Wishbone in County Durham

I have now been to Wishbone a few times and I have never been disappointed. The atmosphere, drinks and starters are all individually incredible and come together to create the perfect segway into the best chicken you can find in Durham. For a very reasonable price, get ready to have your mind blown. Incredible flavours and unique combinations… my personal favourite is the Sichuan pepper wing. I cannot recommend it enough, and even better - you can order alongside all the phenomenal food found in Barrio Comida, above!

Booked here for a large table of 11 friends on the 16/11 and it was perfect!! Vibes in the restaurant were good, and the staff were very attentive and polite and made sure all of our needs were met with a smile. Food and portion sizes were spot on too, I had the 12 pc. K Pop wings and they have to be one of the best things I've ever tasted. My vegetarian/vegan friends were also pleased with their food and the variety offered. I don't drink personally, but my friends said the cocktails were fab too, and a great price with our student discount. Overall thank you for making my birthday celebration so special! :)

Came in to Durham with my friends to celebrate birthday, we were planning on having some tacos in our favourite Mexican place Barrio Comida but found out they’ve recently opened a new fried Chicken restaurant in the downstairs baseman’s so decided to try it out! Absolutely amazing atmosphere and chicken sandwiches and wings were to die for! best chicken I’ve had no doubt. Highly recommend K pop burger and Pok Pok 🤤
