Unfortunately I need to change my review. It was my favorite kebab shop around. But after our last order, and no reply for my messages, we will no come back here again. Chips was hard (like re-heated), Charcoal Grill Special was much smaller, no flavor, even garlic sauce was worst. Not happy at all. Spent £35.80 here, and half meal landed in the bin.

There was no pitta bread with my order and no chilli sauce. It made the food tasteless. The online orders are always wrong.

I hoped I would never have to write this review. But the inevitable has happened. The Woodhatch charcoal grill has changed management. This is a sad sad day. The previous owners took pride in their work,made a real effort,the food was outstanding. Unfortunately the new regime is not up to scratch. This is the second time in two weeks I’ve had an average and skimpy Shish kebab. Price has increased 20% to. I’m devastated. Any recommendations for local kebabs please let me know. 😢 Yours sincerely Greedy kebab lover. X

Just had a cheese burger and it was delicious, first time visitor but I will be back

I would like have refund as I had the kebab which was ice cold and driver told me that they were closed and forgot about the delivery and asked me to take the kebab and apologised too.unfortunately it was ice cold which I couldn’t eat and had to throw all the food in the bin

The only kebab I use around this area, the chicken donna wrap (small) is huge 👍🏼

I have images of what they delivered to us and for £23 this is a Very small portion especially bcuz I even opted for large!!!!!

It's ok, expensive but then you get a large portion even if you order the smaller size. Tried it as the star rating was good. Cash only which is slightly annoying these days.

Absolutely wonderful halal food, that was my local shopping parade 30 years ago I wish this shop was existing then but glad to find it on a visit back to the area

We ordered 3 meals (2 Donner meat and chips and 1 kebab) they delivered it missing a meal and then refused to deliver it when we called to complain and said we would have to walk there and collect it. The staff were rude and unhelpful on the phone.

Great food, cooked to order, tasty and good value

Was the best kebab House in the area but in the last few months all the staff have changed and the prices have gone crazy. Some items have gone up around 50%. I know energy costs have gone up but passing such huge increases to customers isn't right and feels like they are taking advantage.

I enjoyed the takeaway. Very tasty and will be back soon. Donner and Lamb Kebab was very good portion size for the price

Didn't know what to expect when coming here as we usually go to the charcoal grill in Horley. It didn't disappoint and our food was ready quickly. Portion sizes are good. Deffinitelt want to try there family box next time.

Friendly staff. The best wraps in the area made fresh and good salad selection. I've had their kebabs a few times now and excellent value for money.

Absolutely disgusted with this place got my order wrong which could of had dangerous consequences as I'm allergic to some of what they put on my kebab, they were extremely rude to me and then to my partner when he went down there and wouldn't do anything about it avoid at all costs

Hard working team, were very busy but keep the orders moving. Food is very good, quantity generous.Hygiene looks good, they are visibly making an effort not to touch anything. Gave it a 4 because they don't provide individual source pots for the dinner tray on request. It causes problems for me if I ask for chilli and they pour it over. I would like sauces separate.

Really high quality meat, I got a burger and it was so good I went back the next day and got chicken donner and chips ... I am eating it as I write this. Generous portions nice guys fair prices !!! And the meat is so delicious... Which is not always the case with kebab shops...

Probably one of the worst, overpriced takeaways I've ever had. The food came in soggy, dripping paper bags and looked unappetising the moment it fell on to the plate. I ordered a "Chef's Special" shish kebab - man I could not tell you how dry the meat was, not to mention the salad was basic and the pitta was rock hard in addition to there being no sauce offered or provided. Also when you say 'no onions' expect a metric f-ton of onions. Was the meal "Special" because it was 'aged' over a grill for 19 days or because it and the chef had an intimate connection once upon a time before they separated, moving onto bigger and better things? Not to mention my girlfriend's wrap which was thrown together with no salad or sauce (a staple of a good wrap) and, that's right you guessed it, dry meat. All in all, a experience that I wont be seeking again. Good day to you Woodhatch Grill, Good Day...

Ordered takeaway from uber eats. Very poor experience, the wrap I ordered only contained the lamb kofte meat, had no sauce and was tiny considering it cost 8 pounds. The meat didn't taste very good either. My partners food was soggy and unappetizing and he didn't get any sauce either. Wouldn't order here again.

Ordering over the phone a bit of a nightmare for communication however I have used this kebab house for over 10 years and I can't fault their burgers/kebabs.

Food is great but what worries me is the kebab meat being cooked and then when not busy flame is switched off and just sits there... I can't bring myself to try it. I would recommend chicken shis. Nice fresh salad and tasty sauces.

Great service and will provide off menu choices, if you know your kebabs. Parking is the only issue.

Hello woodhatch people don't buy anything this kebab shop I ll report council. When I ask them how long u using frying oil they said every week..I don't think so they're lies..Because I get chips and chicken nuggets it was disgusting it was black colour and it was smells. It can makes u cancer and ur kids. When I ask them are you busy? They will gonna say 'very busy' even they are not. Believe me or not. Think ur healt...thanks
