Good food. Tarka Dahl was watered down, sadly. Was lovely, apart from that.

King prawn tandoori was nice, but only 4 prawns. Chickpeas tasted like they came straight out of tin - not a curry, by far the worst chana massala I ever had. meat briyani, the meat was nice and tender but the rice tasted like it was off. I have ordered from them before, not sure what went so wrong.

The butter paneer It was so sweet that I couldn’t eat it, it felt like I was eating sugar. The coconut rice was also low quality and bad.

Order a chicken curry you want a chicken curry, not 8 pieces of potato and 4 pieces of chicken,

Portion size was terrible. They give you half a container full. Ordered the prawn puree and honestly I’ve never seen prawns so small and again didn’t even cover the bottom of a plastic container. No lemon given. The madras wasn’t spicy or flavourful and mutter paneer was also flavourless. Chicken was very weird slices, I assume frozen and again lacking any taste.

Avoid this place like the plague. Never received food was phoning for an hour no answer so decided to go down and find out where our order was and they said we left it outside the main front door on a high street did not phone or anything. Good job I went down there as will not be eating from there ever - all I can hear in the kitchen was Mr Ping being used continuously, staff coughing over food and rubbish all over the place avoid it don’t waste your money. Way too oily and greasy, even the outside of the containers were very oily, you get such tiny portions for the price so being oily that’s probably not a bad thing, nawab down the road is much much better and barely anything morning price

I called the restaurant to tell them there was a missing item that I had paid for & nothing was done about it. I paid for it and it never came….

Both chicken dishes were full of flavour and yummy but unfortunately the veg curry was tasteless and full of oil, I think that it is cooked in massive batches in compare to the individual dishes.

The food was not hot (temperature) nor was it spicy - I ordered a naga chilli dish. It was tasty though. Delivery was very quick. Thank you for that. I will order from you again but PLEASE, PLEASE make sure that my food arrives ready to eat and not needing to be reheated!

The danzak was so sweet like it’s got a whole cup of sugar in it. The meat in both curries that we got was tough and the taste of the curries were just not that great. Portions were small too. I must say it was nice that they sent extra rice for free, but sadly I won’t be ordering again.

Food is very nice, obviously cooked with fresh ingredients and arrives on time or slightly early, hits the spot. I'd award 6 stars if I could.

Ordered 2 curries but if you weren't told that fact you'd think they were the same, bland and no flavour, quite oily also. No sauces given for poppadoms which is guaranteed with other Indians. Won't order again

Food was absolutely delicious! The lamb pathia was the best I've ever tasted. The tandori mixed grill was cooked to perfection and was full of flavour. Great pricing too. We will be ordering again! Compliments to the chef!

Great food very tasty and excellent delivery service. The menu was original with many new items to me but still had the traditional dishes that you would expect This was the first time I ordered from this restaurant . It won't be the last .

I like hot food, I have tried both the Madras and Vindaloo dishes but neither are very spicy. Good quality food and good service though.

Despite me calling the restaurant previously and asking them if they would deliver to me, the delivery man turns up and says please do not order again. This is despite paying £21 for one person which I believe is extortionate anyway, really bad feeling about this place, good quality food but really not worth the money or aggravation

My new favourite! Been trying a lot of Indian takeaways in the area with my boyfriend and we’ve settled on this being the best! Can’t wait to order again soon.

Standards have dropped. Not good. Won’t be ordering again at Woodhouse Tandoori. Chicken Biryani was burnt. Chicken Dansak only half full container. Bombay Aloo had unpleasant taste. All in all, disappointing.

Really delicious food, great quality and well spiced chicken tikka, and a particularly tasty dry veg curry, my new go to takeaway! I’ve recently moved to the area and had very mediocre food deliveries, so am really happy to have discovered this restaurant 👍🏻

Good quality food, within the radius for delivery. Came late and was told by the driver it’s too far, he said something about a fiver in petrol to deliver and told me not to order again. Wasn’t it enough I paid you over £20 to deliver for one person. Don’t bother with this place, too pricey for what it is

Unfortunately we found both of the curries we ordered (butter paneer / chicken korma) pretty bland in flavour, the taste seemed to have been diluted too much and the pilau rice overpowered the curry. The flavour itsself was nice but just way, way too subtle compared to the same dishes in most other places.

My order arrived hot and tasty as always. I requested delivery for 6:30 and food came at 5:45, luckily I had just got home. Please do look at the delivery times requested and thank you for the tasty food.

Best Indian restaurant north of the north circular for sure. Would highly recommend!! We used them on a night when they were inundated with too many orders so ours was late. However, the wait was well worth it. Every dish was well cooked authentically and piping hot. This is now our go-to restaurant from now on for Indian food.

Delivery was late tonight and food wasn’t warm when it arrived. As I don’t have a microwave it unfortunately went in the bin. Not normally like this so must have been a busy night but was very disappointed and had to order the same meal from another restaurant.

Outstanding food from my favourite restaurant.

I am disappointed with the quality of food the last 2 orders. I've only used this place for almost 4 years but I'm sad to say this was the last time. The quality has really gone down. This particular order was seriously lacking in flavour and seasoning. Just spice and really tough meat in the rogan josh.

Drinks were forgotten but all is forgiven

They are the worst EVER!!!!!!!!!! We’re now an hour and half past our delivery and still no food and no response and no information. Pathetic.

Absolutely fantastic tasting food! It's taken us since the early 90's to find an Indian restaurant/takeaway that is as good as Indian Ocean in Holloway after the disappointment of them having new management and food! Finally we have found the perfect Indian food!!

I've had takeaways from here before and seems to have gone a little down hill. Also, charging £3:50 for delivery via their own driver, why are they charging so much? For a drop 5mins away. False advertising with free to 3:50. When they have no intention of, not charging

I always order a curry from here when I am being lazy, which has been a lot during lockdown. My 4 year old daughter loves the Tarka Dahl and Garlic Naan and I love the Tandoori lamb Chops. I am Bengali so have grown up eating curries all my life and moved to North from East London 5 years ago. Just like my mum's cooking, I keep it simple with the lamb/Chicken Bhuna nothing fancy just pure original taste. If you like a bit of heat ask for fresh green chillies. Delivery is always on time or early by a very pleasant gentleman. I would highly recommend

Delivery is normally on time or early, and food always arrives hot which is great. In deed it has become our favourite Indian take away and we can highly recommend it.
