I have been going to Brizzolaris for a couple of years now, both as dine in and as takeaway. Most frequently, I get takeaway as it is an accessible option for me and they make it easy to place an order, they always answer the phone! I have a severe gluten intolerance, which the team at Brizzolaris are aware of. Emma is always polite over the phone and recognises my allergens as being important. I feel safe eating from here, and have never had a bad reaction to the food. They have well sized allergen menus that are separated for gluten and dairy allergens, and they are also open to you adjusting ingredients if you need to. Also, you don't compromise on taste! The gluten free pizza bases have a good texture and they aren't grainy like most other GF alternatives. I've also had their dairy free mozzarella, which is clearly of a high quality compared to usual Violife that is offered in most other places I've tried. It's great to have a local business nearby that can cater to allergens and intolerances like this, so please support them and give them a visit! :)

Nicola was excellent, as was the whole staff. All running smoothly and helpful. Food was immense. Went out for a work lunch and treat like royalty.
