Donna Kebab was fantastic- the garlic and chilli sauce were exceptional!

Disappointed last night my chicken & Donner wrap arrived without my dip and the pizza didn't come with the extra salami topping I paid for.

Food was good first time, second time absolutely terrible.

Ordered takeaway, proper chicken kebab and cheese pizza both of us loved it, great taste, quality meat, cheese etc definetly use again.

Re done review. Basically, this place has got worse and worse. Wouldn't recommend it anymore. Why do these places start off good and rapidly go downhill? Aycliffe desperately needs a good pizza takeaway. This ISN'T it.

Normally food is great and service is fast. What a shame 1 really bad encounter has put us off now. Ordered food as usual with the normal wait times, and a extra ten minutes added. Not a problem. Then it was with the driver. After 22 minutes we called to be told 'yeah its with the driver it'll be there soon,5 minutes.' The guy sounded like he was high on the phone and really couldn't care less. We gave them another 10 minutes and I called back to cancel. By this time the food had been with the driver 37 minutes. We live a 10 minute walk away never mind a 3 minute drive. Only then did they contact the driver who said he would be 4 minutes. So they either lied and it wasn't with the driver or he is delivering to the entire area of aycliffe and dropping ours off last which by then it would be cold. Cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Whoever was organising tonight needs replacing or you need to hire better drivers if this one went off on one. To top it all off the car that usually delivers to us was seen by us speeding down the road as we went to collect our next order from elsewhere as we wernt waiting again. A shame really. Thank you for not delivering anything and making us have to listen to our stomachs rumbling for almost 2 hours! Next time someone calls maybe offer a sorry at the first port of call and call the driver to confirm before your customer has already cancelled and now you realise your stuck with cold food you can't sell. Be proactive not reactive.

Order wrong sill waiting for rest of order food cold won't order again and no chips with order

I placed an order and paid then got a message over an hr later just to say they’ve cancelled my order

Just like to say I don’t really leave feedback, however these guys are spot in and I have no complaints with any of the food,I’ve ordered.Keep it up guys.

Ordered for the 1st and last time. Order took over 2 hours to arrive. Recieved the wrong order, rang to inform them and was told to ring back in 5 minutes. Rang back to be told they hadnt left my address and were delivering my order, when I had watched the car drive off. Order came opened, by who, I dont know. Was cold and looked awful. Even the dogs wouldnt eat it.

Havnt had a bad takeaway for here yet, great food, fast delivery always helpful on the phone and order on internet is easy to. Parmos are spot on from here

New favourite takeaway. Food is great, delivery is so fast compared to others in the area. We've ordered 3 times now and everything has been great each time

The first order we made, we received strands of hair in every single food item. Then we rang up and they said they would bring out the full order again, only to bring 2 things out of the 4 items.

Awful takeaway wouldn't recommend. Hairs in the calzone and donner kebab. Was given the wrong burger. Rang them up about the hairs in food said they'd send a new order out bought a new calzone and new burger but forgot the new kebab. Won't be ordering from here anytime soon 🤢🤢🤢

Ordered for the first time and when it came there was strands of hair in the kebab and calzone they also got the order wrong and when we phoned to complain they sent us a new order and when it came there was only a burger and calzone not even a new kebab, will definitely not be ordering again

Standards of food are very poor, standards of delivery times very poor, got food poisoning from here. Use at your own discretion.

Ordered some food tonight for it to turn up, but they forgot the pizza. Rang up to mention no pizza was delivered to which they replied they would have another one sent out within half an hour. Had a second phone call about 15-20 minutes later to them saying that the driver definitely delivered a pizza (there was no pizza delivered!) Not the first time they have messed up my pizza order either

Might help if it had longer in the oven. Not cooking underneath. S****t

Ha'way man woodham pizza 🤷 First ever order last week Deal two Lovely food but where's my Garlic sauce? Ordered again 3rd september 10:30pm " DEAL TWO " for Collection. The fella Behind the counter, Felt my bags of food before giving it to me, Got home " No Fecking Donner meat "

Best pizza shop around! If you want quality and food worth every penny this is the place to go to!

Worst takeaway ever!! Ordered special box 1.. Came freezing cold Burger should of been a piece of cardboard would of had more taste Donner meat think they forgot to cook it and had no taste. Red cabbage needs a special warning ⚠️ Extremely salty ⚠️ Do not recommend!! First and last time I’ll ever go there.

great tasting food and fast delivery

Used them for a change never again . Ordered a burger with no cheese and it came with cheese on , I suppose an honest mistake went to ring them and the line was engaged for the next 40 minutes , ordered from else where , absolute joke !!!

WoW when this place opened Omg the food was amazing...we ordered the chicken and donner kebab this was the best we had to the point of we recommended it to our friends. But....as the weeks went on we noticed slight differences in the food we ordered to the point I'm afraid that today was not upto the quality it was when we first had our take away. .And for future orders well quality needs to be improved and also we have stopped recommending this takeaway .

I just don’t know if woodham is ment to have a pizza shop I’ve never had one nice meal from either off them gave this one a try tonight and after I’d swam through the grease and managed to fish out the pizza I’d already used a roll of plenty 😂 turns out one sheet is not plenty anyways still ate it so if I’m ill tomorrow I’ll update you I also have a weird suspicion where that missing cat went after samples of there so called Donna meat. It was questionable when it took 45 mins to make if they had to pop out to Russel up some meat 😑🤔🤔

Had 2 orders from them and both were extremely good.

Pizza and is well better for me for the area and but the garlic sauce is a is poor and I'm struggling with the to taste as the garlic and plz plz change this sauce with I will do look forward to explore the rest of the menu on but the sauces are very important, yeah kak ka

Pizzas were OK but calzone was not cooked properly on bottom all greasy not nice. Was like warm on arrival.
