Changed hands, used to be great, upsettingly not as good anymore, rice is terrible used to be lovely, what a shame.

The Salt and Pepper ribs were okay, most likely bought in preprepared. The King Prawn Thai curry went in the bin along with the rice as it was awful. The curry had the consistency and taste of dish water. Absolutely terrible

Waited over an hour for two meals and when they did come it was awful.dark dry and not much in the way of prawns etc.never again.

Ordered on the phone said 20 mins, bang on time service with a smile, so pleasant. Food lovely and plenty of it.

Always incredibly friendly service and the food is always on point for what we have. Salt n Pepper chicken and chips are always tasty with a nice kick.

We had crispy chilli beef, chicken balls and salt and pepper chips. Chips were not bad, some a bit soggy some crispy. Crispy chilli beef was chewy and the chicken in the chicken balls had a very dodgy texture, tasted like it was frozen then cooked straight away. Person behind counter was lovely but food wasn’t

Ordered a salt and pepper tofu as I’m vegan… 3 bites in and bit into chicken.. no care or attention. Makes you wonder what else goes on in the kitchen. Avoid avoid avoid Disgusting and disgraceful

Not good guys. Spring rolls (nothing inside) Ribs in honey sauce. Burnt and very dry. Sweet and sour chicken. Batter wasn't crispy not a lot of flavour.

Had special fried rice. Very bland but I was physically sick and had upset stomach in the middle of the night. Cant be 100% it was their food, but i wont be going back.

Delicious food everytime. Tonight we ordered and were told it would be about half an hour. Ten minutes later opened the door to hot fresh food. Bang on with every item. Particularly love that they do sesame chicken toast as well as a prawn one as I hate prawns but the chicken one is amazing.

Christmas Eve and a ridiculous queueing system in place. Told to come back in 45 minutes after ordering, fine, no problem. But when you come back (or pick up a telephone order) there's a queue for 20-30 minutes to pick up your undoubtedly cold food. I get it that you only want one person in the shop at once. When there is a crowd of people outside it's not too hard to pop out and ask of anyone is here for a pickup instead of forcing them to wait. Eventually got in the shop after queueing only to be told the food was not ready.

Very friendly and delicious food!!!

Kept on hold for 7 minutes before I got bored of waiting and hung up. Rang back, placed order and the incorrect food was delivered. When I rang back she laughed at me and said she was busy and offered to bring the missing item back which would mean all the other food would be cold. Such a shame, used to be great.

Been going to this Chinese since I was a kid - best fried rice in Trafford.

If you like sharp pieces of metal in your food then this is the place for you! I’m just glad it was in my meal and not the kids! Rang to complain about it and by all accounts it’s happened before.... something to do with a cleaning brush!

Absolutely love the food. Fantastic vegetarian and vegan choices. One of my favourite places to eat.

Paid good money ,for cold meals ,and they forgot something as well ,poor service ,don't go their ,plenty of other outlets in Urmston .
