The service was slow and the food poor to inedible. We had to request drink 3 times and the food took over half an hour to arrive. The veggie burger was disgusting. I had one mouthful and had to spit it out into my napkin. My husband tried the burger and also thought it was disgusting. None of my family enjoyed their meal, but mine was the worst. Husband told the waiter I had left to get food elsewhere as the burger was that bad. The restaurant admitted that they had received complaints about that menu item, but it is still on the menu. No offer to refund any money off the amount that we had paid. This was the worst meal I have ever been served.

We visited on the Thursday evening of May /June half term for an evening meal. I recommend the evening as it was much quieter than lunchtime. Due to covid regulations you order and pay on the app. There was a good range of food and it was a reasonable price. The service we had was good and very friendly. You didn't really feel like you were eating in a theme park and I would recommend.

The service is VERY slow. We had to ask for things numerous times. Prosecco was flat, then the glass was dirty. Really not a good place to visit. Get more staff and more experienced staff at that who pay attention to customers

The burger was drier than sawdust wish I'd gone to burger kitchen instead! Also nachos there were £10.25 yet at the stalls around the theme park were always £5.50

Visited for the first time today, must say I was really impressed, the service was great and really fast, the food was really good, and plentiful, staff were also very polite friendly and efficient. Also very on top of social distancing and lots of enhanced cleaning taking place. A good menu with loads of different dishes and drinks to choose from, and all pretty well priced, especially considering that it is located within a theme park. Will certainly visit again

I have a number of dietary requirements for medical reasons. I hadn’t planned to eat at Alton Towers but we stayed later than planned, so I popped into Woodcutters for some food. Instantly the team got their dietary requirements expert to meet me at the table. She brought all the charts, and clearly understood what I could and couldn’t have too, even making recommendations. The menu is quite restricted and lots of items come pre-mixed, so we were quite limited in our options, but we found something I could have. I couldn’t have anything to drink other than water as they didn’t serve any herbal teas, so she kindly gave me a bag of herbal tea from her own bag too, so kind! Big thanks to Hannah for what she did that day - making someone with dietary requirements not feel like a burden, and handling my needs without having made a booking. Thank you. Other shout out goes to Adam who made a little girl’s day when he made her an adorable fairy mocktail and totally brought her into the making of it, it was adorable!

We decided to have a sit down during our visit to Alton Towers and get some food at the bar and grill it was good food, great service and fast. I had a steak sandwich and my friend had the mac and cheese with a wickerman (sex on the beach) cocktail. Would recommend and return here.

We came to Alton Towers as a treat for my brothers birthday and as usual the park itself was perfect. However, we decided to eat at this restaurant for lunch. This was a big mistake, we paid £40 for 3 meals and 3 drinks and waited 3 quarters of an hour! In total about 3 bites were eaten from the food, between us! The food was completely inedible, the steak was not chewable and my brothers pasta was stone cold!! This is unacceptable!!! The only redeeming factor was the staff was absolutely lovely.

Very pleased we ate here for lunch. The service was so quick and the staff were really lovely. They had a busy lunch service by the looks of things and still had a smile to greet us with. Good job guys.

I had the maple sweet chilli skewers. Absolutely delicious, well worth the money. My daughter had a quorn wrap, delicious but a bit pricey. Worth a visit.

Situated inside Alton Towers theme park. We’ve walked past this place many times due to the queue to get in, but decided to eat later than usual today so we were able to get a table. The menu is pretty limited but we all managed to find something that we liked the sound of so placed our order at the bar. The food arrived so promptly that it almost beat us to the table. It was so quick that there is absolutely no way anything had been cooked fresh. The onion rings promised on the menu never materialised but that wasn’t a massive problem. Unfortunately the food that did come was very disappointing. The burgers were tasteless, grey and chewy. Everything was bland, and the consistency suggested that it had been kept warm for a while. Don’t bother with this place; the Burger Kitchen around the corner is better quality, better taste and a better price. We love Alton Towers and visit a few times each year, but we won’t be coming back here.

as long as it's not peak times, you'll get a table quick. peak times you'll queue, and have only a set amount of time at your table. but it's one of the better places to eat on park.

Excited to arrive and a quirky theme with the food being delivered by roller coasters, however the excitement and bright lights is where it ends. There is zero customer service, as you are seating and then order/pay through an app before food being delivered by the roller coaster. The app was difficult to manage and payments wouldn't be accepted as wifi issues and it kept crashing before the payment went through. Eventually I had to ask a member of staff to make the order before we walked out. We were warned food would be delivered and there maybe a 5 minute gap between the orders when being seated. There was actually 13 minutes between the 1st and last order being received, my eldest girl ended up eating her meal with us watching her as we had finished - not good! We were all still hungry as well, even McD's fill you up better and a fraction of the cost! Very expensive for a few burgers and zero customer service. It cost us £70 for 4 soft drinks and 4 burgers and chips - ouch! I wouldn't recommend and we would never return, other than to look at inside and see what happens in there.
