I do not recommend this place at all. I cannot give them less than one star even if I want to. From horrendous food to bad customer service. Ordered 2 dishes and one of them was wrong, called the restaurant and they did not even apologised. The drinks were wrong as well and when the delivery came, the lady told us that we “did not select the drink option”, but when I called the restaurant she said that they ran out of my choice so she had to replace it without letting me know in advance. The cabbage taste old and stinks, they probably forgot the tomatoes too, the chicken was not existent in the “chicken shawarma sandwich” and the state of it was horrible. It was the first and 100% the last time that I will get any food from there.

Food was delicious and served with red hair was so nice. Definitely would recommend.

The pizza is very nice but the cheesy fries are made with a cheese sauce rather than cheese so that wasn't the best.

Food was cooked to perfection. Workers were extremely polite and the food came fast. Young girl working was an angel xx

****Never Order From Here*****, the pizza was in a dismal state when the box was opened. The toppings and cheese were all consolidated onto one side, leaving the other half bare. It was a messy heap, even remotely it didn't look like a Pizza. It appeared as though mishandling had occurred either by the guy who took the pizza out of the oven or the delivery driver.

Very tasty food, recommend the mixed kebab sandwich, although it was mossy, 5/5

This has become my regular place for pizza, although it's not the cheapest but you get wood oven pizza and the flavours are good. Friendly staff and good customer service.

Lovely atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. As a local, their food is our go to restaurant to order from as their pizza is the best me and my family have ever tasted. Prices are reasonable and pretty good compared to other authentic pizza shops we have tried. We always get pizzas, donner kebab and milkshakes and it never disappoints. We will continue to go here as the food is completely unresistable.

German doner meat has a very unpleasant smell

Really good pizza, light and crispy base with great sauce and toppings topped off with a bit of fresh rocket. These are not like the stodgy heavyweight pizza that most pizza shops sell. They really are light and delicious.

I've had woodhouse a few times and it's normally really good but this time it was vile. The chips were covered in greas when you bit in to one it just greas leaking out. The pizzas were covered In greas aswell. I ordered a sausage pizza that used to be chuncks of sausage now its some strange brown stuff that looks like pepperoni and tastes of nothing. I won't be ordering again, it's a shame as this was a really good pizza place but now it's joined the other takeaways as a greasy mess. considering 2 chips and a dessert cost me over £40 this is a joke The pic is of the sausage pizza and thr really greasy chips which are inedible

My order was £12.19 and i was sure it was but my phone died and the women said it’s £12.79 and when I checked I was right.

The foods are delicious as original taste of Italian . Traditional Italian stone bake oven that is rear in Uk now a days. Customer service is fantastic and friendly staffs.

Very overpriced for not very good pizzas. I'll definitely be giving a miss from now on.

This place has to be one of the best tasting pizza 🍕 ever… all the ingredients are fresh, small family business , lovely deco , and Friendly customer service, I ordered the veg and chicken pizzas , I am not sure wht kind of cheese they use but it’d amazing 🧀🧀 The base is nice and thin just how a real pizza should be, iv been back 3 time in last 10 days , I got the 2 X 16” in .. for £28 garteee you love it , I think well worth it u won’t be disappointed 🍕🍕 I didn’t want any thing else cuz I obe the pizza but they do burgers /chips /Donna + more 🍔 🍔and other deals … must try !!

Very very poor.!!!! What is the point of sending leaflets through the post if 1 of the numbers is never answered and the other does not even go through. On top of that they have a qr code on leaflet which does not work. What a joke

This is what is called kebab wrap absolutely disgusting! The chicken where red not even cooked well also the bread is so sticky ! Not good at all , not recommended to be honest find another place

The pizza is tasty wood oven pizza! To find that local to me is like gold dust! Eating in options at the restaurant are lovely also because the decor and cleanliness is spot on! The menu is large and theres a great variety but this is now my ONLY pizza shop I will be ordering from! Love it, 10/10 recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I would give it 3.5 stars. The customer service was lovely and the staff are friendly however the pizza was quite soggy qnd mozzarella cheese was used so there wasn't much cheesy taste in the pizza. The veg pizza didnt have much taste and the chicken pieces. I do think I'll come back here because i do believe in second chances.

Walked past and thought I'd order a sausage pizza in the spur of the moment. A decision I do not regret. Crust was exceptional

My daughter has had take away pasta from here on a number of occasions and enjoyed it so we decided to come & eat in, we ordered penne arrabiatta with olives & chilli, the German donnor kebab & a woodfired pizza. All the food was delicious, the kebab was lovely and the meat was just delicious, not like the stuff from the chippy, nice fresh salad & really enjoyed the sesame bread. The pasta was OK, something i could easily do at home but my daughter really enjoyed it, she requested extra parmesan & was given in abundance, the pizzas are lovely, cooked in a traditional pizza oven, great variety of toppings & combinations. The milkshakes are quite small for the price but overall we were all satisfied. Service was great, especially the young man that bought our food to the table, he's an asset so polite and helpful.

Just had a German kebab meal and what a huge let down. Salad limp and awful (at 545pm?!?) tells you everything about their care. Meat was not seasoned and thus tasteless. Fries no salt, none given if supposed to salt self!? Tasteless again. This was very, very poor and I'm sorry to say that was my 1st and last trip. Lose custom and word spreads quickly. Awful. More taste at big John's and that's saying EVERYTHING!

Definitely the best kebab for miles and miles around. It is so clean there that I wouldn't be afraid to eat from the floor! Very friendly staff, for both customers and delivery drivers 😉 Woodhouse is a must.

They use good quality halal meats/hams, and the pizzas weren't oily either. Staff have a really nice attitude too. Looking forward to trying more from you!

Just ordered tonight as a first time to give it a try and it was the best decision. Amazing pizza and great customer service. After having the pizza we got a called from the pizzeria saying our payment didn't come through and the lady was the utmost polite and everything was sorted out beautifully. They definitely have a made a new customer. Looking forward to next time guys. Keep up the great job.

Avoid if you have children, had the scare of my life because of these cheese used on the pizzas. Ordered from here on multiple occasions and the food is generally good. However, the last time I ordered because of the type of cheese used on the pizzas, it got stuck in my son's throat and he couldn't breath for around 10 seconds. Staff turned their back on me in the restaurant with only customers offering to help. Had to force the cheese down his throat in order for him to breath again. No offer of water or any word from the restaurant afterwards. Avoid.

Ordered through ubereats, ordered XL pizza, which should come with free garlic bread . Pizza arrived and no garlic bread. We did not like the pizza, even it looks amazing. ordered ham and pineapple - soggy pizza and not great for a thin crust. The cheese did not taste nice.

It is simply quality food. The thin crust pizza had a very thin base, a very generous layering of cheese, a home made tomato and basil base, fantastic fresh quality ingredients including pepperoni and fancy ham. It was beautiful and dare I say artisanal. The half a roasted chicken was delightful, cooked to perfection, not dry but just right, lovely wood smoked flavour. Will certainly be going back.

Orderd 3× german donners and 1× peri burger the meat was very dry the sauces in small pots given with the meals were not enough for the 4 meals the peri burger meal chicken was dry not enough could not taste the lemon and mango sauce any were or the extra hot I asked for very poor show.

I had 3 pizzas and 3 milkshakes the milkshakes were full of small pieces of hard white PLASTIC. I called the restaurant they wanted to hang up the phone soon as possible and were claiming it was their suppliers fault. They said they cant give a refund because the milkshakes were partly consumed.

Awful food. Do not order. The reviews for this restaurant must have been written by the owner and his friends. My siciliana pizza had raw aubergine and courgette on and the four cheese pizza was stone cold and tasted disgusting. Cheesy fries were stale and cold and had a tiny bit of grated cheap cheese on. Not cheese sauce! £30 what a waste.

I will give 5+ star. Great taste, fresh, nice and friendly staff. Best pizza for me. Also I do second order for German doneer kebab. And is very good too. Best place to eat for me, or for delivery. 6 stars from me again.

Spotted this place as I was driving through KingStanding on my way home. From the outside the place caught my eye, their Pizza Machine displayed in the window looks Amazing! Went in, and was greeted by friendly staff. It's a Lovely Family Run Restaurant, and you can tell they care about their customer service as well as the food. I had the Mixed Shawarma Sandwich Meal; and I have to say, it's the best Shawarma I've ever had. With Shawarma I've had from other places, the bread gets full of oil and you can't really eat it! But this Sandwich was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The Bread was a beautiful kind of flat bread pitta, even down to the Fries that were cooked perfectly. Sorry for the long essay, but I Really Enjoyed my food here, and wanted to share. TL;DR - Perfect Food, Great Service, will definitely come back! -I want to try the Pizza next time!! Thank You for a wonderful experience! <3

Don't order on line! Placed an order to pay cash on delivery. Got confirmation email and all the details were correct, but nothing had turned up after 70 minutes. So phoned them, said my order number (2391) they had the correct address for me, but said the order had been paid for by card and customer requested a different delivery address. Delivery address on my confirmation was correct. And that also said order was to be paid for cash on delivery. So no pizza after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting! Ended up ordering a Domino's!! Unfortunately not very a good first impression!
