i’ve ordered from wkh over the past year and the food has always been excellent, and the staff have always been quick and helpful. also the mozzarella sticks are amazing

I have been ordering food, and always paid! from Worthing kebab centre for years! Ever since the main man left charcoal grill in worthing (when I was in high school roughly 18years ago!!) and moved to Worthing kebab centre! The ATM machine swallowed my bank card tonight. I explained the situation to a member of staff over the phone and to the lady delivery driver…who said they don’t give food out for free, understandable and wasn’t asking for free food!I explained that I have been ordering food from them for many of years, to which they acknowledged! I explained that I would go into the shop in the morning and pay for the order via cash if that was ok, which I was told it wasn’t! A kind member of staff where I was staying that night offered to lend me £10 for the order so the food wasn’t wasted, which I was very grateful for. I rang Worthing kebab centre back and apologised for the confusion and told them I have £10 for the order and could they send the delivery driver back, which they did! On the re-arrival of the lady delivery driver I apologised and told her I had £10 which a kind person had lent me. The delivery lady rudely told me the order was £11.50…charging me £1.50 for some raw onion on my chips!! and told me I was taking the f*cking p*ss by telling her I only have £10!! My order only came to £10 if they hadn’t of charged me £1.50 for abit of raw onion on my chips!! After all the years of being a loyal customer and can honestly say in all these years the only kebab house I have ordered from is Worthing kebab centre i will never order from here again after the way the delivery lady spoke to me tonight! I understand you don’t give food for free and wasn’t asking for free food!! The tips I have given this kebab house over the years would be enough to feed an army!! I’m sure you won’t go out of business by me no longer ordering food from you but I can assure you, you have lost a very loyal and good customer tonight after the way the delivery driver spoke to me! Thanks for the service over all these years but never again will I order from here. Happy new year!

Food was poor chicken looked out of colour driver just left food outside the door then left without knocking so food was stone cold Poor customer service and no interest in our frustation to the thoughts on there service Rude staff Would definitely not reccommend

My pizzas were greasy and stale. Smelled really bad. I ordered one pepperoni and a BBQ chicken pizza. The pepperoni one was okay/edible 2out of 5, but the BBQ one didn’t even had BBQ or chicken on it. When I called the restaurant the girl said she will have a word with the chef and hung up?! No refund or compensation offered whatsoever and I paid almost £20 for something that cannot be consumed? I will never order from here again. 😤

Customer service here is shocking, especially by the young girl who regularly answers the phone. Rank! The guys are usually all ok and polite the food is usually ok, tonight I am shocked! Haha DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS KEBAB HOUSE UNLESS YOU'RE REALLY PISSED AND DONT MIND DEALING WITH A RUDR LITTLE GIRL 🤪😂

Large, varied menu, all well cooked and very tasty. Helpful staff. Particularly like the yoghurt drink. Recommend++ The Pink Lady x

Do not recommend what so ever!!! Honestly awful! Ordered a chicken wrap last night and the chicken turned up pink still! Chefs clearly need to go back to school on how to cook.. when I then phoned up to get my money back I had to chase my own refund? There was no customer care in the fact I wasn’t happy and was served raw chicken, and was then hung up on with no idea with what was going on with my refund.. which still I haven’t received or even know if I will! Defiantly won’t be returning.

Midnight visit. Had mixed kebab and were pleasantly surprised that we could eat in, at a table with meal on plates. Very clean premises and good food. Friendly staff and good value for the size of meal. £7 per head including a fair portion of chips

We had a take away from this place. I had spicy rice which apart from being tasteless had a nasty crunch to it which I discovered was shards of glass!!! I immediately called the shop and asked to speak with the manager. After explaining my discovery the woman said “ I can give you £5 off your next order “! To which I said “ well I won’t be ordering again from here and I would like a full refund “ she then started swearing and shouting at me saying that was all I would get! I was totally gob smacked by her tirade. Hence a call to environmental health with photographic evidence of what could have caused serious harm. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have the onion rings with a drizzle of chilli sauce, delicious and filling. Much better than a sandwich. Top rated

I had the chicken donner meat and chips. The chicken was kind of bland. Didn't taste like the kind of chicken donner that I am used to. I wasn't too impressed with the delivery of the food either as I had to flag down the driver.

Fast delivery and always great quality food. Stays open late most days when everywhere is closed. Highly recommend.

Best Kebab house I have found! This pace is outstanding - clean, fresh food, easy level access with table service. Only downside is that the loos are up 4 stairs.

Had a mixed kebab and chips for which I paid £12.50 . The staff were extremely pleasant , not so much so the meal. The chips were reheated and soggy and the Kebab was foul

Ignore the other reviews. If you want hot food as late as 3 am. You are in luck as they deliver. Very good

Disgusting never order again it’s just waist of money . Chips was all oily and wet meat tasted like nothing was dry just absolutely disgusting

The staff are always friends, and I've never seen then without a smile, despite the drunken crowds they must attract some nights. The food iis always hot, delicious and a good size

I have tried this place a handfull of times over the last 22 years I have lived here and I can confidently confirm that they have been delivering the same substandard cold greasy low quality muck consistently for well over 20 years. If you like your burgers full of gristle and very very low quality meat, then this is your place. I was absolutely Starving tonight and really fancied a burger . The usual places had a very long delivery times so I gave this place yet another chance. Needless to say I'm still hungry. The burger was full of chewy gristle and the medium sized chips I ordered with it was stone cold and inedible. Which made the whole meal inedible. gristle burger and stone cold chips cooked half an hour ago. yum.

Ordered pizza and chips for the family friday night it turned up very fast food was all very hot and pizza was great with plenty of cheese great value for money too

According to my son-in-law, the best kebabs in Worthing. Chips are good too. Prices cheap, food prepared quickly & portions huge.
