I ordered last week hardly any sauce..... I ordered this week an instead of giving me Teriyaki sauce with soy they got confused and just give me soy sauce noodles ...

last week couldn't praise them enough - this week ordered at 5.30 for 6.30 delivery arrived at 8.

I ordered vegetarian noodles and after eating the top layer I found pieces of gray coloured meat threaded throughout the remaining noodles. I've been vegetarian for 20 years and i trusted this establishment but they let me down in the worst way. Thoroughly disgusting and traumatising. Vegetarians beware.

Normally a really good choice, the noodles and veg tasted charred, so instead of the normally tasty spicy curry it just tasted like i'd been licking a piece of coal

It’s my go to noodle place! I’ve tried them all and none are as good as this 👏🏼 Vermicelli noodles in their famous satay sauce with beef, cashews and chilli is my usual and it never disappoints. Highly recommend to anyone who fancies a healthy feel, good portion meal for great price

so I have ordered from here before ...tonight the meals were literally just full of noodles. zero beef (3 slices) and zero prawns (4 off them) so disappointed. so won't be order8ng again minus 5 *

Arrived at my door late with someone else’s order for 4 people. Told me to just take it and see what I like out of it. Not my order. Meaning someone else isnt getting theirs either. Then left. Told me to ring the restaurant which was shut by this time due to the late delivery . No food and out of pocket! Very poor service

Ordered food for the whole family on a Saturday night and the delivery driver stole the order and didn’t get any communication. Was left 2 hours waiting. Awful service

Absolutely outrageous So basically I was there ordering then I have a mosquito on the noodles then I told him to saying there is a mosquito on the noodle as soon the guy turned his face to it the mosquito flew after that the guy got frustrated I told him it was there any he kept saying where is the mosquito claim there are clean. While I was waiting for my food the mosquito's came back 😂 I tried to show him the picture he refused😂

Only down side is being charged for every item individually ie chicken = extra, veg = extra etc

From ordering, to it being delivered at my door by push bike was only about 20 minutes. Food was absolutely spectacular! Best noodle box I’ve ever had, so hot, fresh and just enough amount of chilli. Meat tender and vegetables fresh. Cannot wait to have this again!

Absolutely unacceptable...!!! After being greeted by a really nice member of staff who was very clued up on what was and wasn't vegan, she helped me decide on a meal, taking extra time to talk me through what was and wasn't vegan, bithe the base and toppings including sauces. This left me very assured that my dietary requirements would be met so felt no need to monitor the kitchen as I'd usually do when eating in non vegan establishments. So it was horrifying to find egg in my meal when half way through dining...!! I took the meal back with what appeared to be egg and asked for clarification as it could have easily been the tofu I'd added, only for it to be confirmed. The same girl that had served me originally confessed quickly and offered to make the meal again (without the eggs), which she did, and appeared to bee extremely sincerely in apologising once again. The fact is that this should not be allowed to happen, and that systems and processes should be in place to prohibit this... And while I am extremely understanding and accepting that accidents in life do happen and that as for me this is a moral and lifestyle choice, for others it is not and an allergy could prove fatal. The processes need work..!! That said the food was good, just disappointed and confused as to how this happened, especially after the warm welcome and clear understanding expressed..😔

By far the best noodles I've had, and I've been to over 10 different noodle places, miles better than wagamama also, I also love how a "Subway" alike approach is used when ordering, choose noodles, then toppings then sauce, 10/10 from me!

For 14 pounds (+delivery and service charge) the amount of one portion of soft noodle is way too small and also it was terribly salty. Not eatable.

Best place for noodles. you won't be disappointed ordering from here!

For £2.55 for the meat I expected more than two small pieces of chicken and I didn’t receive the veg that I paid EXTRA to have added. Absolutely disgusting for what they charge, egg was burnt and horrible too

I have put a note for the delivery person "I have broken my legs and can't move much/fast. Could you please leave the order inside the house. The door will be unlocked. thank you." And they did not read it. I had to struggle to take my order in.

Very friendly, happy staff. Great variety of ingredients. Food is very quickly and well cooked. The duck I had was very tender and everything was well coated in the 'Kuala Lumpur' signature satay sauce. Very good portion size and wooden utensils provided.

The food wasn't great tonight. Both meals just smelt and tasted burnt.

ordered last night and was great, so went again today ordered 3 dishes- the Noodles with Pork (teriyaki) had a very strong burnt smell and taste to them. unedible unfortunately. the chicken and noodles and Great and the other pork and noodles was good too. just let down by the burnt ones.

Food was amazing. Order for a 13:35 delivery time. Arrived at 13:45. Not crazy late but would have been nice if it was at the time specified.

Order wrong couldn’t eat it because it was noodles and I asked for jasmine rice I got somebody else’s order

A little disappointed this time as the food was over cooked /burnt in places and the flavour was spoiled unfortunately. Such a shame as we’ve always enjoyed the food from here before.

Nice noodles, dry chicken and crunchy prawns. Not enough sauce sadly. Delivery was delayed and delayed with no tracking. Shame as delivery driver was lovely x

Food tasted amazing as always however, not many extras for the price we paid. No cashew nuts and i had 1 piece of pineapple and 2 broccolis. Driver also rude - hung up whilst i was still talking to him trying to navigate him to our building.

The satay sauce was burnt and my Mrs physically couldn’t eat it, the pork was dry and cold
