Wok Cuisine in North Lanarkshire

Got a chicken curry, fried rice and salt and chilli chips. The curry and rice was completely tasteless (honestly like eating unflavoured food) the salt and chilli chips were basically burnt chips with half a tub of salt. Phoned to complain and the person who was supposedly the manager pretended not to hear me and understand me and just kept saying ok ok?! Avoid like the plague! Don’t waste your money. Unless you like tasteless food and unhelpful management.

Order didn’t arrive anywhere near deliver time, an hour after order I asked where it was, no idea, it’s busy, it will be there at some point. Gave one star for offering a cancellation. The restaurant agreed it would be cold whenever it/if it arrives but it could be anytime.

Este fue fácilmente el mejor restaurante chino para llevar en el área, pero parece estar bajo una nueva administración y los estándares han bajado un poco, pero siguen siendo buenos en lugar de muy buenos. No estoy seguro de que haya mejores en el área, pero podría probar algunos otros.

Gran selección, excelente comida muy bien preparada y servicio rápido. Esta es una comida para llevar que solíamos usar, pero no por un tiempo fue una recomendación de uno de mis hijos y no nos decepcionó. Los nuevos propietarios pueden haber ayudado. Muy recomendable.

Le pedí a mi compañero que trajera a casa un plato de plato de fideos o algo sabroso. Ella llamó a la cistina wok. Y traí el pollo casero, arroz frito y fideos de pollo frito. Abrí las bandejas de papel de aluminio y me saludó un pollo muy oscuro sobre cocinado y me refiero bien cocinado, se veía terrible y el arroz y los fideos no eran comestibles. Esto solía ser un gran lugar para la comida. Nuevos dueños que estaban lejos. Los cocineros en la parte de atrás no hablan nada de inglés, muy probablemente ilegales. Teléfono para quejarse se encogió corto. Los propietarios de distancia, etc. . Otra estafa

Got a chicken chow main out of here, asked for breast of chicken and got scraps of chicken. I then found a bone in the meal and called to complain. They were initially refusing to refund me and wanted me to take the meal out of the bin and put it all back in containers and take it back. I told them I would call food standards agency about them as they refused to refund me and eventually they agreed to refund me after speaking to 3 apparent bosses! Will never eat out of here again. Horrible customer service and disgusting food.

This was my favourite takeaway for 20 years. I am sure that ownership must’ve changed as it’s now just a run of the mill Chinese takeaway that is now more a miss than a hit. Does anyone know if ownership has changed?

We have used this restaurant for many years but over the last months the quality of the food has become poor. Because of this we stopped ordering from here until tonight when I ordered a chicken and pineapple. This was by far the poorest Chinese take-away meal we have ever experienced. I doubt we'll be ordering from here again.

I always ordered from here but had a bad meal Thursday night that bad I was sick for an hour disgusting.can only think it's a new chef as before it was fine

This used to be a very good take away.however, the last few times we have ordered here the unlit has decreased progressively.

Love the chicken green peppers/ black bean sauce....noodles are the best... In Lanarkshire.. Without a shadow of a doubt the best Chinese about.

Horrible when trying to order over the phone, staff arrogant and aloof. pricey for a take away and seem to change Chef on a regular basis as no consistency in flavor or texture. When good great but way too many less than average experiences to visit again.

Recently moved to the area and thought I'd try out the local Chinese takeaway. Very mediocre curry - pretty tasteless to be honest! Salt and chilli chicken balls were good though. Very surprised that it's cash only in this day and age of POS digital technology. Will try the other local take away across the road next time

Good standard of takeaway food. Always consistently tasty meals, suiting whole family. Prices are a little more expensive than other similar takeaways around but, in our opinion, worth the difference. Love, love, love the freebies while you wait for orders. Staff always seem pleasant and hard working, but deliveries are usually a pretty long wait. Especially usual peak times (to be expected I suppose due to its popularity).

Love wok cuisines food .They do it to your requirement.Im very fussy where I eat from and would definitely recommend.lovely clean take away always busy and friendly staff

Service with a smile, always free samples in baskets to taste whilst waiting, has become a bit pricey but you pay for what you get & the Chiefs speciality of Salt n Chilli Chicken is the best you will get anywhere.Only had 1 takeaway a few years ago that arrived cold & we where sent a £15 discount on next order.1st class service & DEFO be back, prob very soon.

Used to be a regular visitor here but now very expensive and portions reduced. Quality of some dishes has reduced.

Been here a few times for take-aways. We've always been happy with the food. They have put up their prices, but it's still ok, price-wise. If it was'nt for that, and the service WITHOUT a smile. It would have achieved 5 stars!!

I would not recommend this take away as the woman who owns it, along with her husband are a pair of hot headed rockets! Food good but do not attempt to complain if they give you the wrong dish as they go loopy, screaming and...

Ordered by phone for collection. On arrival the food was just sitting on the shelf, not in any way attempting to keep it warm. They then advise... No card payments... Great when you don't have any cash with you.Food was average at best. Won't rush back.

This is our local carry out and without doubt it is the best I have ever used. The staff are friendly and polite whether you use pick up or delivery. Delivery is always prompt and the food is always piping hot. Menu is varied and the food quality is excellent. The kitchen is spotlessly clean and is on view while you wait. There is always a fresh selection of tasters on the counter to enjoy while you wait for your order. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
