Wood Fired Pizzeria in Brent

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cokes deal after a busy day in London tonight. I had missed off the sauces so I phoned up and said I would pay the driver on delivery. Said they would sort it all out for me no hassle, very friendly staff on phone and pizzas arrived in like 30 mins! Thank you so much.

I placed an order online for 2 pizza's but received wrong size for each of these pizza's. I rang the store to inform them about this mistake that they made and I was told that they can't do anything about it but I should place a new order. I explained that you need to rectify this mistake but they hung the phone on me. I rang back immediately and yet they hung the phone on me again. I rang for the third time and was told that they are busy and will deal with my query later on. I received a call back from a different person at the store who agreed to send me the correct order of the pizza size in 15 minutes. When I received the order I checked the order whilst the driver was waiting and I noticed that the toppings were not correct to my original order and he said there is a system problem. I just had to accept what I received as I just so frustrated about the whole situation. Very awful service.

Put the wrong number on Deliveroo making it impossible to contact them. Claim a 20 minute delivery time when it’s closer to 3 hours, but the beauty is that in all this it is not possible to contact them to check in on delivery status or to cancel order given the fake number provided…

Terrible service, rude staff, and dirty takeaway restaurant. Said they would no longer deliver to my address and hung up on me. Once even found some hair on my pizza. Won't order anymore from there!

Extremely disgusting service firstly took our order wrong than gave us a dusty pizza box and when we called to tell them they hang up on us, extremely rude disgracful.

Really nice thin based proper cooked Italian style pizza for home delivery , not cheap but much nicer than the usual thick based delivery alternatives , tasty .

Ordered 3 times from here and can't find anything bad to say. Food is amazing! Pasta and Pizza are authentic and fresh and always arrive hot. Staff members are extremely friendly and always helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but this place is amazing and well deserved.

I have ordered first by just eat and was very tasty. Today I ordered by their website and my delivery has came cold. Still very tasty
