Wrights Bar in City of London, Westminster

One of the best caffès I’ve been to . Wonderful staff and good quality of food . Was going there for more than a year every day .

This place is by far the best sandwich place in the whole of London. Nothing compares, specially at the ridiculously cheap price point. I come here almost every day for lunch, due to my student budget, and food quality and service are always superb.

This is a great find. A small, cafe just off Aldwych/Kingsway in a side street. Within the LSE grounds and a short walk to Lincoln fields. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Its a cafe, not a bar though and don't sell alcohol. They serve breakfast and lunch items- full English, burgers, sandwiches, pasta etc. There are daily specials and their coffee was good. The servings were very generous for the price too (see my HUGE jacket potato!). Its worth finding it when in the area.

He estado viniendo a Londres de un lado a otro durante algunos años, y SOLO acabo de descubrir este lugar. El personal es la gente más amigable, (especialmente princesa lol (el chef)) La comida siempre es perfecta. Mi ahora lugar de parada diaria. Definitivamente vale la pena el poco dinero que cuestan. 6 para un desayuno completo y café con leche. No conseguir eso en ningún lugar del centro de Londres.

Realmente puedo recomendar este lugar a cualquiera que esté buscando un almuerzo barato, simple y delicioso. Sus ciabattas de huevo y tocino son mis favoritos!

Sándwiches, hamburguesas y auténtico desayuno inglés. Uno de los últimos lugares independientes en el centro de Londres y decenio - almuerzo lugar para los estudiantes lse y el personal. Excelentes precios.

Been going to Wrights bar for years now and every time I go they kind and friendly and look after us The food is well cook and worth it will be going back soon

Very good value and service. Very well priced especially when you consider its location. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area (between Holborn and Aldwych)

Love this little cafe - I go hear nearly every day for my lunch - they can do you a fresh sandwich made in front of your eyes - good sized jacket potatoes or even just a portion of chips, The value is amazing so good to have it in the city as eating out can get so pricey but this little gem doesn't break the bank. Love the owner and all of the staff too its like walking into a friends house!!! perfect English fry up too - great for a Friday treat

Bought a couple of tuna and sweetcorn baps and a box of chips to share with my son for lunch whilst visiting LSE open day. It was brilliant - huge baps, freshly made with a large portion of chips. Far better than any of the large chain sandwich shops, served by friendly and helpful staff and absolutely brilliant value. Can't fault it.

Been coming here for years, great place, typical spoon cafe but with nice continental touches. Quick service. Don't bpbe shy, share a table, plenty of seats in the back.

I've been using Wrights Bar for over 24 years and I've never had a bad visit yet, the owner Peno and his staff have been serving up reasonably priced 'sit in' meals & snacks as well as the traditional take away selections for as long as I've been going there. The mixed grill is especially good value,as are the set breakfasts, it is typical old fashioned style 'greasy spoon' cafe with a warm friendly atmosphere. It is only a small cafe with approximately 18 seats and is very popular.
