It turns up looking like it had been kicked about in a football game for the full 90 minutes! Waist of time and money. Driver shoved it to me did not even ask for the code I had to give ! What’s the point of giving a code to prove delivery if not even asked!!!

Ordered a cheese Job paid the extra for cheesy chips , got standard chips no cheese , turned up early and lukewarm , seem to be having no end of issues recently with items missing or just not turning up

My first visit to Woodys. Not a long wait for food. The food was extremely tastey. After 20 mins The food was still hot when I got home. I will be visiting Woodys again.

We received the wrong order. We ordered chicken nuggets and a plain chicken burger. We received chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger.

Chips were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted had to put into microwave to heat them up also the onion rings were cold

Stopped ordering from here as they kept getting the orders wrong , thought I'd give them a 2nd chance , but alas tonight, they got the order wrong yet again!! They charge you for 1 thing but send you something different out with no warning.....I won't be ordering again

Ordered right before closing time so wasn’t sure what to expect. Really pleased overall, good amount of food, fresh and still warm on arrival. Only downside was that the meat on the ribs was a bit tough, would have been lovely if a bit softer

Driver couldn't find our flat, took so long that the restaurant recooked our order for us which was really appreciated especially as it was a late order. Great service from the restaurant staff and as always the food is great.

Absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed every single bite. The ribs were gorgeous and our daughter enjoyed her burger and fries. Everything tasted so fresh, generous portions and it arrived piping hot too. Definitely recommend 100%.

I've been ordering from Woody's for years and they never disappoint! Food is always hot and delicious!

Delivered early, good portion sizes, friendly staff and the milkshake was lovely. Only criticism is that the bacon in the burger was significantly over cooked. Overall however a very positive experience.

Not as good as usual - bacon was over cooked and in parts burnt and way too much sauce in the burger. Chips not as crisp as usual. Milkshake was delicious and delivery driver was nice. Usually much better - I’ll put this one down as being a one off bad experience.

Missing items in the order payed £30 and didn’t get what I wanted

Phoned up and politely asked how long the order would take and the person on the phone was extremely rude and instantly hung up. Food arrived late and was quite literally stone cold, the edges of the burger were burnt and rock hard. Chips were stone cold, and honestly hardly any meat on the ribs. Most definitely NOT ordering from here again.

Food was hot and tasty but I paid for cheese on my chips as an extra and I didn’t get it.

Earlier than expected which was nice! Great burger and chips - sadly the milkshake wasn’t as good as usual but still nice enough. A great burger place which I’d recommend to others!

Food was absolutely disgusting I can't even eat it the burger rock hard chips cold I'm fuming spent £17 on nothing

I had left my phone on do not disturb so I appreciate that this delayed the driver on a very busy night but being told to cone down and hurry up was not really endearing. I was chastised by the driver for where I lived being very difficult to find, yet most others find it no problem. I did lose my temper with the driver but we exchanged happy new year greetings at the end. I then found that the ice cream I had ordered was not in the delivery despite being charged. The store was helpful but unrealistic in its solution. The food( that arrived) was lovely but the poor customer service of the driver( albeit with my overreaction) left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Food was great, missing a drink

the driver got lost, which is understandable since it can be difficult to find apartment buildings on map apps. they were really nice and genuinely lost, but it was so hard to communicate with them and i had to walk around for like 15 minutes trying to find them

Nice food bit late but food was good

Ordered the giant Rocky. Quick, lovely, full of taste. Chips cooked well, not greasy and all very enjoyable. Place was clean too

ETA 30-40 mins when ordering. As I placed the order it changed to 40-60 minutes. Additionally the driver had THREE deliveries in her boot. I think 3 is excessive and only allows extra time for the food to cool down.

The lettuce in the burger arrived brown, the chips were nice and crispy but stone cold, my wife ordered a rack of ribs and after eating one rib through the rest in the bin. This is the first and last time I'm ordering. Sorry for the bad review but had much higher hopes for the food.

my extravaganza meal had a loose chicken bone that I almost choked on and bit down not happy never had any issues with them before will not be ordering from here again

It was delivered hot however very disappointed that the burger tasted like a cheap burger which given the price was not cheap. Would definitely never have a burger from here again, hnless they started using better produces.

I was very surprised by how quickly the food came.

Chips weren't nice at all, more on the dry cardboard side. Ribs weren't succulent as described, bland and dry more like. Chicken burger was was the best out of the order, but still so so.

Lovely little fast food restaurant run by lovely people who seem to genuinely care about your order and will contact you if something doesn't line up (I.e different delivery address on order details compared to delivery note). Also the food is great and at a good price with a good range of tasty options.

Was meant be prawn cocktail , but I think they must have run out of the prawns and cocktail sauce or something as it had next to nothing in it , wont bother trying these again , very poor
