I am here now with my son while I write this. Ordered the full flavour fix with 2 blue cheese dips. To start the blue cheese dip is like a very poor watered-down garlic source from the takeaway. No flavour is just horrible. My chips luke warm. My wings were freezing. I sent the whole meal back to get a refund only refunded £7.50p from £13.50p because I had ate the chips and two tenders lol I didn't argue. The food is terrible cooked wings just swimming in whatever flavour source you ordered. Will never set foot in another wing stop. Overpriced low standard of food even if it was warm.

absolutely disgusting. got wingstop delivered and open my ranch sauce and start eating my food only to see 5 HAIRS IN MY RANCH🤮all looked like small black hairs which look to be from a man’s beard and 1 large black hair and keep in mind i have red hair so was not from me. couldn’t even finish my food i was so disgusted

Ordered the full flavour fix. 3 tenders, 8 boneless wings and fries with 2 dips. The chicken was very tasty and came with 3 flavours; Louisiana Rub, Brazilian Citrus Pepper, Hickory BBQ. Each flavour had a good kick of heat and flavour. Fries could have been better and seasoned a little more. Customer service could have been better, server did not seem interested in what we were asking for. However did swap the flavour of our tenders when we asked after bringing out the wrong flavours first. Would try again.

Me and my partner have been about 5 times now and the food is always amazing with the option for bottomless soft drinks aswell, the service is the only thing that lets it down with the staff looking very misrable and not helpful but if its amazing wings your after this is the place.

A really disappointing experience. Ordered the meal deal with the wings, chicken pieces and fries. Had the habenero sauce and korean sauce with the meal. Pro's - the sauces were delicious, if a tad sweet Con's - the wings were so small that it was ridiculous. At least two of them were so small that they were difficult to hold. Also, the fries were so heavily seasoned/salted that they were bordering on inedible. Far too salty to be pleasant. Overall - there are far better options available in the Metro Centre for a similar price and which serve more palatable food.
