McDonald's in Trafford

How hard is it to make a couple of burgers… waited 30 mins and both were stone cold. Nothing new with this place.

Very poor service. They lost our order and were not nice about it. No apology. In fact one staff member was especially rude when i asked why the delay. Food barely warm.

Probably the slowest McDonalds in the world, not even busy - waited forever for my food

Staff are too used to apps and screens, they neglect people stood at the counter ready to order and pay. 20 minutes to finally get served. Need a bell on the counter as all staff looked everywhere else other than the counter.

One of the staff was outside with his mates swearing their heads off and smoking cannabis right outside the door with kids around. Not exactly the kind of thing they need to see

Ordered on the App, one item wasn't available, but the App didn't say this, still charged the same price, but for a lower priced item, now waiting for a refund? Update, better now

More grease than food, no wonder it was early, drain the grease people!!!!!!!

If the amount of grease left on the food wasn't off putting enough, the hair in the breakfast definitely was, everything went straight in the bin

It took 30 mins to receive 2 burgers and two fries and a drink and the drink was half full because i said no ice

Waited 2 hours, went to McDonald’s wouldn’t give me my order, my order had been sat there stone cold waiting for a driver to collect it. No way of cancelling it. Driver shows up with the same order 2 and half hours later. Freezing food. Absolute joke

Some toppings removed from double burger due to allergies. Instructions not followed and burger arrived with all toppings.

Went there on a busy Saturday evening after the dinner rush. Staff are tired, tables are not cleaned. Found a little warm on the bench sofa. Waited a while to find a crew member to clean it away. APP order not working properly, staff delivered wrong food. Not a very happy experience.

Delivery took ages, food was cold, mcchicken sandwich & sharebox mozzarella dippers were missing (even though the salsa dips came!?), the ice creams were melted, the milkshake was only 2/3rd full & had gone watery. The mcspicy had the bread part in its own box but the chicken was lying in the bottom of the bag as if just thrown in the big bag. Totally disappointing!!!

great delivery service. disgraceful food. 4 mcflurrys with 3 inches missing from each. they wasnt even half ful. served with a fork so stabbed tongue and banana milkshake 3 inches missing which was just like water and not banana tasting. never will we order from this branch again.no excuse either because we ordered at least an hour b4 the rush. luckily kept photos of the quantity n mess of the meal n expect a refund. rant over

After 30min waiting for my order I received cold food and non-carbonated drinks. While waiting I saw that my order was ready to be served but the entire staff was busy serving the drive thru. Staff and manager wasn't helpful at all. I will never visit this McDonald's again. Avoid !!!!!! There's are other McDonald's in this area.

Local store on way home but always slow to get order but every time I have been put in car park to wait. Told a couple of minutes but ended up being 11 minutes and cold. Avoid if possible quicker to drive to another store where staff show some interest

Very slow to get food (15 mins) and no salt on the chips. Taking ti many orders and cant cook fast enough.

Food was an extra 5 mins at drive thru but it was busy - but service was great and they were apologetic for the wait -

Service was abit slow but the food was tasty; restaurant was nice and clean

you only gave me the drinks and 4 sauces from a £35 order

All food that arrived was stone cold and stale. All deserts and milkshakes had melted. Delivery was on time and prompt, so no fault from the driver. Just terrible service from the restaurant.

Rude staff no manner. just bought 3 chocolate milkshakes and the milkshakes are very runny. Almost like water! Avoid this rubbish branch. Wasted my time and money going down there! Call button on there site doesn't work either

Painfully slow service this evening and although I ordered on the app it was still wrong 😔

Slow service and ordering large was a waste of time and money as they gave standard portions with the fries just in a bigger carton, and the same with the iced latte.

Food tasted burnt, fries were cold and limp - usual mess from here - wont be going. back

Terrible. Forgot my fries, dips, fork and straws. Also it took ages to get the food.

Went there with a relative for an interview, great atmosphere and really good service.

Food was stone cold. And most of the order was missing. The entire meal was missing and chips from the other meal. I just spent £20 on nothing

It's McDonald's. Same as ever other McDonald's... Seems like a good idea until you've eaten it, then immediately regret!

Probably the best mcdonalds. Staff are nice. Nice atmosphere. Food quality is good apart from the one time it was burnt

Don't know why they didn't stick to the old way. 10 tills server grabs your food packs it and gives it you, what was once fast food is now slow food and if you need to pay cash or speak to someone about your order good luck! You get ignored!

Waited over an hour for my delivery to arrived, they kept pushing the timing back so don’t looks like it was late, I ordered at 6:36pm and it arrived and 7:31pm, drive said McDonald taking long to prepare! But the food was stone cold

Dreadful services half the order missing missed delivering the main part the order burgers but deliver the chips miss other items I will never order from there again

You miss out a double mcplant on the original order, I instantly re-order one, and you send me a single when I ordered a double. There's 1 thing on the entire order, how can you mess that up. Terrible.

Just been and got hash browns and they are well and truly over cooked and cold. Won't be returning

Still a choice to visit time to time , the bad point is is not a Fast Food anymore, long wait and the people working inside move like zombies…even if busy they never miss the chance to stop and have a chat ! Literally they sleep in their shoes…they nearly every time messing up your order! Like every McDonald in uk!

Always something missing from the order, if you go in the evening, don’t expect mustard or onions on any of your burgers for some reason? Fries portions are a joke and hardly ever ice in the drinks. I’d say you get what you pay for but the prices are ridiculous for what you get.

Have visited this place several times now and experienced a marked decline in the service. Had to wait several minutes for our food despite only one car in front on the drivethru and the food was only just warm when we got it.

mixed review as nugget's were great but the fries were cold and there was no sauces out straw in the bag aha it was all packaged together hot with cold?

The whole meal was stone cold absolutely shocking ! I’ve paid £14 for a rubbish order I request a full refund but £7 I’ll be complaining !!!! I’ve ordered from a pizzeria it was that bad. Food went into the bin I’ll never buy a meal from here ever again .. shocking !!!!!!!!

Order to the wrong address contacted the McDonald’s to change the address driver went to the original address then contracted myself said he would bring the food to where I am the said he had delivered the food and the message I got quote “Tooo long bro .waist one delivery time” when it is only 5mins away horrible service and worst delivery driver ever

What a lovely looking McDonalds, All the staff were great and my kids loved the place place outside The food was hot and we got everything we ordered

Absolute shocking service here, been here a number of times with the autistic individual who I support at work and takes them about 10 mins to get to the til and take your order and then they keep you waiting for ages and the autistic child who I’m supporting with my colleague gets annoyed (don’t blame him) customer service here is not good atall, and it’s not the first time this has happened either

Busy , as usual. Used the 'Touch screen ordering system' initially, but after a few attempts, we managed to place an order, and within a few minutes, our allotted number appeared on the screen above the " Collection point". The food at any of 1,450 outlets in the UK is consistently good, and this outlet didn't fail us in anyway. Big tick to the Staff member who swept up the rubbish on the floor and table, left by the family next to us, who continued arguing loudly whilst continuing to eat their Burgers & chips.......10/10 for staff perseverance.

chips were cold on arrival but the Nuggets were still warm and it was delivered on time by a friendly courier

Despite the best efforts of the jobsworths in the kitchen, the guy that served us provided us with the perfect amount of sauce (a couple of sachets). Thanks from order no 43!!

ordered a strawberry milkshake with my big Mac meal, sot sent a carton of strawberry milk. by the time I spent on phone trying to get the resteraunt to sort it out my food is freezing cold.

Very poor customer service,food lukewarm and too many youngsters making noises.

I saw a rat in the car park and it's made me feel a bit queasy about the restaurant standards. I was also waiting for my meal in the queue and I saw the manager shouting at his staff members, probably who are quite young. Thankfully I've never worked somewhere where the manager is like that because it must be quite intimidating for the young staff. Power trip and poor anger management from him! Unprofessional to act like that even if you are annoyed.

Totally overwhelmed. Staff shouting at each other which at least gave the 50 or so customers waiting ro be served some much deserved entertainment. Nuggets had never seen a chicken.

delivery driver went and sat in the Trafford center car park for 15 minutes after he picked up our food and it came freezing

McDonalds is McDonalds but this is a good one. Quick service at lunch time and plenty of seating available. Especially liked the amount of outdoor seating on offer and made the most of it on a nice sunny day 👍

They were very slow, they missed mine off and i was waiting for over 20 minutes until i asked what was happening. People were coming in from the drive through to rectify the orders they had got wrong. People were sending back good for being cold too. The car park is small so thats probably a problem at busier times, theres a small play area outside also

Wrong food order would like a refund

Hi, I didn’t receive my 2 hamburgers and my chicken mayo. So I am not happy with my experience that as happenend so I would like a refund please as this is unacceptable

Over an hour late, delivery guy was sat at the shops for 20 mins before dropping off our freezing food

Thought they sent me the wrong drink, but they didn't, I just did a dumb and didn't realize chocolate milk was a new item. So all was as expected, thanks :)

poor service i asked for dips and got none this isn't the first time this has happened better service should be looked into or leave notes for the drivers to ask for them as well

Ordered on the app, but went into the restaurant to collect for takeaway. Only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and some fries on the new £3 offer. There was a woman who could have been a customer, maybe worked there but was not on shift stood between the service area and kitchen chatting. No one on the front counter until the food was brought out of the kitchen. Collected order and took it back to the car. Was missing a cheeseburger but couldn’t be bothered going back in knowing there was no one at the counter to help and that I’d be waiting around to see a member of staff. The single burger I received was hot and tasty, can’t complain about what we did receive.

triple cheese burger missing and one of the cokes had tipped in bag some of the food was soggy due to this not happy with the order won't be ordering again

I’m very upset about this. I’ve ordered a chocolate milkshakes and VANILLA milkshakes they instead gave me a Large coke my guess is. Also there was an extra empty cup to go with it.

no answers on the phone. had to drive to the store after 2hrs of constant updating of time for delivery. store manager said its been busy and they can't cancel my order or help in anyway. the store wasn't even busy! they said they have been having to cancel orders and turn the tablets off. yet couldn't cancel mine? no advice on what I can do..no signs up at the drive thru etc..very unhelpful

specifically ordered for a patient with allergies asked for no cheese as patient is allergic to dairy sent all with cheese then failed to have any remorse and basically made out it was the drivers fault for them putting cheese on the meal

Incorrect order and bought for dine in when ordered as take away. A woman needed help at the till as was told 'I'm on my break' by the girl there. I get she needs a break, but could she not take 5 seconds to inform another member of staff?
