Wong Sing in Denbighshire

I went here with my wife as we moved to the area recently from liverpool, and this chinese seemed to be good but what happnes in the back is disgraceful, the lady at the till serving us was speaking chinese or something and I couldnt understand here so i said can you speak english please, and i didnt mean it in a racist way i just wnated to order some food, and anyways then she got mad and shouted, then went in the back got us our food but when we were waiting for out food to be cooked we saw this bald chinese man mid 40’s spitting in out food, but it was like snotty spit as he was getting phlem from his nose and spitting it in, then when she was giving it us we said, were not eating that your chef just spat in it, and she replied no he didnt and we said well we dont want it and she said no refunds and pointed to a no refund piece of paper, this is the worst experience ive ever had with a chinese DO NOT COME HERE!

I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN, the curry was like diarrhoea, looked and tasted, I also found 8 long black stands of hair in the food, food took 1 hour to be served to me, the customer service was awful too, also the lady is a robber, she told me that the meals i ordered (chicken curry, egg fried rice, salt and pepper chicken wings) was gonna be a total of £18 so I gave her a £20 note and she didnt give me any change, when i told her about it she said “what are you on about” and just nicked my money. Absolutely devastated at this chinese, worst experience ever. Never coming back, recommend going to the laughing Buddha instead.

Waited almost an hour in there for food. The food was ok for myself but my Daughter had a few hairs in her meal and they weren't hers The place needs a good deep clean

Pretty good food besides that I found 2 long strands of black hair in the food, which wasn't very good. It was very filling though. I've never had a problem with Wong Sing House before so I would recommend coming here. They just need to fix the problem of hair being in the food. (Maybe wear a hair net or something)

I ordered from here and i found 24 pubes in my chicken, absolutely disgusting did not enjoy it at all dint even bother eating it after what i saw

Ordered tonight for the first time in a while and the food was spot on. I didn’t phone ahead and the wait time was only about 10-15mins max. We ordered salt and pepper chicken, beef in black pepper sauce, egg fried rice, noodles and salt and pepper chips, curry sauce and sweet and sour sauce. All the food was delicious, fresh, plentiful and piping hot even after driving back to Prestatyn! Will definitely be returning soon 😊

We visit Rhyl every other year with our neighbors for a romantic break . We normally have fishes and chips but last time we came I decided that we should try something exotic (food,not activities). After reading the reviews about this place and how many people had found hair in their food,I had to give it a shot. We ordered 12 different meals between the 4 of us,some meat,some not and some unrecognisable to me. The lady on the telephone sounded very authentic and put her heart into taking the order in a prompt and seductive manner. I was told that the order would be ready to pick up in 35 days (minutes!) ,so I had time to get some clothes on and go find the restaurant. I was greeted with such enthusiasm and desolation that I almost forgot that I was still wearing my mask…. Back at our room,the 4 of us disrobed and laid all of the food on a gigantic wooden tray and tucked in. There was an awful lot of slurping and burping as we devoured our food (as we had our hands behind our backs and blindfolds on). The meal was an absolute triumph and our little bellies were completely full (and completely covered in soy sauce and crispy seaweed). Sadly however,we didn’t find a single hair in our feast,maybe the chef had no more to give. My fortune cookie said “you will experience a new sensation “ I wondered what that could possibly mean but I didn’t have to wait long to find out …Marvin’s wife enlightened me. We will be back as we had such a beautiful evening eating authentic Dutch food. Very well done.

Hello, today i went here and i ordered food. But i came home with white hair in my food! yes you heard that right, i found white hair in my food and i was frustrated! so i went back and they said uh you can not refund beycuh you already ate sum, and i was like sum ting wong? and i went home.

Have been coming here for years but will never visit again. Ordered salt and pepper chips and chicken wings, chips were reheated and tasted like cardboard,didn’t have any flavour. Chicken wings were just as bland and were black on the inside.would rather eat dog sh1t.

Ordered a takeout, what a mistake! Chips were warm ups, Chinese tasteless and watery, and found hair also. This is by far the worst takeaway I have ever used and will never go back. Only gave one star because it won't let you give none! Woman serving had no customer service whatsoever! Save your money and go anywhere but here!!!

I ordered a takeout and once dishing out of the takeout tubs I found long black hairs in it 5 to be exact! After making a complaint I was asked to go back and I would be given a refund even though I told her I threw it in the bin, to which she said no worries come for refund. Once arrived I was told as I didn't have the food to prove it no refund! I have been told by two work colleagues they have also experienced the same here! No hats worn in kitchen! Disgusting! Word of mouth spreads faster so many customers will be going elsewhere!Eat here if you fancy flossing whilst eating!!!

Really nice food, i'm pescatarian and find lots of choices here. My favourite is the prawn curry. The staff are always smiling and friendly.

Usually good but today food was late, they mixed up the orders and took 45 minutes to cook and found a hair in my food

My wife ordered a Chinese takeaway from Wong Sing in Rhyl after reading good/excellent reviews on here, but everything was fairly average overall. Walking in to the place we felt like we’d returned to the ‘80’s! The menus, decor, layout, everything was a blast from the past and looked quite grubby. I requested a hot chicken curry but it was bland and lacking in chilli. The black bean sauce was quite tasty but thin & watery. The fried rice was stodgy, contained far too much soy sauce and was excessively salty as a result; and the chicken chow mein was bland and greasy. One positive note though: the chips were of a standard Chinese takeaway variety ie well cooked, crispy and plentiful. Would we return? To be honest, probably not.

Clean takeaway, friendly staff, very popular, they make the best chippy chips and good sized portions.

Always nice food,can't fault it one bit.tried most things on the menu and always fresh and tasty.visit at least once a month

Have had Chinese meals from most takeaways in the area but this one beats the rest hands down,how do they do it for the price,just superb.

Always love the food here and staff are always so friendly and helpful! My favourite place to get a takeaway, sometimes a bit of a wait but when the foods as good as it is then you don't mind waiting

Lovely food, friendly service. Nothing is too much ttouble for them, they go the extra yard to help every time. Particularly recommended is the beef with tomatoes and the salt & pepper chicken. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

This is a great local Chinese Takeaway. Very clean and meals cooked very well. Very popular, the Staff are pleasant to deal with and telephone orders dealt with efficiently.

Cannot beat this place for the chips they are the best! I've not really tried any other food other than the chips and sausage because I never want to change its that nice :)

Si quieres una realmente sabrosa comida para llevar bien cocinado, entonces este es el lugar para ir. Todas las comidas que he tenido aquí han sido A1. sólo tienes que ver cómo ocupado el lugar es para darse cuenta de lo bueno que es. que terminan haciendo fila fuera de la puerta la mayoría del tiempo. El curry tailandés es imprescindible para probar.
