ordered food at 17.24 with an estimate delivery for 18.00. at 18.40 still no food. called them twice and got told it was with the delivery driver. at 19.05 we called & told them to cancel as if it was with the driver all that time it would be cold by now.

Order a couple of times from here now and the food does not disappoint. Some of the best singapore vermicelli I've ever had. The food is delicious, delivery time faster than I expected. Overall a pretty decent Chinese, will definitely order from again. 😁

What I wanted arrived hot and very tasty

I think every time weve ordered from here its arrived early. Its always hot and really good food.

Ordered our meal and it was the worst Chinese meal we ever had, the half a duck was burnt and inedible, too hard. The chicken chow mein and beef chow mein was soggy and watery with loads of vegetables which isn’t mentioned on the menu (which especially when we usuallly order chow meins from other places, it is not like this) it is drier and less vegetables usually. Also hardly any meat in them. I asked for my beef chow mein to be spicy and it was not spicy at all. Tried to resolve this over the phone. Bad customer service skills and no resolution. Will not be ordering from here again! Avoid. Would not recommend this takeaway.

The food was delivered on time and was lovely, order from here on a regular basis and would recommend them.

Not tried before but won’t be again - I ordered the special chow mein with sauce, really disappointed. Lack of flavour throughout and too much boiled veg instead of noodles and meat. I hate big strips of onion and there were lots to attempt to fill up the box. The chicken was low quality and tastes boiled, the beef was non existent. Nice prawns but only 2 of them. The prawn crackers were complimentary but I’ve never had such stales ones which makes me question how old they are and how they are stored. Friend happy with their special rice (same complaint re: the chicken)

Very tasty - good sized portions. Duck was amazing. Only gripe is that the restaurant forgot to include the Crispy Spring Roll that should have been part of the set meal we ordered. ALSO I think it’s a bit cheeky charging (a) 20p for a flimsy plastic bag & (b) 50p Service Charge … not the amount but the principle - basically charging the customer because we’ve selected their business!!

Just what I wanted, a nice solid tasty Chinese without fuss. Just the right amount of spice. Prawn crackers were crisp and not oily as some can be. All my favourite dishes in one place, so shall order again.

This will be the second time now that the salt n pepper chips in both the a separate purchased tray and also within the salt n pepper box have been hard and when chewing have a rubbery texture and poor flavour? Not sure if they have changed the chips but they have been awful and unfortunately spoiled our meal yet again? Think we will be looking elsewhere from now on 🙄🤬

Chicken spring rolls were huge but 90% beansprout and tasted like old oil. Salt and pepper wings quite nice. Prawn crackers overdone, chewy and tasted of stale oil. Chicken sweetcorn soup was average but did not taste fresh. Deep-fried crispy chicken in peking sauce comes with slices of semi pickled cucumber all through it and no other vegetables, very odd; the sauce was quite nice but aftertaste of pickled cucumber off putting. won't return

Consistently good food. I live next to “food street” on Middlewood Rd but I chose this takeaway because the food quality is far better.

It was okay, rice was dry like it’s been left under heat lamp. Meat was okay. Was all a bit bland. Not really spicy. Came late but was still warm. Ribs were nice.

Curry was absolutely gorgeous- flavours, amount of meat - absolutely spot on. English food (sausage) awful - was solid & inedible. Will order again just be picky off menu.

Was enjoying until I got to the chicken balls the chicken were brown it should be fresh also have a prawn in one instead of chicken, I’m not even meant to have prawns as I’m allergic so wasn’t great the rest was good though

Best Chinese I've had in a while all really fresh and tasted really nice. Portion sizes are really good only down fall is the delivery is a bit slow BUT deffos worth the wait!!

Unfortunately although the food was reasonably ok the meat was over cooked and obviously reheated a few times so hard even the prawns over cooked. Chips over cooked. The price of takeaways now with added service charges and delivery their food needs to improve

Wing was must have changed hands as this order had no flavour to be found in any of the dishes. Really disappointed especially Singapore noodles. Zero flavour! Chicken satay was rubbish. Chicken balls too doughy. A real waste of money. It went in the bin

Turned up 20 minutes early, that's the only positive in an otherwise abysmal order. The chicken chow main was bland, the mixed starters box was mainly empty, poor value for money. Sent chicken balls indtead of pork. The rice wasn't bad tasting, but there was almost no egg in what was meant to be egg fried rice.

Ordered from here because of all good reviews Didn’t enjoy it at all . First impressions looked like it was cooked days ago . Ordered 2 special dishes was full of veg meat was nearly none existent and little that there was dried up . Curry sauce looked like something you find in a babies nappy . And over priced, won’t be reordering.

Went here 9/1/23 Special fried rice..yummy..sweet and sour chicken..yummy.. Large pancake roll..excellent.. Cooked fresh, lovely and hot.. The people who took my order was very polite and helpful..

Good food but prices are terrible. Prices on just eat are more expensive than ordering direct. Costs about £10 more to use just eat than go direct.

Superb take away loved the hot & sour soup.

Set meal for one. Plenty of food. Tasty and enjoyable. Could be made a bit more interesting if there were several different set meals to choose from. After putting a complete meal in my order, I had to add another £2.50 value of goods to qualify for delivery. This is discrimination against single people, and Just Eat should abolish the minimum order policy. They impose an additional delivery charge as well, so I doubt that is justifiable.

Food was nice although a bit salty. Chips were old and dry wouldn't buy chios again

This was the 2nd worst Chinese I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few.The curry sauce came out of the carton in one lump. The chips were clearly warmed up in the microwave they were Luke warm and rubbery. The noodles were only just warm and the sweet and sour chicken balls were salty. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Both me and daughter have stomach ache now. Didn’t want to give 2 star.
