I cannot fault the service or quality and quantity of the food. Ordered by telephone arrived within the 30 minutes specified. More food than required and received free spring rolls and prawn crackers. Excellent value and food exceptional. Thank you

Absolutely the best Chinese ive been to Being a vegetarian it’s always hard to find a good one Usually just throw a-load of bean spouts and cabbage in and have done Not these , their dishes are very colourful , lots or variety in them and lots of vegetarian options All the dishes are so hot and fresh when they arrive I Wouldn’t use anybody else

Food was tasteless and not even edible. It’s a shame really because we heard some good reviews from friends and family. Wont be returning here ever what a waste of money.

Been trying to find a decent Chinese since I moved here 18 months ago and finally found it! Friendly welcome and was explained certain dishes to make sure it was what we liked. Ordered a munch box, ribs, 2 chicken dishes and only came to £50. Definitely recommend, good food and hot!

Order from here regularly at home and work. Delivery is always in good time. Staff always friendly and happy to accommodate requests. The food...well best I've tried around here and I've tried alot. Ribs are amazing and lots of meat on them. Love the Singapore vermicelli which they make extra spicy for me. And the hot and sour soup is perfect

By far the best Chinese in Warrington, it's that good I'll refuse to get a Chinese if it isn't from here. They even made our chow mein spicy per our request 👌

Worst takeaway I have ever eaten got it last night and the next morning I was throwing up everywhere got food poisoning from here will never been ordering again rang them up and demanded my money back and said no to report them to food hygiene so have done absolutely disgusting 🤮 🤢

I used to love this place. But the past 3 times instructions not followed for dietary requirements. Wrong items sent. Tried to rectify once and got it wrong for the 2nd time in one night. Its turned into a lucky dip of what youre actually going to get. Tonight's meal wrong again so I give up and find somewhere else.

By far the best Chinese takeaway in Warrington. The food is cooked to a far higher standard than anywhere else I have been previously. Their vast options include some great vegetarian and vegan options too which are great. I highly recommend the tofu and mock duck. The gentleman on the phone taking delivery orders is lovely and always gets our order perfect. Delivery has always been quicker than expected too.

Absolutely within doubt the best Chinese takeaway in my opinion. The most consistent over a number of years now, food always delivered quickly, great flavours and will be using them in the future, would highly recommend.

Came in yesterday with my little girl, the guy was very welcoming, happy and talkative. He even offered to carry the food out to my car as I had my baby with me ( and there was a lot to carry ). I’d definitely order from here again as food was amazing anyway but the customer service is spot on 👏

Ordered a salt and pepper box and found 2 big black hairs in the chicken curry never ordering from their again disgusting, joke of a place.

We absolutely love this place - as vegetarians it’s difficult to find a good Chinese, but NHH get it right every time. Mock duck pancakes, mock duck in a selection of great sauces, great tofu. The guy on the phone who takes our order is really kind and helpful and always swaps out the prawn crackers for spring rolls too. Easily 5*!

This is and has been our go to for Chinese takeaway for over a year and it never disappoints, delivery time is also fast! We’re just disappointed that they’ve gone off just-eat :(

Had the £10.90 box meal, Chips were cooked well needed more seasoning, popcorn chicken was nice cooked well, rolls well to much roll not enough soul,(needed more filling) but cooked well, Chicken fried rice was on point, overall I'd give a good 7/10, friendly staff clean premises, worth a visit.

First time order after being recommended to try them. Food delicious, hot and delivered earlier than expected even received free spring rolls. Will definitely be my takeaway of choice from now on.

Long standing customer here, but not any more, ordered my usual without chilli, it arrived full of chilli's, rang to complain, they sent another one full of chili's, ridiculous, stupid mistake, won't be back

Recently found this little gem. I'm quite fussy with take outs and always have an issue with one thing or another, which is why I don't use them much. This place is an exception, this is my fifth night of ordering and everything is just perfect. The delivery is quick, the driver is friendly and the food quality is very high.

Tried New Happy House twice now (in one week!) and both times the food has been delicious. We’ve really struggled to find a local Chinese takeaway that is decent, so when we saw this one recommended on Facebook we decided to give it a try. It’s now definitely our go-to takeaway. We tried the BBQ spare ribs, sweet and sour chicken, beef in black bean, and fried rice. Our plates were cleared. Really tasty!

The worst Chinese I’ve had in a long time, salt and pepper combination box straight in the bin, frozen chips, chicken balls chewy, won’t be returning. No idea how it has decent reviews on just eat and google.

Ordered after 6pm , was told food would be approx an hour , food arrived well before that & it was amazing & piping hot … will definitely order from here again

Chow mein is really great I've been there 3 times now. They let me wash and bring back my plastic container each time, (global warming etc)others could also do that too. Friendly staff

This takeaway produces excellent food. Have used around 5 times and have never had a sub standard meal. However, they lose a star for their abysmal delivery service, which, whilst on time, has never been socially distanced. We will only ever collect food from here until the virus crisis subsides substantially.

First time ordering. More expensive than my usual which is fine...however. you receive half the portion to any other take away as the noodles/rice are within the same box. If you are going to provide half the portion size, then you should also charge half the price? So for £15, I recieved 3 pieces of chicken, with no sauce as the rice had soaked it up. Oh, I found 2 hairs as well. Unfortunately won't be using again.
