Wrapchic Indian Burrito in Birmingham

Delicious food, made fresh and very reasonably priced. The staff were great and really helpful. Would definitely visit again! Never thought Indian food would blend so well with Mexican and was not disappointed! Yum!

I had a dietary requirement Gluten free and the customer service was excellent, I was given a sheet to show what was available for me. The food was delicious!!

Chicken Methi in a naan bread with fresh salad, coleslaw, you mouse and chilli sauce! What could go wrong? At this place - absolutely nothing! Tasty, very filling and fast service. There were many options at this foodhall - KFC/Subway/Pizza/Burger King etc.... I am so glad we went here again. So fresh and tasty!

I went to the branch at Resort World NEC, and a lovely lady served me. She put on a pair of old manky plastic gloves, served and handled my food, and took money with the same pair of plastic gloves!! The food was nice, but I won't go back!!

Went with my partner as we wanted to try something new. I've walked past here so many times and finally visited to try it. This place is basically an Indian spin on Mexican burritos. We ordered a chicken curry burrito and opted for their chicken Biryani rice rather than a plain rice with Mexican style beans and mint sauce. It was a very surprising hit as you wouldn’t expect this to work but it really did! I did want to try the mutton curry burrito but this one was meant to be way more spicy and I wasn’t feeling too daring this time. We also ordered nachos on the side but these weren't too good as the nachos felt a bit stale. Either not a good quality or kept too long. This didn't take away from how good the burrito was however. It's definitely a unique twist on burritos and different to what you will find elsewhere in the bull ring. I definitely recommend trying this place out. I will be coming again myself.

I used to love Wrapchic for their burritos, unfortunately with every visit I get more disappointed. The sizes are getting much smaller, the student discount was taken off from regular sizes and you have to pay extra for a specific add on. I am sorry but you used to be much better. 3* for today.

Stopped off for lunch whilst shopping in Birmingham. It was great, really tasty, but I opted for too much sauce in my wrap and it was very difficult to eat without getting it everywhere. However, it was good, great value and I think it will be our chosen eatery.

Visited Wrapchic for the first time yesterday whilst shopping in Birmingham and we were very impressed. I love Indian and Mexican food and this place combines them perfectly! The staff were very helpful and offered me the opportunity to try anything if I wanted before choosing. They fit so much into a wrap in such a simple way with so many choices of sauces that you wouldn’t get bored! I only wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. What a gem of a find, I will definitely be going back.

I quite enjoyed my paneer burrito and it had plenty of flavour in it. The menu itself makes for a tasty yet limited read. My main issue, and this was the big one, was the staff that work there. The female staff seemed quite friendly however I unfortunately had one of the male staff who was quiet (barely audible), monotone and expressionless. When asked a question he seemed annoyed by it and gave one word answers. I felt this to be quiet rude and did annoy me quite a bit. Maybe some staff training on how to give good customer service is required! Otherwise I can’t fault the food I guess.

We went to the branch in the Resortsworld for a quick lunch before the cinema. I didn’t know if the food would be too spicy for my son, but the lady was very helpful and allowed us to try a few samples before buying. We ordered a naan and panini with some nachos on the side and it was all delicious.

We have been here a couple of times now, and both times I have gone for the soya amritsari burrito bowl, which is a mix of rice, soya and salad. They have more options with sauces with varying spice, coleslaw etc. My girlfriend went with the Chicken Rajasthani bowl, as it was the least spiciest meat option. We would both highly recommend the food, as it is very tasty. You also have the option to go with a wrap or burrito too. The service has been nice and quick. Both times I have ordered the Soya option they have asked me if I am vegan, which I am not. I appreciate that they ask this, because as I understand it some of their fillings and sauces will not be vegan, so they inform vegan customers which options are suitable for them, which is good. They always change their gloves in between orders, which I have had a keen eye on. Last time we visited their hygiene rating was five, which is impressive. The only little point I have is that the staff member with a bun at the till speaks very quickly. He has sounded like he was in a rush to get rid of us. They have quite a few tables and it has never been a problem finding a seat to sit. Their store is open and located on the top floor and is along the connected walkway between link street and Grand Central. So if you mind people walking past continuously, you might not like the atmosphere. We personally did not mind it, as you have a nice view of grand central and it is not too noisy.

Lovely food with an Asian / Latin fusion twist - you can basically design your meal depending how you feel - staff are really helpful and friendly- prices reasonable for city centre.

They have a wide variety of food and you are able to customise everything. I come here regularly as the food is good and it’s in a really convenient spot after some shopping in the bullring. Their customer service is also very good especially the man in the bun. He’s polite and explains the menu well, they have a good team of employees. Would recommend!

He visitado la semana pasada con uno de mis colegas después de terminar el trabajo para la cena y un tipo con el bollo llamado wajad hizo una mueca grosera antes incluso de servir como si él no quisiera que visitáramos el restaurante de la plaza de toros. al principio, pedimos dos comidas que incluían burrito y panini y pedimos queso extra y también mostramos la disposición a pagar extra, sin embargo, este tipo de nuevo habla de mí y mi compañero a su compañera de trabajo diciendo que somos avaros; y al pagar nunca le dio las gracias ni ningún tipo de modales. Además de eso, dijo: "Espera, también necesito servir a los demás". Afortunadamente, había otro tipo llamado Vabi. Él, amablemente y educadamente, nos pidió que nos sentáramos con un gesto positivo y con una sonrisa en su rostro. El té que le dio el wajad fue agua pura y cuando se le preguntó acerca de los tejidos adicionales, dijo que quiere decir serviats en un tono que nos señala como si fuéramos personas ilícitas. vabi vino y nos sirvió té fresco y buena comida, pero no debes promocionar a personas como wajad que es mandona y rute a sus colegas y no tiene modales. él necesita regresar a la escuela para aprender qué es el servicio al cliente y los modales normales. Por otra parte, Vabi fue excelente, pero como hombre de negocios nunca volveré a visitar tu tienda, pero siento por las personas que tienen que ponerse con Wajad.

I've always wanted to try this place, so we gave it a try yesterday! Choice of food fine, but no chips! Only to find half of the menu was not available! And it was only 4.45 pm!

For the price of 1 soup at a nearby chain restaurant both of us had 2 delicious burritos. We were politely offered meat samples and there were lots of tasty options. There’s also vegetarian options available. We don’t come up to Birmingham very often but this could quite easily become our “go to place”.

Lovely simple concept, but it’s the small touches that makes what would otherwise just be another mall fast food place rather special. Take for example the welcoming staff who without exception take time to explain the food, and encourage tasting first, and engage customers with real empathy. And the food itself - a nice concise selection of well produced authentic food at great value prices. If you haven’t found then already they’re only 5 mins walk from New Street station via the Link Street walkway heading to Debenhams - so travellers can leave the confines of the familiar, and experience something a little different easily! Give them a try!

Cheap price and good food, a great place to grab a bite with friends to walk and eat. Highly recommended, the staff were quite friendly and there are many options when it comes to food customisation.

I've never eaten here before nor had this type of food, but as my daughter suggested it I decided to give it a try & I was extremely impressed. Not only was the food excellent but so was the service. The food was well cooked and delicious, & the same price as McDonalds but healthier. If you like spicy food then I would highly recommend this place

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The food is amazing and on top of that such a nice staff was serving the food she had a great smile and patients,I was a bit confuse but I have been given tasters and everything was explained nicely so I choose a rice bowl and spicy chicken and it was great.I will definitely go there again and I would recommend everyone to give it a try.

It's good to grab a bite to eat here. They do some vegan options too. Not the best burrito in the world. Nacho portions are very small and the setting isn't that great because it has busy surroundings, but its better than in grand central which is super busy!

Decidimos ir para el almuerzo aquí después de oír buenas críticas. . Y no nos decepcionó. En primer lugar quedamos abrumados con las opciones y lo que tienen, pero nos ofrecieron una muestra de la muestra de carnes diferentes. Muchas opciones respecto a coberturas, salsas, extras, etc. El servicio era fantástico y el personal era muy amable y servicial, como yo soy muy indeciso!

Went here for dinner after work for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant looked nice and tidy and the staff were really friendly. I thought the options were really varied and the reasonably priced. I went for the open box option and the food was really tasty and the portion size was ok, not too large but just enough. Would I go again, yes I think I would, but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to return.

When a wrap is often placed in front of you, it is a dry wrap filled with condiments that make it juicy, but what was so fantastic about this wrap is that it is a curry in a wrap with the added 'Subway style' menu in which you pick entirely what you want.A great value for money, and also in a superb location in between the New Street Train Station and Bullring Shopping Centre.I hope to see Wrapchic open more shops around the UK so everyone can enjoy this unique but potential idea

I've only been once, I had a really tasty chicken tikka wrap. It cost £5 and although I didn't find it particularly filling (I'm a greedy pig, mind!) the quality of the ingredients, and the flavours, stood out.Worth a try, but I could spend £10-£15 here.

Found this place on TripAdvisor and, as we were visiting Birmingham for the day, we decided to give it a try. We very glad that we did. Delicious wraps (we were able to try the fillings first). We had the paneer masala and mutton madrasi fillings. The very helpful assistant was a bonus. We will definitely go back if in Birmingham again.

Great concept to mix Indian food and burritos but unfortunately, the delivery isn't that great, everything is heated up in the microwave, and the sides aren't great either. A real shame as it has such potential

Read the many good reviews here on TripAdvisor and thought we would give it ago. Really tasty burrito, very fresh and the chicken was seasoned well and of a high quality. Will certainly buy again from this place when looking for a quick and tasty bite to eat whilst in Birmingham.

Bought a voucher off groupon for this, not knowing what to expect and honestly it was lovely! Nice little place to pit stop for a bite to eat or takeaway. Nice little twist on the classic Mexican food and it goes really well! Staff are lovely and polite, seating area clean, reasonably priced. Lush :)

Wanted something new for my Friday dining after work so decided to give this place a try after passing it so often. Was welcomed and given suggestions on what was going to work best for my meal and was really happy with the result! Quick service and with a smile . Will be coming back again!

Went after we completed the Birmingham 10k for a wrap it was amazing the flavours like nothing I had before loved the fact you could get Indian flavours without all the spice will definitely be returning

It was late afternoon and I wasn't feeling particularly hungry. However I had s train to catch and 3 hour long journey after that. So I chose to have a light meal at Wrapchik. A box of plain boiled rice with Black beans ( Rajma) and Chicken Rajasthani topped by spicy Chettinad sauce. Light and well cooked meal and very cost effective. My only complaint is that there are no outlets outside Birmingham

I like the idea of converting traditional Indian flavours into fast food. Location is good, staff was very friendly and helpful and they help me choose me filling for my wrap as I'm allergic to cow's produce. Unfortunately for me most of their items had cow's milk or cheese so I had a wrap with chittand sauce. Honestly I'm not a fan of South Indian flavours of coconut and that sauce had overpowering coconut taste . I found it pricey as a sub is more filling then this wrap for lunch. My husband ordered burrito and he found it enough sized but yet not very happy with taste. Everything is good about this place but it's not my type of flavours. Good effort guys please add more flavours and more dairy free flavours to your menu.

Having seen on Trip Advisor, stopped by this place on a shopping day in town. It's a subway-style Indian burrito pop up with seating if you want it. The pricing was really reasonable (£5.50 large burrito), food was tasty & filling and the service was friendly!It looks to be a small family run business and they were keen to ensure we were happy with everything.

The Burritos are ok. Not disgusting in taste but also not the best thing ever. There's an indian twist to these burritos so it's a bit like having a curry in a burrito which isn't terribly mexican. As a standard they ask you if you want jalapeños and cheese at the end so they can find an excuse to charge you an extra 50p. It's not cheap.

Came across this place by accident glad I did. I had a Chicken Mughlai burrito which was very tasty and filling nice customer service and reasonably priced shall come here again in the future.

I've heard loads but I always forget it's in the bullring but I finally got myself there for lunch and it was amazing. The staff were brilliant and let me try the fillings so I could pick the perfect one for my burrito. My burrito was so delicious and I will definitely be back to try the rest of their menu!!!

I was surprised by the small corridor like, lean-to nature of the venue.Street food I guess, but the wraps are really good with pre-prepared curry sauces (hence the not-fried tag) joined by really fresh salads and bread making for a slightly ludicrous, but very tasty street food experience inside one of the walk ways of Grand central. When I last visited, there were a group of Nwe Yorkers who looked very much at home.

I went for the chicken Rajasthani burrito, which with the addition of jalapenos came to £6. Reasonably tasty with a bit of spice, but on the whole not as flavoursome as a burrito could or should be. Not a 'never again' by any stretch, but not even in the same league as Habaneros, who for my money do the best burrito in the city.

Went on Saturday for lunch with mum and kids, we were early for lunch so staff were able to be very attentive, they were really friendly and helpful too. I had a paneer wrap which was tasty and a perfect size portion. Coffee was good too. Kids were able to tailor their meal to their own taste. We wIll definitely be back. Thankyou.

I don't get why this place is quite so highly rated. I wouldn't necessarily say the staff were poor but I didn't get the treatment that it seems most people say they got.My paneer masala was definitely too cold and this was even after having to wait for them to microwave some. The nachos were all broken into tiny pieces. More like crumbs. Salsa was way too watery leaving soggy nachos.If anything based on my visits I don't think it is value for money. Don't get me wrong it wasn't terrible. But I don't see how it is so highly rated. I've visited 3 times now and always hope that I will see what everyone else seems to see but I just don't. I think it is just an average lunch.

We've visited here a few times, and each time has been slightly different. The staff here are always friendly, though you do have to chat to get information out of them if you haven't been before! There's a good selection of fillings with options of different rices, beans, chutneys/salsas etc. Fillings eise I've had the Chicken Mughlai and the Chicken Chettinad, both of which were nice enough - like any chicken in a good curry sauce. I've also tried the Fish Malabari, which I was extremely disappointed with, as it didn't actually contain any fish & was all sauce.I've tried both the burritos, as well as the bowl, and personally prefer the bowl as it feels slightly healthier, though they do pack it with rice quite a lot. The burritos however are just as nice, so personal choice I guess!The price is okay for what you get, though some things are extra which you have to watch out for.Overall I would recommend going if it's your kind of thing, but I definitely wouldn't say it lived up to the hype that some people seem to give it.

We discovered this eaterie as we were on our way to New Street Station from the Bull Ring shops and we decided to give it a try. I was REALLY pleased that we had as the food was delicious, the staff friendly and helpful and although the location was on a busy walkway, it did not feel noisy and the place was spotless. We will certainly be going back when we are in town.

I always come here for burritos, wrap chic arent just the best in birmingham but the best ive ever tried in the country, i'd never go anywhere else. They have vegetarian and vegan options that are really tasty and the staff are always really friendly. Also you can see them making your food and see how clean everything is.

The Muglai Mutton burrito is amazing!!! Definitely worth a visit. Could do with a bit more variety though.

I had high hopes and the menu sounded lovely... However left disappointed. Unsure as the whether the woman who served me was having an off day but the portion sizes were poor, very very small for the price. Mediocre paneer, needs more flavoursome seasoning. Will not return :(

Top quality fast food in a quiet location within the Bull Ring (yes, that's possible). Very good mix of Indian and Mexican food, tasty and quality ingredients and a very sensible price.I will definitely come back

The concept of putting Indian food into a texmex style burrito is genius. Rich and flavorful curry with rice, salad and coleslaw topped with your choice of chutney, and if you choose cheese and jalapeños, all wrapped up in a flower tortilla. Delicious! The staff were so nice and helpful in aiding my wife and I on what to order by giving suggestions and allowing us to sample almost every meat. The chicken, fish, soya and mutton are all amazing with a lovely kick of spice.The only negative I will say is that they didn't have some things available on their menu. But other than that, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I feel burritos are a required taste and this shop has a lot of various flavours so make sure you try the samples first. I went again in Dec as I had been once before so knew which filling I liked. They run out of guacamole fast so was happy it was in stock this time around. Service was quick and food really tasty. Definitely one to try after a hard days shop!

With reviews this good, I had to try what they had on offer. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and punch of flavour in the wraps. I love generous amounts of coriander, so I was very pleased. Keep it up!

This place is definitely a new favourite. The flavours are really original and interesting. The burritos are huge and really good value for money. The service was excellent and all the staff are warm and friendly. Also any place that that proudly displays their 5/5 food hygiene rating and keeps their food prep area spotless deserves recognition. I would highly recommend this business and I hope they do well in the future!

Just had an Indian burrito from here for the first time, the food is delicious. I had corriander and mint chicken. The manager gave us taste tests so we could try before we brought, explained how it all worked. Excellent customer service and excellent food. It's £4ish for a burrito and it's well worth the money, the filling is enough for a main meal.

Served by very friendly staff who prepare the meal according to taste and requirement. My ten year old daughter loves it so much we have to visit it every time we are in bull ring.

The food is authentic with an Indian twist... great service.. especially with tired hungry whiney kids... will come again... and will recommend it to my friends and family!!!
