Wok Inn in Birmingham

Been ordering from here for past 3 years, wouldn’t go anywhere else, little disappointed we don’t get free prawn crackers with orders over a certain price

Hi sorry to say I won't be ordering again the worst one I've had tonight it's gone in the bin salty and stone cold horrible

The worst tasting Chinese food I’ve ever had. Ever. Rice had lots of hard bits in, chow mien tasted like salt, rest of the food was bland other than the sweet and sour chicken balls which were great. Delivery driver was very friendly and food was delivered quickly but will not be ordering again unfortunately

My regular Chinese take away spot for 3 years and counting. Great food!

1 star bc we can't give no stars! Salt chilli chicken was microwaved, the order was almost £50 and arrived in 20 minutes...chicken chow mein, yung chow fried rice was very bland, everything was dry and the garlic butter chicken wings again were microwaved, bbq ribs were swimming in sauce, the dim sum combination rib were awful...the only good thing here was the can of tango but that wasn't even cold! Very very disappointing to be honest.

Very disappointed with how bland and watery the chicken curry was to be honest, we got recommended through a friend so i was expecting very good things...if it wasn't for the chillis there would be no flavour. Sorry will not be returning.... Very nice lady behind the counter though.

Ordered from a few different restaurants and I can honestly the food from here is the absolute best. Definitely be ordering from here from now on! Was delivered in good time, food was fresh and hot! Thank you for an absolutely delicious meal!!

Iam very disappointed as we have been regular customers with you prior to lockdown and spent thousands of pounds over 20+ years, and do no longer offer free complementrys on orders..i.e. prawn crackers which i know cost pennies!, so unfortunately us and many others have chosen to go else where,...what a shame wok inn, you will loose many customer's over this on principle. Greed results in downfall.

Have takeaway every other Saturday from here for about 5 years. Fab service and really nice food. Done their best to work through Covid restrictions and your not allowed inside shop currently but order on phone and they come to door with food. Great service. X

ordered for delivery i live 1.5 miles away. delivery charge was nearly £7 so opted for collection! was waiting ready so food was just cooked and when we got home with it within approx 5 mins it was stone cold! beef and mushroom curry was small only 3 slices of mushroom! and didnt taste great mushrooms tasted like dish soap shocking!! fried rice was bland but cold and ediable just about crispy salt and pepper wings was red no batter and not crispy and worst of all they was off!! completly off! 1 bite had to spit out and the bbq ribs was the best thing but only 2 and a tiney rib. was not value for money food was vile and i would never order again and it is rather expensive too a big avoid from me

Tried Wok Inn for the first time tonight by fluke as it’s local to where me and my boyf live. So glad we did! Food and customer service is outstanding even with the current situation we did a collection from outside as we cannot go inide the shop and paid by cash, the service we received from the lady (sorry didn’t catch your name) was brilliant! The food was piping hot and super tasty and they have a wide selection of foods on the menu! This will now be our new favourite take out! Thank you so much for everything and I hope you and your family continue to stay safe! 💗

Super fast delivery, friendly drivers, friendly owners and tasty food. We have ordered from this shop for years and even though we get told delivery can take up to 30 mins or so, most of the times food gets to us withing 15 mins. Good quality and warm as it arrives. Can not recommend enough.

Rubbish said half hour two hours later Liars avoid avoid avoid avoid. Please tell the truth you forgot your never delivered, but you tried to tell me it was delivered then you realised you forgot tried to tell me you delivered to wrong address, when you told us where we lived. I wish you would have said we forgotten we’re sorry be there in another half hour much more believable I would have accepted as we all make mistakes but you thought you’d lie ridiculous.

I've been silly enough not to eat here more often . This is really good food . Always tastes fresh and clean . The staff are lovely and polite . Can not emphasise enough how nice it is . Also been able to work inside the property as an engineer . Kitchen is spotless . Perry.

After placing an order this evening and being told it would be 45mins for delivery an hour later still no delivery. On calling them back they said it was next to be delivered and would be there in 10mins (even though I could hear them say it hadnt even been done yet) a total of 90mins later it arrived...the chicken was undercooked and inedible, the rice was cold and clumpy and the chips and spring rolls were cold too. Should have just put my £20 on the fire instead!

Lovely food ,portions could be a bit bigger and just a little bit of advice don't spoil your lovely food by using the day before salad as salad should always have a little crunch to it which my salad didn't have no crunch at all to it ....but all in all lovely food 😊
