Since main owner left this place went down food prices increased and portions got smaller…

Great service and great tasting food. The staff were friendly and happy to help. I had a chicken kebab, and it was tasty and a good-sized portion. Not too much, but enough to be filling. Highly recommended.

Cold fatty chicken wings ,under cooked chips, dry kebab meat ,crappie burgers, don't bother going ,wanted to give 0 stars but can't post without at least one

Ordered 2 kebabs the meat was rock hard..fed it to the dog...

The food does not match his price, the portion is very small, normal people can't get enough to eat, and it's not delicious, it's all burnt, not recommended, and I won't patronize again

Food was decent, although not mind blowing by any stretch of the imagination. Bread and meat nice, sauces nice, salad poor, chips and cheese microwaved, but edible. 6.5 out of 10. The portion size of the meat in the kebab was well below par, especially as I paid for a large. God knows what the small is like, but this was far from generous. Just about enough. 5 out of 10, but even one strand of meat less and it would have been a 4. The worst thing was the fact that I'd pre-ordered online and was given a collection time. However, he didn't even start making it until I got there and I had to wait another 15 minutes in the shop. Exactly what's the point of pre-ordering then?? I later found out that the service that facilitates this charges 40p, and the kebab was £1 more online than on the menu, so not only did I receive poor service, I paid for it too. 2 out of 10 for being fairly quickish once I got there.

You can't trust them for nothing! I placed my order using Uber Eats at around 12pm and the estimated delivery time was 30 minutes which is great. After 45 minutes I call the restaurant to find out they haven't even started to prepare it because "they're too busy " (like it's somebody else's problem) and that in 30 minutes I'd get my order (no updates on the app). I call again after that additional 30 minutes and they said it's the next order and it might another X minutes... this happened again 4x. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes to receive the order and I was lied to every single time I talked to them.

Very disappointed in the portion size I was given, I have been a regular customer here and mostly been happy, I stopped using them a few month ago due to portion size, decided to give them another go only to be even more disappointed, it wasn't even half a portion.. rang to tell them and all I got was Donna is very expensive and it wasn't half a portion, Unfortunately I wont be using them again. I would recommend not using them until they start serving a normal size. 0/10

Waited 20 minutes and got home hardly any donner meat and no chips, called up and they said they will sort it next time I go in…not likely !!

Ordered on Deliveroo - after 15 minutes they called to say 2 miles was too far and would take half an hour (apparently they must walk it to you) and I needed to cancel the order and speak to Deliveroo to get my money back. So, no food, and a load of hassle - steer clear.

Only reason I am giving it 1 star is due to falsely advertising as halal on Justeat. This place is not halal

What can I say... charged £7.50 for chicken kebab which was old chicken re heated dry and rotten ... before it was taken over it wouldn't of been a waste of money .. Trust me never ordering this from or any kebab from there again!!!!

Ordered food, money was taken still no food 2 1/2 hours later. Tried calling multiple times with no answer, will not be ordering again!

They offer an exceptionally delectable Turkish doner kebap. Likely the best one in Manchester. Strongly suggested.

Absolutely don't go no where near this place, was good 2 years ago but obviously changed hands, delivery driver begging for review & he getting one. Food horrible, warm but no good. Chicken kebab not marinated donner curled up & lamb tougher than my Mrs when I got a week off. STAY AWAY.

This place used to do the best kebabs in Manchester, now the meat is always dry and bland.

I've eaten here at least once every couple of months for a few years and it's always been good, however, unless the Turkish fella has grown hair, overdone it a bit on the sunbed & changed his language then it's not the same crew running the kitchen! This became apparent when I had visit the bathroom around an hour after finishing my Donner kebab & fries.! I've just spent 20min in the bathroom with a bin on my knees as my kebab was coming out of both ends at the same time! Funnily enough it tasted fine just as I felt fine as soon as I'd well u know....got rid of the kebab😉

After reading so many great reviews thought id give this placeva try. Got to say im pretty disappointed. Ordered wings and a chicken kebab and they were both tasteless. The wings were overcooked there was next to no flavour in the kebab.

I used to get 2 special kebabs from this place as a treat once a week you cant beat them and for £20 and no del charge were great value ,unfortunately the 2 kebabs jumped to £26 overnight plus a £1 delivery so now unfortunately £27 is to much we live in stretford not gale barns erol come on

Nice place for food. Was given a free garlic bread too which was nice.

I am always surprised to see this place so highly rated. Its not a bad place by any means, it seems to be loved by many. The prices are above average portion sizes are average. Sauces are quite good bread is made in house. My only dislike is the meats are basically fried on a griddle, I prefer my meats to be grilled on a grill or over charcoal. Salad is always fresh but you don't get too much of it. 7/10

The best takeaway in Greater Manchester! This place is always first point of call for when we need a takeaway and we drive from Eccles because it's that good. You need to try here if you haven't already... Keep up the good work guys!

Great service and food. The prices seem high, but that is soon forgotten when you see the portion sizes. Great tasting and flavoursome food with happy cheerful service. Not many places where genuine people take care and pride with your order.

Easily the best Kebabs in all of Trafford and possibly further afield too. Super friendly service from Erol, and freshly grilled kebabs await. Great value too, especially some of the mixed kebabs which come with a selection of different meats, some Nan/pitta bread and some chips with the option of being seasoned by a special chip salt. Kebabs are halal too, you can ask the owner for confirmation. I was told the meat is sourced HMC approved butchers on Ayres Road.
