Usually we come here and the food is great but today the chips were stale and not seasoned at all, the garlic parmesan tenders had minimal seasoning, this was our first time ordering lots of food and spent £35 and we are very very disappointed

Doing a review as manager said they can’t accept tips, young lad called Ashraff never stopped the full time we were there. Asking if everyone’s food was nice and constantly cleaning and tidying up. The place should be over the moon to have someone like that work there.

Wonderful food. We got our food from a man who was very nice. Didn’t quite catch his name but we were in at 15:30 Tuesday. He was rapid and very nice. sweet potato fries were divine and give me a reason a live

Really overrated in my opinion, the wings weren't something I have never had and it the seasoning didn't taste as much. Overall I didn't like the wings at all!

yh no. just no. we went there thinking that we were gonna get huge portions and yummy food for 35 quid but we got the exact opposite. the pepsi was not fizzy and warm and the food was just an overload of salt and flavours are disgusting, and we got like max 3 tiny pieces of chicken per flavour. the biggest ripoff. not worth any of the hype. never buying again.

The food was cold, the drinks had no gas which didn’t taste nice the wings were so tiny and it had no flavour for a whopping £35 such a ripoff

came here with a friend. I ordered 3 different chicken tenders which where VERY NICE. Chips were just normal average chips nothing amazing. THE drinks in the vending machine had NO fiz, and almost all flavours WERE out. All together i would GO back due to the tasty food. 7/10

Really enjoyed the seasoning on the fries. Wings were a bit of a let down but tenders were good.

I wish I could give 0 rate , had it last night with my family, felt salad in burger wasn’t normal and smell off , as I don’t want to make a seen and make bad vibe in someone business toke all salad off and told they staff , they didn’t do anything about it and I swear since last night just came home from hospital because of food poisoning, price and quarantine of food not match but at least check ur food and salad , shouldn’t be punishment to try ur food

Honestly 1 star is too generous. Our first visit and certainly will be the last, was so excited to try but unfortunately it’s all VERY OVERHYPED. Spent £25 on a meal for two people and we’re both still hungry due to the portions being absolutely appalling. The tiniest, scabbiest chicken wings I’ve ever seen in my whole entire life and they were dry as sticks/rock hard. Also left sat for awhile as they were sat in oil when we got them. The seasonings themselves were awful too, hardly tasted of anything but a slight tinge of pepper or vinegar. Cheesy chips were awful too as been sat for awhile and the cheese sauce was all congealed in a pile in the middle of the chips and also stone cold - absolutely awful. Just don’t waste your money on this overpriced rubbish unless you want chicken wings with enough meat on them to fill up a guinea pig. Just go to Greggs. 👎🏼👎🏼

Wingstop is fantastic! My first time trying it and the chicken was the best I’ve had from any fast food restaurant! The flavours are unbelievable and the quality of the chicken is great! Great service which was very fast and the staff were all super polite. The menu was very appealing with lots of awesome looking options! I would definitely recommend Wingstop to anyone who likes chicken!!

Food fresh and tasty. Staff lovely and attentive. Expect a queue for the drinks machine and there is only 1 so when anything wrong no drinks available while they fix it. Recommend to them they get another.

Nice wings Flavours! My best flavors are original and Louisiana rub. The he ranch sauce is very nice. Try the fries with pepper lemon.

Did not appreciate being interrupted twice during my meal to be asked to write a review. Watched the same happen to many other customers trying to enjoy their food, surely this could’ve waited 5 mins. Food is good but customer service needs work.

Good price for the food you get, first time going so the lady was helpful in showing us how to order etc, good atmosphere mostly, floor by the drinks machine is warped so needs to be fixed, other than that, would recommend 👍🏼

I’ve visited Wingstop Newcastle several times, and each experience has been fantastic! The wings are consistently delicious, with a great variety of flavors to choose from. Whether you like it spicy, tangy, or sweet, there’s something for everyone. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. The restaurant is clean and has a nice, casual atmosphere perfect for hanging out with friends.

Unless you want to get food poisoning don’t waste your time or your money on wingstop. Food is average at best and made both me and my partner ill. Drinks machine was not working properly as well which seems to be a running problem from what I’ve heard. Only getting a 1 start because I can’t score any lower. Wouldn’t recommend.

Floor is VERY slippery and warped. Food is average and covered in sauce or seasoning, which spoils it. Chips dripping in oil at the bottom which put me off.

Churros were raw as they were not crunchy, so I complained, and I was told they are supposed to be that way. Lady said she would make it again for me anyways and I asked to give it to me in the box. 15 minutes later, I got the box only to find out that she gave me the same ones just in the box! Ridiculous!

First visit and will be my only visit. Ordering process isn’t very straight forward, the cashier seemed like she was in a hurry to get through the ordering. Ordered the Full Flavour Mix, a burger, and a drink, came to £24. They give you a number, it’s table service, waited roughly 10 minutes. Not many seats to choose from as it was lunch time on a weekend. Food was so so, the original wings were enjoyable, tangy with a bit of heat. The chicken tenders were dripping with oil, the wings were VERY small. They provide disposable gloves which was a plus… All in all I’d say it’s very expensive for wings, go to the well known place if you want wings!

"Not in the wing business - in the flavour business" - Pretty spot on with that slogan. The wings are not very good. Overcooked, skinny, and oily. However - Flavours are great! I do like coming in, but so much better wings lirerally everywhere else. McDonalds does better wings. Marked the service down to 3 stars because the lady who came round to ask me to review, reached over and pressed 5 stars on my phone. Very expensive for what it is. 1 meal per person is like £15 if you want 6 wings fries and a drink. Very overpriced. I only come in for the fries and the sauces.

Always come when at the Metrocentre food and service is always top quality!!
