By all the great reviews, I was honestly expecting an amazing sandwich, which is why we stopped. There was also a long line out the door, which seemed like a great sign for good food. The person make the sandwiches was incredibly kind and was handling everything herself. We ordered 4 softies (sandwiches) and they were honestly pretty average. I guess I was just expecting more from all of the great reviews. I will say this, though, it was a pretty cheap meal...and that always works for our family.

My husband loves the square sausage when we visit Scotland, so we called here for a sandwich this morning. The sandwich and my coffee were ready within minutes and were really tasty and great value. It's very popular with locals. We'll definitely call again.

Went in got rushed to pick a sandwich didn’t get to chose the bread. Asked for a gammon sandwich with salad got given one slice of gammon and no salad. Kept rushing us, Didn’t feel welcome at all

I popped in to this place with with a few family members for a bite to eat after our cruise round Loch Lomond. Just fancied a quick bight. Considering the area is a tourist spot they were not very inviting. From the moment we arrived myself and my family felt rushed to order something, I feel the customer service needs to be worked on, as we were not made very welcome. The bread did not taste very fresh, maybe even frozen? The place does have potential to be something better, I do hope they manage to resolve these issues.

The young lady working the counter today was extremely pleasant. She always is. It's always nice to be served by her.

We popped in to get a cup of coffee to take away, but the place was so clean, well organised and the smells coming from the food offerings were so good that we were tempted to buy a couple of rolls too. My wife had hers filled with tuna and mine was filled with a typically Scottish square sausage. Both were prepared immediately, so were fresh and. The two servers were extremely friendly and accommodating, so we promised to return.

Quick & friendly service, lovely food with a varied menu (rolls, baguettes, soup, hot rolls, cakes, icecream). Sandwiches etc are made to order. Prices are also good & portions are generous. From a covid point of view - it is a small place with a narrow waiting / serving area so there is a requirement to wait outside with maximum of 3 people inside. Screens have also been fitted.

We popped in here for a breakfast roll before going on loch river cruise. Staff were friendly. That food was tasty and not too expensive. We liked it so much we went three times even though we were staying a few miles away.

We live locally and popped in to grab a sandwich, instead of the coop. Good for a quick lunch on the go around the park, lovely friendly staff.

Plenty of places to choose from in Ballich but we chose here because of the selection - home made soup and filled rolls. Staff were friendly and the soup was delicious. Rolls were tasty too. Prices were great.

Popped in for 2 cheese salad rolls and was greeted with the dooorest face i have seen for years ! The rolls were absolutely taste free of cheese infact it looked like the cheese had been sitting there for weeks... the taste was disgusting !! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE !!!

Nah. 3 times in a row with negative experience. Staff really slow. Really slow!! Prefer to chat to their friends than serve and even got the single item order wrong this time. Pants!

Went here today for some snacks, staff have no manners no please or thank you hope this feed back may help with customer service skills as manners cost nothing and the soup was disgusting.

While in Balloch we decided to get a quick ice cream cone, and stopped by. Even though they were closing for the day, they invited us in and got us some cones. The ice cream was fantastic and the service was great.

Ir aquí regularmente para bollos como soy local, una buena selección de opciones para relleno, así como otras cosas. A mi hija le encanta el helado de aquí, y las chicas detrás del mostrador son siempre muy amable.Además, petición especial, me parece recordar cuando era más joven había una vez el helado de frutas del bosque detrás del mostrador, único lugar que se vendió fue aquí, me gustaría verlo de nuevo.

As it was a lovely day decided to have a take away and dine al fresco hubby had pie and coffee both fine I had a cheese ham panini and soft drink very tasty and reasonable prices served by friendly girl , next day went in for a whippy ice cream yum yum

Great wee place for a roll of your choice! Quick, cheap and chirpy! Can't fault it! The staff is also really nice. Grab some morning rolls for your hangover or some for your picnic in the park!

Mis padres y yo estábamos en un viaje de improvisto monómero a las orillas para el mercado de agricultores y decidimos tomar un picnic con nosotros. Luego se requiere el acompañamiento de café. Por suerte (al ser domingo) este pequeño lugar estaba abierto. También tuvimos que probar una porción de caldo/sopa los chefs que era delicioso! lentejas ! ! ! El café también era el mejor taza que he tenido en mucho tiempo. El contador de ensalada fresca también muy atractiva, y la calidad de este lugar es impresionante, teniendo en cuenta los precios muy baratos! En mi opinión es una joya en el pueblo y volveremos!

Het was een druk bank holiday weekend, maar desondanks meer dan genoeg plaats bij de diverse restaurant. Beperkte eet kaart met echt pub food voor een heel redelijke prijs van 10 £ per gerecht. De gamon steak en vegatarsche lasagna waren goed. Wel apart dat de keuken al om 19:45 dicht ging !

Very friendly and busy. Good quality hot and cold roll made to order. Because it is made to order you may have to wait ten minutes but the staff are very pleasant. The soup is a great winter warmer.

Staff always happy to serve,now have the added bonus of a different hot food special Monday-Friday.They also now are available for outside catering events.
