Propped up by some fantastic workers unfortunately the manager or owner clearly just doesn’t care about his customers. He is focused on his own ego, too fragile to listen and too stubborn to do anything different. I am sorry to say his attitude is the only reason customers don’t come back. Great food, great service and he sits there and ruins it all. What a shame I can’t support him, he sits in his ivory time complaceant meanwhile his employees sit around embarrassed by his behaviour. He is truly the downfall of business and the more he can disappear into the background, the better off the business is.

Our chips were cold and soggy. And they got thrown away!

For a burger place my burger was overcooked and dry, tiny amount of cheese made it even more dry. The milkshake was ok but lacked flavour. The only good thing were the chips. Very disappointed, better quality from burger vans. Maybe I was unlucky but this was my first order and won’t be coming back here for sure.

I ordered Garlic bread which was too brittle to eat also my popcorn chicken was very crispy and had been overcooked. The only good thing was the coleslaw so will not order from them again most disappointing.

Guess Disney made the burger in his lifetime. Cold and so tough even the cat couldn’t eat it. Chips limp. Milkshake melted and lid not on. Cat enjoyed it from the carpet. Lid not on so at least half the liquid on top he floor. Will not order again

It turns up looking like it had been kicked about in a football game for the full 90 minutes! Waist of time and money. Driver shoved it to me did not even ask for the code I had to give ! What’s the point of giving a code to prove delivery if not even asked!!!

Ordered a cheese Job paid the extra for cheesy chips , got standard chips no cheese , turned up early and lukewarm , seem to be having no end of issues recently with items missing or just not turning up

My first visit to Woodys. Not a long wait for food. The food was extremely tastey. After 20 mins The food was still hot when I got home. I will be visiting Woodys again.

Chips were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted had to put into microwave to heat them up also the onion rings were cold

Stopped ordering from here as they kept getting the orders wrong , thought I'd give them a 2nd chance , but alas tonight, they got the order wrong yet again!! They charge you for 1 thing but send you something different out with no warning.....I won't be ordering again

Driver couldn't find our flat, took so long that the restaurant recooked our order for us which was really appreciated especially as it was a late order. Great service from the restaurant staff and as always the food is great.

Absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed every single bite. The ribs were gorgeous and our daughter enjoyed her burger and fries. Everything tasted so fresh, generous portions and it arrived piping hot too. Definitely recommend 100%.

I've been ordering from Woody's for years and they never disappoint! Food is always hot and delicious!

Delivered early, good portion sizes, friendly staff and the milkshake was lovely. Only criticism is that the bacon in the burger was significantly over cooked. Overall however a very positive experience.

Not as good as usual - bacon was over cooked and in parts burnt and way too much sauce in the burger. Chips not as crisp as usual. Milkshake was delicious and delivery driver was nice. Usually much better - I’ll put this one down as being a one off bad experience.

Missing items in the order payed £30 and didn’t get what I wanted

Phoned up and politely asked how long the order would take and the person on the phone was extremely rude and instantly hung up. Food arrived late and was quite literally stone cold, the edges of the burger were burnt and rock hard. Chips were stone cold, and honestly hardly any meat on the ribs. Most definitely NOT ordering from here again.
