Wok This Way in Belfast

Called a number of times to find it consistently of a very good standard.Good specials and fast service but worth a visit for its excellent fried rice,best in Belfast and further afield.!!!

Highly recommend. The vegan box that they do is really tasty and could feed 3 people. Love going here for a treat.

After trying Wok This Way again due to new management our first meal was great, so ordered again unfortunately with mistakes in our order. Our meal was replaced without any issues. Today for new years day we ordered a delivery of a wet chow mein, duck spring rolls with hosin sauce Our food arrived, dry chow mein, duck spring rolls came with sweet chilli. I am absolutely disgusted at how they dealt with the complaint. No appology Girl on the phone said she had told the owners it was a wet chow mein and asked did I want to bring it back, I asked for a replacement meal like the last time there was a mistake. I recieved a call back that the owner refused to replace our meal and that we would have to being the food back if we wanted a refund! I would not have paid for delivery if I was able to drive down and I am shocked at the refusal of a replacement or refund Disappointed that after new management took over they would lack decent customer service. If they did not do wet chow mein this should have been explained on the phone and I would have ordered something else. Now we have to reorder at another resturant I will not be ordering here again. Shocking attitude and service.

Avoid at all costs. They fact they had to call back 3 times to attempt to get the correct order should have been a red flag. The food was mostly terrible. Beef in black bean inedible. BBQ ribs just bone. Kung Po chicken disgusting and the worst Singapore Chow Mein I've ever eaten. Far better options close by

Possibly the worst Chinese ive ever tasted. I spent £18 pounds on a few different dishes and most of it went in the bin. Counter staff not the friendliest either and have the card reader hid behind the counter so that you will be tricked into paying cash. Avoid!!!!

Good tasty food, always quick delivery and drivers all nice. They throw in extra bits with big orders which is a really nice touch - not many others do this. Recommend for sure

Food quality and value is second to none. Staff always friendly, as well as delivery drivers. Cannot rate it highly enough.
