In a world where customer service seems a bit last century, Winslow kebab went above and beyond! An error with the order was rectified so swiftly, with a smile and no quibble. The food was delicious, hot and plentiful. Well cooked and fresh. Lucky we have such a great a local takeaway that delivers!

As always our shish kebab and chefs special were brilliant. So much food, flavours spot on and hot hot hot. I have moved to another town but this is still the best in the area

Mid evening August Saturday we’d not bothered to sort supper so we came over here, parked around the back, noticed the very pleasant park with benches and trees so decided to eat there. WKH&P had no great queue but steady trade and constant deliveries. We had a large donner kebab and a chicken sish kebab both with salad and totalling £18. Friendly staff and quick service. We took them round too the park bench tables, both were tasty and ample. No complaints.

i live in winslow and have been coming here for a long time, this place is amazing... high quality pizzas and the rest of their menu is amazing. would recommend to anyone.

This is the definition of "ok in a pinch but really not great". There are FAR better kebab places around. The doner kebab was fine, but a bit dry. Texture and flavour were ok. It almost tasted low-fat though - really not what you want in a doner :-). The lamb shish was barely seasoned, let alone marinaded or rubbed with any spices. I know we're British, but a bit of salt and spice really doesn't hurt us. (Weirdly, the red cabbage was TOO salty. Perhaps the salt intended for the lamb all got put in the cabbage? IDK.) The portions are surprisingly small given the slightly eye-watering prices. When they say "small lamb shish", they mean "a child's meal". The worst part was that they offer a "naan". Tripadvisors, this is not the naan you were hoping for. It's an extra-stodgy pitta. Absolutely no tandoor ovens or delicious ghee were involved in the making of this mis-named travesty. They slap dough on a grill. NOT. A. NAAN.

AVOID AT ALL COST! We got a garlic bread and it was mouldly. Unfortunately, we noticed it on the last piece. Who knew if the other pieces we have eaten also contained mould.

Food is always so so good - guaranteed every time. Reasonable prices and friendly service. The Chef’s Special kebab is out of this world. Highly recommend

When you order a kebab meat, chips and cheese, there are three things you expect. These three things are meat, chips and cheese. When you only receive chips and cheese it is slightly underwhelming. I did very much enjoy the sauce with the cheese and chips. At the price of £9.50 i would have very much appreciated the doner meat as well

This place so far has never disappointed keep up the great work The burgers kebabs and pizzas all great value.

Treble service waited 2.45 minutes for an order , rang four times , each time (really sorry be there soon! ) Discussing good treble service , uneatable, when you order at 7pm Turns up at 11 pm , when you have to be up for work at 6! You order because you don’t want to cook , home from work late etc .. I could have cooked a three corse meal In the time it took to get 4 miles down the road !! Food rotten ! Cold ! £££ in the bin !!! Won’t use again ! If you read this don’t order your will regret it !!!! Have toast ! Cheaper , quicker , and more edible !

Usually have a kebab delivered from here but decided to try their pizzas. They were bloody lovely. Myself and hubby both thought they were better than Domino's!! The kids had their usual of doner kebab and doner meat and chips and both of theirs was polished off too. Oh, and even after driving 6/7 miles to us, it all still arrived hot.

Ordered a kebab with cheese and recieved a kebab that tasted like an old boot that's been left in the sun for a week, it was dry and disgusting with no cheese that I paid 1.50 for. I travel to mk for kebabs normally and think I will continue doing that. Golden grill has gone down hill since Carlos and his brother left. Any way I will avoid this place.

Found a fly in with my dinner which I was halfway through at the time. When I called up, the staff refused to refund me saying it was impossible for a fly to have gotten in the food and they only would if they could collect the full kebab which obviously they couldn't as i was half way through it. I ordered from here on a fairly regularly basis so it was really disappointing to be accused of lying and not to mention horrible to find a fly in your dinner. I definitely wont be going back purely based on the awful way in which they handled the situation.

I ordered 2 meals at 18:29, I am unable to contact them via the phones, constantly engaged and unable to use ring back. It is now 20:35 and still no delivery and no way of contacting anyone!!!! This is a disgusting way to run a business!!!

Ordered food at 7pm it’s now 9.30 food has just arrived obviously family has been fed now so turned food away . Unable to get through as phone line has been continuously busy since 8.30. Driver didn’t really care said it would be next week I get refund. Order a lot from here.. won’t be anymore. Very disappointed

Terrible service, forgot one item from our order then told us they will bring to Buckingham next time they revive a Buckingham order but they never did. Called three times try refused a refund didn’t know what they were doing so just lied to us. Very unacceptable used to love this place but won’t be ordering again!!!!

We order from here at least twice a month and on every occasion the service is always very friendly and the food is great with good portions. I am very happy to recommend this takeaway. Dave W in Granborough

Ordered from them at 6:15 for order ASAP, the latest was 7:45 they should of arrived by. Turned up at 9:45 acting like it was normal. Tried phoning up numerous times but phone is left of hook so can’t be contacted. Shocking service, no apologies or anything. So glad we didn’t pay with card as they wouldn’t of refunded, always pay cash so you can see when it turns up.

Decided to order kebabs tonight to try this company out. Ordered online, which was straight forward, it said the wait can be up to 90 minutes in busy times which was fine with us. Arrived approx 80 mins after order, the food was worth the wait, very nice and was still warm. We will be ordering from them again.

My friend give me to address this takeaway shop . I live Buckinghamshire. And food was so good and pizza better then dominos. And you can eat Next day if you can’t eat All. Thanks you fast and delicious foods xxxxx star

Do not order online from these people, you fill out all the forms, pay online then get a phonecall to say they don’t deliver to your area ( although online they say they do ) also paid online and told I’ll have to collect my refund, if I could get there I wouldn’t have ordered online, rude attitude, I will pass this everywhere locally not to use these people, just horrendous , awful business

this Kebab house serves very good food and plenty of it for the price, they also deliver very quick and I live 6 miles away.

We've had dozens of pizzas and quite a few chicken kebabs and it's all been good quality. Fair value too, especially if you order two same sized pizzas and collect them. Has got us out of many a pressed-for-time meal dilemma. Only issue we've had is when on one solitary occasion they were overwhelmed with orders and ours fell by the wayside. They were very apologetic and sought to throw something in gratis, to make amends. Fair enough.

We ordered food from gawcott at 8 pm, it’s now 10 pm and just been delivered, the food was cold and no apology I got to be honest it’s crap service, will use buckingham deliveries from now on, bloody awful

Todas maneras duda poco sobre kebab en lugares tan nunca había probado. Pasado Casa Winslow kebab varias veces todas maneras parecía lleno, así que decidí intentarlo.Bien impresionados, cuando llegué, estaba muy limpio y brillante, y el personal era muy servicial. La ensalada era tan fresco y crujiente la dona era muy sabroso bien presentado en una caja a prueba de calor la porción era tan grande que no podía comer de todo.Haré una visita regular.

Had chicken here a couple of times and partner has fillet chicken burger which was really tasty chicken portions could have been a bit fresher but still good

It's so nice to go to a well kept kebab shop, it's clean , lovely salad yummy BBQ meat and even the pittas are good. And great value for money as you do get a good amount for your money. So lucky it's local!

I don't usually write reviews however I must say it was the best kebab I've ever had!! Absolutely delicious. Will definitely order again.

We have used the Winslow Kebab House three times in the last month, every time we had tasty but simple BBQ/grilled meats cooked to perfection. On each occasion we enjoyed the accompanying salads which contained a tasty and varied mix of ingredients and were considerably better than the usual sort of take-away salads. Extras such as potato wedges with lovely, crispy skins help to make this one of our new favourites.

Overpriced. Poor standard of food. I ordered a set meal, kebab chips and a drink, they tried to charge me individual prices instead of as a set meal. They then charged extra for sauce and salad.

Probably the best Kebab shop for miles. Always fresh and tasty. Highly recommended and well worth the drive out to Winslow.

Regularly have a kebab take away from here and highly recommended. Delivery service can be slow and they don't always get the order right so I would recommend collection. They also charge a 50p card fee if paying by a credit or debit card which is very steep considering the profit margin in food and the fact the banks only charge a set fee of 8p per transaction on a debit card and a small % on a credit card

Simple, steady trade, friendly, average prices and all served reasonably quickly. Would probably use again.

I have ordered from Winslow Kebab House and Pizza a few times since the recent takeover of (Golden Grill) - I have to say, they are amazing with customer service. Very friendly over the phone and the delivery times are exceptional. - Food is good value for money.
