Wow extremely tasty, very good portions and amazing dumplings. Recent move to the area and will definitely have a return visit

We order from Wong Tu every week! We always go ok ribs to start and for me the salt and pepper chicken and fried rice and my partner goes for the sweet and sour pork and noodles! We’ve tried other items on the menu and they’ve always been lovely but these are our must haves! 🤤 staff are also very friendly 👍🏽

This has been my regular takeaway since the first time I had it, everytime I try something else I end up regretting it. Both the chippy and the Chinese food are good, salt and pepper child are the best!

We love the food here. The vermicelli and the ok sauce is lovely . The ribs are nice and they do great salt and pepper chicken

Usually really good quality food however tonight not impressed. Ordered Duck which came dry with minimal meat on the meal. Food is usually warm however tonight not and had to warm food up when it arrived. Disappointed with the order tonight.

Crispy chill beef was really lovely and crispy. Fillet steak was so tender. And the spring rolls in the Crispy Combo were some of the best I've had! Only downside was the ribs in the Combo had almost no meat on them at all.

Delivered early, but arrived a bit cold. Portion sizes very generous. Not keen on the salt an pepper ribs - a bit dry for my taste.

I have tried to place several orders since March 2018. Every single one has been cancelled. Won't waste my time in future.

Had to heat up as was just warm on arrival......ordered steak but wasn’t the greatest fillet of steaks! Sauce was lovely though.

I had the sweet n sour and my girlfriend had fish and chips, way better than the other local takeaways!

This time from Wong tu the food was below par. More or less everything just tasted off. The only thing which was satisfactory was the chips. Curry tasted burnt. Prawn dumplings were not Prawn but Pork. Seaweed was drenched in too much Msg and sugar. Chicken fried rice was very very dry and was more like standard fried rice as it was lacking any thing else in it. A muffin which was hard to touch and stale. The food came on Time but overall I will never return and unfortunately not recommend either.

Amazing soup, mediocre chow mein, gorgeous chicken wings, absolutely disgusting chips, I have seen more appetising road kill! They looked and tasted re-heated from the night before. Overpriced average good. Probably wouldn't bother again.

I was sceptical about trying this establishment because some of the reviews were quite negative but i'm glad i took a chance and ordered! This is the second time i have ordered and i have not been disapointed, first time the order came right on time and everything was hot and fresh, the second time my order was earlier than stated and delivered by a lovely polite driver who addressed me by name which was nice, the food was delicious! I would recomend the combination starter everything was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed the chicken fried rice with curry! I will definitley be ordering again, my new go to chinese!

Now i know what warmed up leftover chips look and taste like, thats what was delivered to us, 3 meals all ruined with yesterdays dried up hard chips. You live and learn, We definatly have

Avoid avoid avoid orderd food they appected then 15mins later send a message saying they was running 20 mins behind waited and waited 2 hours later it turned up tryed phoning but it was just ringing and ringing the deilvery driver didnt even say a thing not even Hello food was cold burnt and didn't taste nice at all most of it whent in the bin then the next day all 3 of us was throwing up and on the loo make your own mind up what you think it was ...... never will i go nere the place again

Will not order from here again after tonight's escapades ridiculous customer service. I've ordered from here a few times and the food has been pretty good but tonight I had a couple of slight problems the spring rolls were freezing and the ribs (supposed to be BBQ with syrup) were dry as a bone no syrup. not what I paid for at all. spoke to someone at Just Eat who tried to get a re order on the two items the takeaway refused saying they make the food as ordered. I didn't order dry ribs and cold spring rolls. was told not getting a redo or refund of any kind from them so Just Eat themselves gave a voucher to compensate. ridiculous that a takeaway will not replace a couple of measly items too keep a regular customer happy. Well you have lost this regular customer now from being pathetic.

Worst takeaway ever!! Ordered at 7:45pm through just eat, the confirmed order quoted expected delivery as 9:05pm, it was actually delivered at 10:05pm...1 hour later than expected and 2 hours 20mins after placing the order (on a Tuesday). At around 9:55pm after leaving a voicemail and numerous attempts to phone (each time going straight to voicemail) I actually drove there to find out what was happening with my order, I was told it was busy and we lived far away which is why it was late. Eventually after refusing to accept an apology I was offered another meal, which I declined, after further discussion and requesting some sort of refund I was given £5 back from my £26 order...suppose this covered my delivery charge and petrol for having travelled there and back at least! However more importantly after seeing the state of the takeaway I could not bring myself to touch the food, my partner and three children said it was disgusting and almost broke their teeth whilst eating it. The food was hard/stale and generally just unpleasant to eat, lesson learnt I will never ever order from there again and I'd advise against anyone else thinking of doing so!

Unfortunately they delivered salt and pepper chicken instead of salt and pepper spare ribs. Just Eat refunded the cost of the ribs.

Special chow mein was disgusting.the prawns were just dried up shrimps ! All the food was dry and burnt !! Had to throw everything away ! Tried 2 request a replacement but was. Denied it. I have been buying my food here for 10 years now. U have just lost a very good customer !! And. All for the cost of a replacement meal !!!!! I,m done with this takeaway !!! Shame !!!

Absolutely disgusted with food quality and customer service phoned when food arrived late 😣 to say forgot prawn crackers and got well cant do anything about it then after id poured sweet and sour sauce over my whole meal i realised it tasted of vinegar rang back and got told that it was because id not received my prawn crackers absolute rubbish i just wanted my food delivered on time and to a standard that anyone would expect there food to be ... needless to say i wont be using them again 😶

Horrendous don't waste your money, go somewhere else. Order was an hour late so took 2 hours from ordering on a Wednesday night so not even prime time. Phoned the shop to be told it was on its way another half an hour later to drive 10mins? i think i was lied to and then the food was inedible and cold. Please do not bother and save your money.

Food was confirmed to arrive at 6.45, at 6.30 this changed to 7pm yet the good arrived at 7.40. The food was hot but dripping in grease.

Disgusting food and service from here, food finally arrived well over two hours from order time. Rang them about 40times during this time and the line said busy or just kept ringing. When the food finally arrived the salt and pepper ribs were rock hard and completely inedible, the crispy combination starter was freezing and the main course we had ordered was disgusting. Everything was thrown away and when I finally managed to make contact with the place the woman told me I could get free prawn crackers next time I order which is completely unacceptable for £25 worth of food in the bin! Never had such bad food and service, will never order from here again!!!! And I fully advise everyone else to avoid at all costs!!!!

I placed an order at 7pm, the delivery time was 8:05 which I already thought was a long time. that time had passed so I tried ringing the restaurant numerous times, which they didn’t answer. My food arrived at half past 8, I appreciate the roads had been bad recently but they are all clear now. will not order from here again.

The seaweed was chewy and I almost broke my teeth on the salt and pepper chips, they were all solid and a dark brown, I also didn’t see a single pepper in there. Clearly don’t care what quality food they give you if it’s less than an hour before they close. Unfortunately I won’t be trying it again and it was a waste of money as I threw half of my meal away. At least the crispy shredded beef was crispy.

Food was delivered 15 mins early and red hot which was good but I spent £22 and didn’t even get any free prawn crackers! let down

The only thing you did right for us was redeliver when we accidentally forgot to change the address on our order! The crispy duck was burnt and dry, the chow mein was disgusting and when my partner rang to say he wanted the dry chow mein you stated the order could not be changed! I think you need to alter your menu accordingly or state more clearly so people know what they are ordering! Needless to say £21 down the drain, we WILL NOT be ordering again....but least the dog enjoyed it eh!!

Meal was spicy with no warning it was going to be. Garlic mushrooms were not described as coming in garlic SAUCE (waste of food and money!) had I of known these facts I would not have ordered from this restaurant. Other food was okay, sad to say but I won't be ordering from again and I think that the menu could do with added descriptions so you know what you are ordering.

When I received my food yesturday late the chicken fu yung was cold and disgusting, chips were hard and cold also the £1.60 extremely small pot of bbq sauce was vile it was that thick I was unable to pour it onto my chips. All round a horrible meal, the best part was a cold can of coke. Won’t be ordering again.

Food was cold when arrived. Prawn crackers were soggy, Prawn toast was thicker than a door blocker, you couldn't tell if it was beef or just batter and the ok sauce was definitely not an ok sauce. Absolutely terrible.

When we ordered the delivery time was 20 mins,5 mins later we recievied an email to say later another 25 mins had been added to our order which usually is'nt a problem i don't mind waiting so long as the food is good. which this sadly was not, our order was the dim sum combination which was cold and swimming in grease,duck with mixed veg which was fat swimming in grease with spring onion. Then the special chow mein which would best be described as worst dog food absolutely abismal never again

it’s hard to find agood Chinese around here but this place has got it right! everything was delicious and they give generous size portions. all hot and fresh and ready for collection time! highly recommended

driver turned u with my order on a cardboard tray the food was in containers but not wrapped meaning the food was cold and needed warming up the steamed beef dumplings were awful all pastry which was tough and inedible the beef in the curry was tough as old boots ended u in the bin with the dumplings the only nice things that were edible was the samosa's wont be ordering from here again

Restaurant added an extra 25 mins on to delivery It took nearly 2 hours and by the time it was delivered it was near enough stone cold. I paid for a donner kebab on naan and they chucked 2 pitta breads in and the chips tasted stale, I will never ever buy food from this restaurant again
