but managed to deliver our food within a few minutes and the tuna melt and cheese and tomato toastie were actually pretty good, although garnished with way too much salady stuff. It as expensive as well, at over £20 for two sandwiches and a couple of cold drinks.

I went on Saturday morning with my wife to get a late breakfast. We arrived at the counter at 11:25 and ordered 2 traditional breakfasts only to be told that they had stopped serving breakfast. I said they were supposed to be serving till 11:30 and the girl behind the counter said, "The kitchen's closed anyway". A completely wasted journey - not impressed.

This was almost memorable and magical occasion for my husband, myself and our guest. We booked in advanced and got a lovely table beautifully set with christmas table clothes, crackers and proper cutlery. The food itself was cooked on the premises and beautifully fresh.Everything was homemade and we enjoyed a full Christmas dinner with all the trimmings. For dessert we enjoyed a crumble to die for!Looking forward to 2019!

Stopped in for a quick lunch - mistake. Come here if you want a leisurely day - the speed of service will ensure you get it! Does it really take three goes and 25 minutes to get the correct elements of a ploughman's onto a plate. Whole place seems geared to retired people with time on their hands. Poor.

Appalling service - ignored my wife asking the young man on the till twice for a cup of tea. A female assistant then asked him to serve her and he said "I am busy". He was busy doing nothing! I asked for a toasted sandwich at 4.30 pm and was told the kitchen closed at 4 pm. It does not need a chef when the toasting machine is behind you. The cake purchased was too dry to eat. The coffee tasted odd and was very unpleasant. There is one queue for meals and just a coffee. No sign of a manager. Need a few mystery shoppers and intervention from senior staff who could raise a lot more revenue from this café if they sorted out the food and anti-customer staff.

This Cafe has gone down hill fast. Tastless food, poor servings and "soup of the day" on old printed menues, daily items sold out due to popularity before service and pulse soup which is set and you could eat with a fork, looked congealed rather than a soup. Never again. My advice, try Syon Park, only 5 mins away and can't be worse. Photo was before I'd tried to eat it.

I like it here, the food is good and reasonably priced, definitely a café rather than a restaurant but I've always been pleased with my choices (vegetarian), nicest when the weather is good enough to sit outside, and yes the service can sometimes be a bit slow. I use it as a lunch stop on my favourite bike ride.

We spent the day looking round Syon Park house and gardens but knew from reviews there is no cafe facility within the grounds, so popped in here before and after. You have to walk through the garden centre to reach the cafe but it’s worth the effort as there’s a wide range of hot food, drinks and snacks etc on offer from either menu or specials board. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating but is noisy being directly under Heathrow flight path (I just took out my hearing aids!). The large car park is free and serves visitors to both park and garden centre but Park Road leading to the main entrance is a bit of a hassle to navigate due to parked cars and traffic humps. Not sure if cafe is run by Wyevale or franchised but either way it’s a pleasant spot with a good range of offerings at reasonable(ish) prices

Popped in for coffee and croissants whilst waiting to check in at Birmingham Airport. Small crowded area, service was slow and not very cheery and very expensive. We also had to clear our table from the left overs of the previous customer.
