Wong's Oriental Food to Take Away in Hillingdon

absolutely disgraceful I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and when eating found wire scouring wool in my food. Politely called them back and was spoken to in a very y rude manner by the person on the phone. They agreed to give me a refund on my family joint account. Tonight I placed an order ron their app and after 1 hour I had no delivery. I called them and was told I cannot order from them. I was given no reason and I am a professional person who has always enjoyed their food. Their seems to have been a change in recent times and I have never felt so humiliated ordering food. they would not even take an order over the phone . Please look at recent reviews and avoid thos place as they are rude and unprofessional.

I have used wongs for nearly twenty years and never had a problem. They are friendly and the food always tastes great and free delivery, what more could you ask for they are my number chinese to go to in the manor

Ordered a family meal for new years via just eat. They only accept collections so thought that's fine I can collect. I waited an hour until collection time. After arriving and queueing for 30 minutes I found out they didn't even have my order because apparently they don't accept just eat orders. Why even list yourselves on there?! Basically this order went wrong in every possible way and a week later I can still see they are listed on Just Eat. Waste of time. Sort it out.

We have regularly ordered really good meals from Wongs. The deliveries always arrive when promised and the food is excellent

Food below average. We've been disappointed twice with our visits, as they left out a few items from our order that were paid for. Think this place must have been taken over as it's not as good as it used to be. Won't be returning!

Been using this for our home delivery for years having tried most other Chinese restaurants in the area.. prompt home delivery, food always still hot. Plenty of food in each separate item orders. Always very tasty. Some dishes delicious.

Ordered home delivery, despite some of the reviews on Trip Advisor. I'd tried the other mediocre Chinese restaurants in the area so I thought I'd give Wong's a go. Have to say, it was very good. Crispy Beef was excellent, and the noodles were good too. The quarter duck came ready shredded in a box, helpful, but I am a freak and suspected it might have been made up from leftovers (yes - I know they have no restaurant!). But I ate it anyway and it was lovely. That might have been the only thing stopping it getting 5 rating. Overall very good. Will definitely try again. Fingers crossed it wasn't a one-off.

Other than going to Chinatown , Wong's is just good enough to whet your appetite. Food is well cooked from a wide selection...tasty and reasonable. The usual free delivery and crackers for a set amount spent. The sweet and sour pork balls and duck are delicious.

I went in the other night and ordered a takeaway and it was lovely. I had my 5 year old with me and we sat and did her homework while we waited - lovely staff very patient and I ordered quite a random meal and it was delicious - seaweed chill chicken - chips !!- curry sauce - spring rolls the old big style - Singapore noodles and BBQ spare ribs. Very traditional takeaway - everything was well cooked and really delicious - thoroughly pleased will definitely go back - very reasonable and value for money.

Decided to order from here to give it a try instead of my usual. Arrived on time but for over £20 for a few items it was pretty tasteless and not value for money. Would not recommend it and won't use it again any time soon. There are better in the area.

Very disappointed in the quantity of ingredients and the taste, or rather lack of taste,of our three different dishes. One was even described as a House Specialty! I considered the meal to be very poor value and left me feeling cheated.
